The who's and why's of Jin's actions and involvement in anything related to the Blood War can be hammered out later but whats for sure is,
Jin finds some way to the Soul Society during the Wandenreich's Invasion of the Seireitei-- this event is a massive opportunity that would be stupid to pass up given his motivations (like the Wandenreich, wanting to see the Soul Society perish). Maybe Jin allies himself with the Wandenreich, or at least finds a Quincy among them who's willing to help him do the whole Bount-Senkaimon-Quincy-Arrow thing that happens in the Bount Arc that allows him and the other Bount's to cross over.
Jin's goal after crossing over into the Soul Society at this time is to, like in the Bount Arc, locate one of the Jōkaishō an absorb it, and in the end he does do just that, but in this timeline of events, he finds out that it will take a much longer time for the Jōkaishō's power to truly flourish within him, meaning he can't use it to pull off his revenge against the Soul Society just yet. At the time, it seems doubtful that the Shinigami are going to pull through against the Wandenreich anyway, so Jin isn't bothered, and probably opts to hang around in secret at this point and just watch all the Shinigami suffering (LMAO), though he naturally dips back to the World of the Living at some point.
Jin likely doesn't get into any major fights during the whole first or second phases of the Wandenreich's Invasions but its possible he has a run in or two with some Shinigami or Sternritter depending on what his standing with the Wandenreich ends up being.
Some of Jin's subordinates follow him into the Soul Society at this time like they did in the Bount Arc and its possible that some of them die, or get massively screwed up. Unlike in the Bount Arc, on account of Jin not being as jaded here, that might actually make him feel a little bad for once in a very long time.
