Summary: After disappearing for a long time to escape the wrath of Zoe, Xayah and Rakan, Syndra finally discovers Y/N is alive after being presumed dead. Of course, she tells the girls boyfriend, Zed. 

“You’re alive,” Syndra’s voice was as calm as ever, despite having just found out that someone who was thought to be dead was in fact alive. “Injured, but alive. Does he know?”

A sigh left Y/N’s lips as she shook her head in shame.

“No,”

Now it was Syndra’s turn to sigh.

“He was a wreck, he didn’t show it, but he was. Anyone that knows him well enough could see it,”

“It was for the best,” Y/N told her, wincing as the Star Guardian applied some alcohol to the fresh wound. “He’s safer this way. Please don’t tell him where I am, I’m sure he’s over me by now.”

Syndra simply shook her head.

The moon hung high in the sky, its beams softly lighting Y/N’s face as she lay on the ground.

She was waiting. She knew Syndra well enough to know that she would tell him everything, including where she is.

“You’re alive,” Zed’s words were identical to Syndra’s, the rough tone being something Y/N found she had missed dearly.

“Yes,”

Wordlessly, Zed stepped towards her before lowering himself onto the ground beside her. He had missed her as much as she had missed him.

“Why didn’t you tell me?” He asked, glancing towards the Y/H/C-haired girl.

“I wanted to protect you. Zoe, Xayah and Rakan wanted me dead, and I didn’t want to drag you into that,”

“I could’ve protected you,” his tone was harsh yet caring. “I still can,”

For the first time in what felt like forever, Y/N smiled at Zed, “I know you can, but I don’t want you too.”

Her words stung.

“Why not?”

She simply shrugged, not wanting to tell him why.

As she attempted to look away, Zeds hand reached out to grab her cheek, turning her attention back to him.

“Tell me,” he pleaded. “Please…”

Y/N knew him well enough to sense the desperation in his voice. He wanted to know. No.  He needed to know.

“It would have been dangerous. Not only for you, for the entire order. Our relationship was risky enough, could you imagine how suspicious it would be if you had protection for me constantly?” Zed knew what she was saying was true, however he refused to believe it.

“I don’t want to lose you again, Y/N,” despite the calmness in his voice, Zed’s unmasked face betrayed the monotone noise. “I love you.”

“You love me?”  

A sigh left the assassins lips, a slight amused smirk forming at her reaction. “Do you really think we would have been together for so long if I didn’t? Would I really offer to protect you? Would I be here?”

“I love you too,” her voice was shaky, hand reaching out for Zed’s own.

“Please don’t leave again…”

A frown crawled onto Y/N’s lips. “I can’t stay Zed. It’s too dangerous for both of us.”

Zed shuffled closer to her until he was kneeling directly in front of her, his breath fanning against her lips. Both their breaths connecting at the closeness.

“Please,” he whispered as he leaned in closer. “For me?” Before she could form a reply his lips were pressed against her own in a sweet kiss, something that was abnormal for him.

“I can’t deny you anything,” Y/N breathlessly says.

“Good. I wouldn’t have it any other way,”

It isn't exactly made clear how Rakan met his end on the Lonely Planet. Riot mainly just shows the aftermath of Xayah holding his lifeless body... Ahri and Sarah leaving them behind. Quite a bit is left open for interpretation and / or for readers to fill in specific details.

Some of the following stems from short discussion with @charmerquilled on certain aspects. Other parts come from @rebelquilled’s headcanons, coupled with personal thoughts on the matter and how it plays into Ahri’s relationship with Xayah and / or Rakan.

Ahri shoulders a lot of personal blame / self-hate and what have you relating towards Xayah and Rakan’s death on the Lonely Planet. She blames herself despite having no realistic option but to act as she did. Star Guardian canon really goes to some lengths pointing this out / making sure it’s understood by the audience.

This brings me to Xayah’s hatred towards Ahri. She’s understandably resentful of being left behind... seeing friends / found family leaving her behind to die. No matter the fact Xayah probably couldn’t have been saved in the first place.

Whether it was from interactions with Kylie’s Xayah, official lore or something else... I’ve had this mindset of her likewise blaming Ahri for Rakan’s death. Thoughts of ‘maybe Ahri tried to protect Rakan on the Lonely Planet’. ‘Xayah watched her fail and Rakan die as a result.’ Things like that. 

Of course, Xayah would’ve tried shielding / deflecting / anything she could really in keeping Rakan from taking that mortal blow.

