Morgan and Jude were paired off along with some others to sotalize and find out some information.

Although... they kind of stood out standing in the corner with none else around them.

Looking over, he saw Morgan was fidgeting alot with their clothes, slightly ripping them.

"I need a smoke. Let's go."

Jude led Morgan onto a balcony a few rooms away from the party. They clearly started to calm down, and Jude lit a cigar.

Silvio huffed as Morgan was sat in the tub, quiet, naked, vulnerable.

He grabbed some shampoo and started washing their hair. "You're a little spoiled, ya know?"

"Huh...?"

"Honestly... I got ya..."

They smiled softly and relaxed as Silvio continued to clean them up. They both began to sing some sea shanties as Silvio cleaned them up.

It was nice. He was proud that they had trusted him to do this.

Gilbert smiled and hummed as Morgan rattled off about the research that they had done, the experiments and results they had gathered, and all the good that they were doing.

In these moments, he loved them the most.

"I oh- sorry I did-"

"Don't. I love hearing this from you. It makes me more confident in my own work."

They smiled and relaxed, nipping his nose before kissing him. Then they continued happily, the two of them staying close.

Reassuring that they are safe:

"AHHH!! STOP! STOP! Please..." Morgan shook and fell into the grass as they helped Vlad tend to the garden.

Vlad was quick to go over to them and wrap them in his cloak. "What do you need, Morgan?"

Worry was evident, he hated whenever this happened, not even his power is able to free them.

"Hide me... please..." They started crying as they kept muttering pleas to stop.

Vlad nodded and took them to his room, asking Charles to get them tea and a snack.

He lay them down on his bed, bundling them up before holding them close.

"None will hurt you... never again... I'm here, my dear..." He whispered to them, trying to give them any sort of comfort while going through this.

     typically when souls leave their mortal bodies,  they are rid from physical ailments / pain / everything.  it’s one of the reasons why vietnamese culture is so accepting and optimistic towards death despite the sadness in the moment.  however,  vu still has a few scars that remain on their spiritual and physical person:  marred so deeply that they’ve engraved their soul and stayed even in death,  even in the centuries that have passed.  this can happen especially when the inflictor is someone of deep emotional significance. and they’re ashamed to have clung to them for so long but it’s more difficult to let them go than to experience them.  and so they frequently cover them  ( as best as they can,  anyways )  with long-sleeved robes,  high collared shirts,  long sweeping pants and skirts.  it imposes a regal and professional appearance,  yes,  but it also does the best at concealing those scars.
