I haven't been able to stop thinking about Rainbow Color Inkantation because oh my god this song is so damn hype and cool.

Like... okay, it's not the best Calamari Inkantation we've gotten but it's still incredibly good, at least in my opinion I think its good. 3Mix still beats it in my mind but this song is a STRONG second place.

This song perfectly captures Splatoon 3 to me, it's chaotic, loud, in your face, it celebrates the past, acknowledges the present and has a futuristic edge.

It's so damn blood pumping and adrenaline inducing as each Idol battles for attention and control. It's what you want in a song that's used for the final day of the Grand Festival. It's literally NOW OR NEVER! GO! GO! GO! THIS IS IT!!!

The Idol specific parts when you get the Ultra Signals are my favourite sections of the song, it's SOOOO GOOOOOOODDDDD!!!!! UGHHHH!!!!!! The Squid Sister's section is so sweet, happy and cute as they play the song that they were announced with 9 years ago. Further cementing that their arcs from Splatoon 1 have been finally completed. They sing together in this incredibly harmonized way... It's... it's beautiful...

Off the Hook's section feels so hopeful and inspirational, it feels like Pearl and Marina are just singing to each other and expressing their love for each other... I can imagine Marina hugging Pearl and spinning her around as they sing Ebb & Flow...

Deep Cut's part is pure fucking hype! I LOVE ITTTTT!!!!!!!! I love how they sing something completely original it's so sick man. THEIR CHEERS AND "HA! HA! HA!" So good oh my friggen god bro. Just like the team they represented, their section gives me hope that these three cheeky bandits will continue on and keep making bangers.

I wish i was an expert in music to better explain why i really like this song but alas, i ain't no Anthony Fantano....

I also wanna end off by talking about the final 10 seconds...

Oh. My God. Out of all of the Now or Nevers we've had, those final 10 seconds is my favorite ending to a Now or Never like song... EVER! It just pumps you with so much adrenaline, it's like the song stabbed you with 2 EpiPens in your ear drums. It's so anxiety inducing that you could make a crowd at a rave faint right there and then.

Seriously, go listen to the full 7 minute version of the song if you haven't already, it's pure magic i tell you.

Also, i headcanon that these three helped with the production of the song.

Some of parts of the song reminded me a lot of DJ Octavio's signature style and i think it would be cute if him, Captain 3 and Acht helped with the production of the song.

It was a normal day in the solar system, The sun (M.T) was sleeping, Mercury (purple) was just spinning around, not knowing what to do, Venus (yellow) was making stuff with asteroids, Earth (Victim) was also sleeping, both moon (TCO) and Bloodmoon (TDL) were in war (fighting), Mars (Red) was playing with the stars, making Animals, Jupiter (green) and saturn (TSC) were talking to each other, Uranus (Navy) doing absolutely nothing and Neptune (Blue) was just starting a storm in him.

In Jupiter (green) and saturn (TSC) conversation

Jupiter (green): anything to do? saturn (TSC): nope... Jupiter (green): dang ittttt- *he was fittling with the Asteroids* Uranus (Navy): yo- Jupiter (green): shut up Uranus (Navy): WHAT DID I- Sun (M.T): please shut... I'm try'na sleep... Uranus (Navy): WHY IS IT ALWAYS- Earth (Victim): SHUT UP!

Everyone went silent after that, not a single noise was heard. Even moon (TCO) and Bloodmoon (TDL) stopped their war.

Everyone starts to panic as the Supernova goes closer to them like a rocket laucher. sun (M.T) goes in-between them causing a massive explosion that separated them all, again.

After a while, Jupiter (green) and saturn (TSC) wake up next to eachother, they were alone and they had to find their way back, Sun (M.T) was probably very injured but they dont know since they wake up alone... in the endless space of no where....

Earth (Victim) wakes up feeling extremely weak... mostly the planet being very cold since the sun wasn't around. He instantly looked around to find the moons, they were there but... sleeping? Still?? He just looked at them and sighed as he walks through the space trying to find some sort of light

Both Mars (Red) and Mercury (purple) wake up together extremely tired, they felt like they can't do anything at all! So then just stayed low until they were able to move.

And both Neptune (Blue) and Uranus (Navy) were waking up they both also felt weak but Uranus (Navy) was able to stand up but Neptune (Blue) couldn't.

And Sun (M.T)....? Well he's still unconscious. He was still badly injured and might or might not live...

VAN HALEN:

I am 100% a trooper for ain't talkin bout love. I do sometimes cheat on her for jamies cryin...but I always come home 😩‼️ I just can't ever get over the riff, the bassline, the drums, and David sounded SO REALLL!

It forever will have me by the ankles 🛐. As for what I didn't like on the album, I really don't have a song in particular. I know I had to warm up to atomic punk, but even before warming up to it I still did quite enjoy it.

VAN HALEN II:

OUTTA LOVE AGAIN 😩‼️I looooove when I can clearly hear David is full on feeling himself and confident, and I think it really shines here. And lmaooo I don't know what sort of pokey poke tappity tap shizzle frazzle bam bam Edward even did on that solo, but whatever it was, unsecured my edges 🛐 he DID THAT. I also found the drums and bass a slay.

Light Up The Sky also had a PRETTTYYYYY SNATCHWORTHY FALSETTO MOMENT ON IT THOUGH 😩 I'll give David a win there. As for a track I didn't like, once again, not really one I didn't like.

Secrets my beloved...I've found that I love when David SINGS. His messing around and random screeching is cute and cool or whatever, but I trulyyyy enjoy when he shows versatility vocally. I loved what he vocally did here. Michael, Edward and Alexander ate as per usualllll that's no surprise, but David really is what swayed me to this song.