I’ll note here that aspects are open to expected eventual change. Thing having been discussed and thus mentioned in headcanon have just been... the ticket in getting my mental image a little more flattened out ( especially when tied a certain degree to Kylie and Amber’s specific character portrayals ). 

Rakan’s taking a Paddle Star to the chest courtesy of Zoe... I feel like this is something my Ahri blames herself for ( and consequently, blames herself for his death ). Personal mental image of the moment has her trying to counter the blow... an orb of Star Light being sent out on course to intercept. Ahri’s counter attack just didn’t get there in time. And I think that her attempt might’ve even been futile from the start. Between fighting Zoe, her Chaos Beasts and trying to protect everyone? There was probably some unintentional separation there, id est, enough for her to recognize events taking place, but too far away for influencing their outcome... despite best efforts otherwise.

Day 18: A Champion Combination You Think Is Awesome I haven’t played it... I tried to get my friend to play it with me, but I wouldn’t feel as great not having elemenalist Lux so I guess we never did it XD, but it looks like a sh*t ton of fun And since I was too lazy to draw yesterday, same as today I will just write the yesterday’s quotes  now. I love Star Guardian Xayah, dont get me wrong…but I feel like they messed her up just a bit. We know her main focus is fighting for the rebellion against those who hurt the Vastaya. And Rakan fights alongside her because he loves her, not so much for the cause. That’s what people use to justify this part of the new short:

And perhaps they’re right. Maybe the corruption has changed Xayah so much that she literally doesn’t care about Rakan as much. But I feel like that’s wrong. Of course Xayah is focused on her cause, which is destroying the pure Star Guardians in this universe, but  don’t believe the corruption would change her so much that she doesn’t love Rakan anymore. After all, Rakan’s focus is still saving Xayah, not killing Neeko. He clearly cares for Xayah still, not just because Zoe is forcing him to take the pain from her as her support. So why should Xayah be changed so much?

Skins don’t normally change a champion’s base personality or character, so why is Xayah a direct contradiction to her character? Many of her new lines are scoffing at the idea of love and friendship, which goes against her character so much. While Xayah is a prickly character and is intensely focused on her goals, she obviously loves and cares for Rakan. If she didn’t believe in their love, why would she be with him? (Hint: She wouldn’t.) In her base skin, she even points out to him that their relationship is so much more and deeper than the stupid human word “love” and that she falls for him more and more each day.

Yet now, we have in-game SG Xayah dismissing any idea of love or relationship (even when playing WITH a Rakan), and her character in the animated short seeming to not care for Rakan at all, until she realizes he might die.

I guess her actions in the short make more sense to me since it can be passed off that she is just focused on the hunt for Neeko and doesn’t realize Rakan is hurt. But her lines in game just go directly against any idea of her being with Rakan in the first place it’s just like ??????????RITO??????????

ALSO, another one of her knew lines is about going back to the planet where they died because she thinks being alone with Rakan was romantic. So...even her new lines are contradicting each other.

In defense of the Battle Academy skin choices:

So, in wake of the wake of the new Battle Academy skins dropping I’ve seen a LOT of people getting mad about things like Lux and Ezreal getting more skins, their favorite champs not being in the skin-line, stuff like that. For the most part those complaints are all valid, I understand them, but I do think it’s not fair to get mad at riot for this specifically because a lot of their choices make a lot sense and the ones that don’t are really small, so, I’m just gonna...go over the list and state my two cents.

