It is expected that, just as the time prior, Oberon's approach would be swiftly followed by a grand epic of sorts and endless irritation for the Moonstone. So, it's a surprise to find the man hesitating at first, even as his theatrics still quickly follow.

He claims to be responsible for snow? (Valter scoffs.) Surely, he doesn't take me for a fool.

Valter nearly facepalms at the description given to him, but, considering he signed up for the event of his own volition, he figures he may as well put in the effort to see it through — it just meant that, in this instant, he unfortunately had to suffer to deal with Oberon first.

Patty. He's unfamiliar with the name, but it makes his job easier if it's to be synonymous with the ocean. He'd been there on a few, scarce occasions; an idea formed in his mind. He regards Oberon with a smile:
