hey if there's any telepaths nearby i'm sorry about the mental load, i haven't been able to shut my internal monologue up for several days now. yes it's annoying to me too <3
#this is a cry for help#fucking dorothy is awake and that means my brain is loud as hell and i can't rest#<- dorothy is a specific pattern of mostly-intrusive thoughts that i named back in high school#because it amused me to think of it as a loud little girl stomping her feet and wailing at not being listened to#and it was the first loud little girl name i could think of#i totally recommend thinking of your intrusive thoughts as an annoying 12yr old edgelord talking in your brain btw it works wonders#now it's almost funny when she starts making them pop up in my head#like yea dorothy i get it you're cranky and understimulated go get a lollipop or something stop making it my problem#see i can't stop talking in the tags my internal monologue is a mess. help. it's 2am.