All the complaints basically stem from “these champions shouldn’t have more skins, it should have been somebody like Taliyah”  this is probably the most widespread complaint, and whilst its true, neither need new skins, it’s totally understandable why they got them.  First: Since Ezreal got reworked, he was always going to be getting a new epic or better skin soon-ish, without question. Every champion thats been reworked in the past 2 years got a skin some time after their rework, this isn’t a new practice, the day the rework got announced I stated that Ezreal would be getting a new skin soon because of it, then when Riot said they were making a skin-line inspired by Shonen anime I said “without question, Ezreal will probably get a legendary skin in this skinline and be the focal point of it.” To a multitude of people, Riot are on record as saying Ezreal was DESIGNED around Shonen anime tropes from the beginning, there are lots of ‘anime’ characters in League, like Yasuo and, yeah, Lux (we’ll get to that) but for what riot were actually trying to DO with this skin line? It was always going to be Ezreal, there was never any doubt in my mind. I know a lot of people think Pajama guardian counts as his skin but...no, it really doesn’t, its basically just a chroma, thats why it’s half price if you already OWN Star Guardian, so it doesn’t count. Second: Keeping in mind Ezreal was going to be the focal point of this skinline inspired by ANIME, all the characters around him needed to fit into anime tropes, because recently for their big ‘alternate universe’ skins Riot have been focusing more on a whole narrative to go with them rather than ‘oh this would be cool’, so they had more of a plan for the champs they picked keeping in mind Ezreal is the ‘protagonist’ (because he totally is). The ones Riot went for were:  Rugged teacher who cares about his students but isn’t super affectionate (Graves) Popular kid who is a best friend/elder sibling figure to the protagonist (Jayce) Principle who is a parental figure to the protagonist after some event in their past (Yuumi) Small scale antagonist who will later go on to be an anti-hero then full hero designed to be a prominent threat in early arcs to help establish characters (Katarina) And of course, the love interest (Lux) Keeping that in mind, Lux wasn’t just on the table for this skinline, she was GUARANTEED to be in it. Say what you want about EzLux, I personally am not that into it, but the fact is that riot like it, so much so that they outright made it canon in this universe, you can have your ships, you can like LuxJinx, you can Like EzSona, or whatever, but as far as riot are concerned , Lux and Ezreal are Riots golden couple (with Xayah and Rakan), they’ve been one of two pairings they EVER acknowledge in canon for basically their entire life span, and they do it BLATANTLY. It’s not surprising at all this happened. Third: The Narrative is actually pretty relevant to the choices they made here, and the big one that I think totally invalidates Taliyah as even a possibility is that this is a school of WEAPON users. All of the champions they picked have weapons of some kind and Ezreal states in his voicelines that they all use ‘god-weapons’ AKA the narrative of this skin-line is entirely centered around those weapons as of the moment, so that means EVERY champion who isn’t a weapon user were never eligible from the start. Would champions like Taliyah suit this skinline conceptually? 200%, I’d love to see it for the next batch if they make more and change up a few things lore wise, but given the fact they clearly have an overarching plot and concept behind this school at foundation level? she just doesn’t really work right now. Sorry.

Fourth: Okay real talk Riot dropping champs that don’t need skins into new skinlines isn’t new and never has been thats just smart business. Lets say they put all these resources towards making SIX new skins, with a whole new universe to accompany them, with no guarantee it’ll be popular, and decide to put champions that need new skins in there EXCLUSIVELY.  Then, the new skinline drops on the main server and nobody likes them and they’ve wasted their time. The fact is for as long as I can remember, when Riot launch a new skinline they ALWAYS make sure at least 50% of the champions in it are the POPULAR ones they know will bring in profit regardless of if people like the skinline as a whole, This time it was Ez Lux and Kat, K/DA had Ahri and Kai’sa, Oddyssey had Jinx Yas Sona and kind of Kayn, Star guardians did it TWICE with Lux and Jinx (releasing at different times admittedly) then they did it a SECOND TIME with Ezreal and Ahri, its not until the second batch where they go for more out there less popular champions and thats been their business practice with stuff like this for as long as I can remember. I get why people are complaining but the fact is if it wasnt these champs? it still would have been 50% champs who don’t need it like Yi Fifth: The fact is that a lot the champions picked , as usual with large skinline drops like this, all fill a different role, thats pretty normal Ez: ADC Lux: Mage Mid/Supp Kat: Assasin Mid Graves: Jungler Jayce: Top Yumi: Support If we push Yumi to the side for a second, each champ fulfills one role in a game each. Riot for a while now have been making it so if a new Champ releases with a new skin line beside them, or an update to said skin line, they make that new champs on release skin part of said skin line for convenience sake, so we can probably assume that the inital skin choices were made not counting Yumi who might not even have been RELEASED by that point if she wasn’t done yet, and if she was done she’d be added. So it was probably a an intentional choice to make sure they didn’t overlap in roles until Yumi came out in which case Lux and Kat could probably overlap. With that said, and keeping in mind the aforementioned NARRATIVE role they were meant to fulfill, the pool becomes a lot smaller. The big one here being Graves, because he’s the one I haven’t fully accepted myself, I normally say Riot don’t like releasing multiple skins within a year for the same champion unless they were already making one when the worlds winners said they wanted another, thats the only acception, but along comes Graves like “second skin in 6 months baybee” which is kinda weird, so keeping that in mind, I did some research to find every jungler (cos this needed to be a jungler) who was also going to be able to fit into the rugged not nice but still cares teacher role they still had open, who ALSO had a weapon. (For reference here I mean actual jungle picks not your random off meta pick, I’m looking at you jungle Lucian, you don’t count). Not even COUNTING the fact they also had to fit into the character _archetype_ they still had open, do you know how many choices there actually were? 7 Max, and thats if you count Pantheon and Diana which not everybody does. The full list of choices with the role they still had open was  Graves, Jarvan, Jax, Pantheon (?) Diana (?) , Vi or Xin, when you take into account that they also had to come off as a bit more rugged, old enough to be a teacher, and serious and not in a nice way, its down to Graves and MAYBE Jax. This is one I’M still on the fence about, but with context I think that it being Graves isn’t...overwhelmingly shocking.  Kat is much more open and close, the roster for midlane assassins is pretty big so they just went with Kat cos out of all the assassin mids who was a WOMAN she’d waited the longest for a new skin (that yeah, she doesn’t need) and they just went with her so there was an even amount of representation between men and women in the skin line...that’s kind of it really. So, anyway that’s my two cents, I get that people will always be mad when champions like Ez and Lux and Kat get new skins, if it weren’t for the fact Ezreal is my favorite champion and shonen anime is like my favorite thing I’d probably be a little bit mad to but, as ALWAYS happens with new skinlines, the people who got skins for their mains will always have bias but I hope this didn’t come off as to apologetic? I really do hope that if these skins continue champions like Kayn Ekko and Taliyah and hell maybe Zoe get a chance to shine in it, but as it is now I find it really hard to really get mad about who they picked.

