Do not do intense exercise just after recovering from being sick guys ๐ it is not worth it
#zara rambles#so you wouldn't believe what i did...#listen dkdjd its our final basketball game so i thought id go since im well ish just some breathing problems#i can just stay on the bench more#//no// only 3 other people show up and we're playing 4v5 for 1/2 the game#๐ thankfully another person shows up and now its 5v5 but we got no breaks except for timeouts#and our one at half-time#lungs are dying man. almost won ๐ 20-22#๐๐๐ could have gotten us tied but my shot went in and bounced out how??? it was perfect ๐๐#still coughing but it'll be fineeee
