Her train of thought and the reply that came with it immediately died on her tougne when she noticed the fond smile, and the subtle blush of hers that had calmed down somewhat reapeared with a vengance. The words take only a second to register, and despite her previous fluster, cherr was quick grin. "Had you known I was serching for you? Does that make me a special exception from everyone else?" She teased, before her grin softened with a small laugh "Im kidding really. Its good that your prioritizing taking time for yourself." She paused, wether for dramatic effect or something else, before adding on "But if your inviting me to spend time with you, what kind of femme would i be to deny such an offer?" She teased. Two doors flutter slightly, and her excitement is given away quietly.

"I almost gave up once or twice" She stated "There's only so many hours a gal can drive around looking for someone before her wheels start aching" They sighed, but the smile on their faceplate gave away the fact that they was joking, instead of complaining. She eyed the extractor curiously while taking a step closer. It looked complicated, and while she might not have known why blackarachnia would be making something like this on today of all days, she knew techno organic would have their reasons, so she decided to keep her mouth shut about it. At the verbal acknowledgement of the gift tucked under her arm however, broke the femme from her focus on the machine. Her optics landed on blackarachnia's smaller form before glancing at the gift under her arm. "Oh! This?" She pulled out the package, holding it in both of her servos "Well, seeing as it IS the human day of love and appreciation, and i spent so long to find you i figured it'd be obvious" She chuckled, as if it was silly the spider even asked. Her grin switched to a seemingly more softer smile, just tittering on the edge of being shy or awkward, as they presented the wrapped box, practically handing it over to the smaller femme. "Its a Valentines gift. For you, i mean. Happy valentines day." It wasn't overly big, or decorated to the nines. Just a simple black box held together with a gold ribbon. Its not much of a gift either, or at least, that's what Cherr thought. There was a small pouch of gems she's collected on her patrols (most match blackarachnia's paintjob, but their where a few small rubies, for her optics), A couple niche horror movies she had been suggested by a friend, a rock that she had gotten from her very unexpected trip to the moon last year. and finally, preserved in a large vial, a single Gardenia flower. Flowers were complimentary on valentines day after all. One thing they missed about their old life? Having the resources to shower her friends and loved ones with gifts. But due to the war and her new life, said resources weren't available, so she could only hope Blackarachnia enjoyed it. even just a bit

oooh ok. so i haven't actually been in this liminal space, but a laundromat at 3am. where you can sit inside and it's quiet and peaceful, and it's dark and almost silent outside, but it's warm inside from all the generated heat. either that, or a supermarket at midnight. uquizzes my BELOVED. i love being perceived, and especially the ones that have long paragraphs that make you sit back and just. oh.

i do watch youtube a lot!! even if it's just music videos or coming out tiktok compilations. it's pretty easy to find a video to play in the background while i write, or do something else. i actually don't have that many playlists, because i listened to music via youtube for a while (i know, it was. not my proudest time). but i have one called "idk here are some sad songs" and i have literally three songs on it, because i kept meaning to add more and then i'd forget. and i have one called "alone sometimes" and i have fanart of bo burnham's inside as the cover.

if i met my clone? i honestly have no idea. probably uhh,, idk. i'd be able to see myself the way other people do, i guess, so that's pretty cool. !!! i would do duets with my clone, using my trumpet. or i'd go play tennis with my clone, because i need to play more tennis. that's pretty boring but i can't think of anything else rn fsdhkjfk. honestly, i think thunderstorms are very nice. my dog doesn't like them tho, so that's taken some of the appeal out of them. but otherwise, i can listen to music and read and it's pretty vibey.