League of Legends Roleplay Casting Call

Hello everyone! Are you looking for a chance to be a part of a friendly group of League Roleplayers? 

Than do I have the proposition for you! 

My name is Hero and I am looking for people who are interested in joining a Discord Roleplay group! The server is a multi-skin, star guardian centric, high school AU plot based in Valoran High. For a more detailed plot description so far please look below!

Please try to choose from Base skins, any of the space skins (Odyssey, Dark star, etc), Academy, or Star Guardian skins. No OCs this time around folks! We also do not accept duplicates of already claimed characters.

This RP does go through multiple arcs, by the way! We are currently in Arc two!

We have several rules that I ask you be considerate of: The first and foremost is be active. We ask if you plan to be inactive for upwards of three weeks that you talk to one of the admins.  We can’t help you if the plot goes to fast because you are inactive. We ask that you also that you be respectful to your fellow members and the admins. For the most part this is a plot intensive server, and there can be heavy themes involved, as well as nsfw in the correct channels, so please if you want to apply please bare that in mind!

We also ask that you keep in mind that any canon/fanon ships are not guaranteed. If you apply to be a Xayah, don’t expect to be shipped with the Rakan.

Also please note that if you apply to be Lux, we ask you be comfortable picking up where Lux left off before (we’ll catch you up beforehand, of course).

Plot summary below the cut

Within the halls of Valoran High Boarding School, Jinx had started a group chat that she left relatively public so anyone could join. In the early morning hours of showering, Lux stepped on Kuro and Shiro after her shower. She then ran  to the group chat to express to Jinx her displeasure. Later on Viktor and Braum joined the chat followed by Jhin way after the other two. Outside of the chat Jinx recommended that Viktor talk to Lux about joining the Star Guardians since Viktor seemed to show interest. When confronting and talking to Lux, she soon expressed her displeasure and sent Viktor off with a threat of blasting him.

Viktor and Lux got into a weird text fight while Jinx comforted and essentially gave information to Viktor that further infuriated Lux upon her learning of it.

After Viktor and Jinx talked for a while, it was clear that Viktor may not become a star guardian, but Jinx held up hope.  She believed that anyone should be welcome, and it caused a few arguments with Lux. Lux and Jinx talk, and it comes to light that Lux has a crush on Jinx.  Lux kisses Jinx, and Jinx runs off, unsure how to feel.  With a little help from Vi, Jinx comes to realize she likes Lux in turn, and they kiss making their relationship official. Meanwhile Jhin is served hedgehog in his lunch, and is thoroughly disgusted.  The lunch lady turns up dead shortly after the incident, and Jhin begins to have dreams of what Jinx assumes is the first star. She encourages him to talk to Lux, but nothing much other than a better understanding comes of the situation. Later on, Jinx troubled by Jhin's situation, and by a sense of something coming, she takes Lulu to dinner where she discovers that Lulu is a star guardian, and is invited onto the team.

Orianna has now joined the chatroom and Jinx, Braum, and Orianna all bought weed off of Vi.

