Reason:

They're both constantly arguing. Its so bad that the Postal Dude litterally shoots himself at the end of the original game after realizing he didn't bring her the Rocky Road she wanted. Oh… And in one of the DLCs The Bitch tries to kill Postal Dude and he has to kill her. Also she's litterally called "The Bitch" in game
