They who govern reason must pay respects to the Warbringer Goddess, Winnehild…as she's judgmental to all those who wish to gain a piece of her power
gods .
Tumblr media
there was nothing godly nor respectable about himself . he was foul , bones twisted in every which way , limbs longer and weaker than they should be . he was hideous , an amalgamation of things he never should've been . it was disgusting , an eyesore . he was pained , body burning with each and every movement , and even yet it cowered before the being , mesmerized .
he is not what he is .
but is he ? the thing is unsure . he knows he is beastly and ghastly . he knows he is in his own little hell , a special place for the failure of creation . it has been judged for its entire life , and now another set of eyes is upon them . watching , prying , and gnawing at him from the inside out . eyes , eyes , eyes . so many . too many . if he could reach , he would've already torn them free from their sockets . this prude thing , towering forth over it , scornful as it was .
what is a god ? he was ruined by one . he remembers it so clearly . it was the first . 01 , was his number . it had been promised a purpose , a reason to be . and now he was here , in this hell wrought with peril and dread and anguish and everything but reason . this was his purgatory for existence , or , his lack thereof - an ongoing punishment that he had no choice but to serve . and the being was here to judge him ? to look upon him with those eyes so piercing and sharp and tear through him further ? oh how it hated , it hated , it hated . it's hatred tore through itself , teeth pulling away at skin and bone until nothing but anguish remained - nothing but his own eyes , and it let out only a single utterance to portray such abhorrence .
" wat .. ? "

Reasons I, a 23 year old trans man, think my grandparents were spiritually a pair of millennial lesbians instead of cis heteros from the 1930s
-believe trans rights are human rights and queer allies. A gay nephew and 6 queer grandkids, including me (one of whom is sadly no longer with us)
-Spent their entire working lives working with indigenous peoples of multiple countries (Māori, first nation Cree, first nation Algonquin and multiple island nations like Samoa, Tonga etc). Although pakeha (white nz) my grandma had a standing invitation onto their local marae. Also two of their grandkids (me and my sib) are Ngā puhi.
My grandad is trying to hunt down Nga Wai hono i te po (our queen) bc he wants to invite her over for coffee and biscuits. Not sure if he'll succeed but he thinks she's a great young lady lmao.
Okay the woke™ parts over
-my grandma had a double masectomy and afterwards they shared a wardrobe and wore each other's clothes...
... I know SO many lesbian couples who share a wardrobe
-my grandma had a long term bf when they met. She had a rock collection with him and when she left him for my grandad, they had to split the rock collection in the divorice. Messy lesbian breakup who.
They always loved trinkets and their house is full of cool shit. Their kitchen rubbish bin is an algonquin bark basket that they were given.
-my grandparents married within a few months of knowing each other and moved to australia together the day after the eloped. Uhaul lesbians WHOM. They stayed happily married until my grandma's death in 2019 btw and my grandad still refers to things using "we" and "us" 🥹
-spent a year travelling together in a campervan. #Van life
-also sailed the world together in a boat they bought instead of a house.
-shared chores equally based on what they liked doing, not based on gender roles. My grandad did the vacuuming and clothes washing and ironing.
-They also had shared hobbies that include beekeeping, gardening, spinning and weaving wool, and repairing old radios. VERY cottagecore. Lesbians love grandparent hobbies but consider.... Maybe grandparents love lesbian hobbies? Hmmm?
-its a open secret in my family that although my grandparents loved their kids and grandkids, they probably would never have chosen to have kids if theyd been born in modern day. They loved travelling together and adventure and kids totally cramped their style smh. Not necessarily a lesbian trait but i do think they'd have enjoyed being millenials with modern birth control.
-they set up a wildlife organisation which is still thriving, much like the native bush around their property. They live in a cat free village with very few predators based on their efforts. Someone else got a queens award bc she took credit for their achievements..... Just like how hetties are always co-opting queer things................
-love avocado toast.
-my grandad and I have a book club and two years ago we both had a mushroom fixation so we read a bunch of books about mushrooms and went mushroom hunting.
Which came first the chicken (my sister, a queer woman, giving us a book about mushrooms) or the egg (us, hyperfixating on mushrooms). Anyway currently we're on Chinese history bc one of my great-cousins partner is chinese. last year our roman empire was the roman empire.
thats all i can think of rn but ill probably think of more.
FOR LEGAL PURPOSES THIS IS A JOKE HOWEVER I DO THINK MY GRANDPARENTS SHOULD REINCARNATE AS LESBIANS. (but not yet bc my grandad is my bestie and i love him)
