🐦 - another one of my modern au one

"How come you two are the only working couple at this college?"

Aether and Kuni both look up from heir phones at Heizous question, silent before looking at each other.

"What do you mean?" Aether asks, turning his phone down onto the table while Kuni goes back to scrolling.

"Venti and Zhong Li are broken up again."

"They're on off all the time."

"Diluc and Kaeya havr this weird tense threeway with Childe."

"They were a mess before that too."

"Al'Haitham and Kaveh play russian roulette with a lust gun loaded with one bullet called manslaughter."

"Yeah, those two are a mess."

"Get to the point, Heizou." Kuni blurts in annoyed.

"Look, all I am saying is that everything I learned about healthy relationships is the opposite of you two. And yet you-- just work."

"If you two weren't dating-", Kazuha finally says after taking a sip of his drink, "you most likely would be at each others throat trying to kill each other."

Kuni scoffs as the waitress brings them their drinks.

"You say that as if that is mutually exlclusive. I can easily do both, I am quite the multitasker."

Aether smiles at the waitress and thanks her. She leaves the table and Kuni frowns, staring at Aether.

"What?"

"Stop being nice to other people. It's annoying."

Of course, Aether doesn't buy it, looking deadpan at Kuni before pinching his cheeks, granting a slap to his hand.

"You're just saying that to dramatically show we're arguing or something."

"Yeah, nobody is buying your bullshit jealousyact, Kuni." Heizou laughs.

Kuni keeps quiet taking a big sip of his drink, while under the table Aether gently nudges Kunis foot and them rubs his leg against his.

"I guess we just... Get each other." Aether tries to explain, feeling Kuni gently brush his arm against Aethers. A subtle sign of gratitude for the quiet reassurance given.

"Or maybe the fucking is that good."

Aether chokes on his drink and Kuni seemingly on nothing as well, causin both to cough for a moment.

"Damn Kazu. Double Homicide? Brutal."

ohkfjj i love them so much and this drabble too it shows them so well they're such friends i WANT TO EAT THEM. 😭 kuni's play act is just killing me fhdhdhd they're all my babies. ah the dysfunctional pairings im giggling at everyone's profile here honestly it suits them A BULLET CALLED MANSLAUGHTER HDHLSJSGSG.

I have to begin with Theodora (yes everyone is picking it) but you can't deny their strong bond and their friendship is so wholesome. It's no surprise that these friends are the ones Theodora cherishes so much after so many years.I can't wait to see how each of their journey goes and each character is amazing in their own way .

Legend of the willow:

After the finale,this gang has to be one of the best in RC. All the Lis were likable and each one them had a story to share. I miss my bestie Shino, my loving Kazu, protective Masamune , my meticulous Takao and Satoshi who never fails us with his banters And our Grandpa Chongan🤗

Path of the Valkyrie:

Their banters and interactions were the best.I love how Loki made their interactions funnier with his pranks. Even after his absence, the group did not crumble. Still it is not complete without him.

Heart of Trespia:

Seriously! A group consisting of a queen, her queens guard, a maid, a bandit and a Reinhold is a variety. Love how this story offered us a friendship system so we can improve their relationships with no worries. Honourable mentions include Taki, Hilde, Habbo,Cyril,Reyna, Bianca and Katie. Sorry, last but not the least my big blue birdie 🐦 Aoi.

I thought this would be really good 🙈 Almost every book has a group of friends who become a family, what are your favorites?

Here's mine! (Not in a particular order):

Theodora's fam: Look at them 🥺 They found each other amidst the chaos~

Lale and friends™️: Noe and Sandra are still missing here, it's not complete without them (I'm still waiting for a picture of them all together, please). But it's a group of friends who don't need introductions.