Shaco has joined the chatroom, Jinx grows increasingly troubled by the situation at hand. She now is under the believe that Viktor, Jhin, and Orianna are all going to become members of the dark star, and she doES NOT like that.

She ran off to get some answers, returning only because she was injured while searching the cosmos for what the Dark Stars were. Meanwhile, Jhin was troubled by his nightmares, and had to take a break, leaving the school for a short while and letting Leona sub for the class.  He is now back.

Jinx still is very troubled by the situation she was given, and thus talks to Jhin about her situation.  Jhin convinces her to stay in her club Lux leaves without warning, making Jinx the defacto leader, despite her questioning more and more her involvement with the star guardians.

Yasuo has also returned from some space adventures, and Kayn has been caught stealing from Jhin and many others, and put in the Punishment Room. Caitlyn has hosted a bakesale.

At the bakesale, a new star guardian made his appearance, Malzahar. Though he may not be all he seems, Jinx seems to like him as a person, and wants to trust him. His spider familiar,,,not so much. After the bake sale, things have gotten incredibly serious. Kayn has been corrupted by Rhaast, a Dark star, and Jhin has slowly seeping corruption and an eye void. Out of his eye void crawled out a baby khazix who is growing very fast. Jinx blames herself for kayn's corruption, having left him alone despite promising him she could help him. Jinx leaves to clear her head, though she has a very bad infection that she let go untreated. The infection was caused by a void creature fight. At this same time, Kayn wanders off as well. Jhin goes to find Kayn, and Zoe goes to find Jinx (after Zoe blew dark stars cover). Jhin and Kayn get into a fight, Zoe finds jinx burning up and completely unconcious. Thresh carries jinx to the infirmary, and Jhin carries Kayn. Kayn escapes with some injuries.  Jinx, however, ends up losing her arm as she let the infection spread too much. The baby Khazix is growing very fast, and can speak. Thresh scares the shit out of jinx like a jerk, Talon kills Zoe for blowing the cover of dark star, everyone seems to hate Zoe, which drives her to make a pact with the dark star. Lulu comea back from a family runion with Pix's family. Everything is metaphorically on fire and she has to do damage control, trying to keep jhin and kayn from corrupting completely.

Lulu catches up with all of the chaos and befriends Kayn and Rhaast. Further meetings with Rhaast cement their relationship and they confess their love. Jinx gets her robotic arm and gets to know Rakan better in the hospital. Jhin's corruption spreads further and Loki goes missing, but just as he is found he attacks Jhin, resulting in Jhin having to kill him. In his grief his corrupted eye sucks in an entire home improvement store. Thresh comes to comfort him. His eye later births a voidling, which grows up to be Kha'zix, as well as another creature similar to an alligator, which Jhin gifted the unique name Loki 2, became his new pet. In a fit of jealousy and wrath fueled by the corruption of the Dark Star, kayn goes on a rampage, heralding the start of the apocalypse as the Dark purple sky swirls above the school, which is now on lockdown. Lulu consumates her love with Rhaast before getting kidnapped by Kayn. Rhaast and Kayn battle, Lulu intervenes and puts him into a sedated state. Jinx and Rakan meanwhile confess their love under the corrupted moonlight. Zoe and Yasuo talk on his ship for a while. From there, things only seem to get as the corrupted sky grows. Rhaast and Thresh disappear leaving behind cryptic messages and a world of heartbreak. Jinx is completely losing it, refusing to let Rakan out of her sight the best that she can.

The corruption of the world and the sky reach a breaking point after rhaast and Thresh disappear, and ultimately on the school campus there are only a handful of people left. This leaves Lulu, Jinx, Rakan, Jhin, and Kha'zix to  fight the threat as the gather in the courtyard. First its a wave of voidlings, but Thresh soon reappears, having grown huge, the influence of the Dark Star clouding his judgement and forcing him to fight his friends. Kayn and Rhaast then reappear and enter the fight, and Kayn takes his form and bends Rhaast back into his scythe form, convincing Lulu that Rhaast was killed in the process.  In her grief, Lulu loses her control on her magic. Jinx turns her attention from the void creatures to Kayn, seeing Lulu broken hearted fueling her unstable anger and motivating her to destroy the man she once called her friend. Kayn fights Thresh, in this fight Rakan uses his charm distract Kayn and stirs awake a very much not dead Rhaast. This brings Lulu back to reality and the fight continues, although really it was Kayn Vs Thresh at this point, and Kayn comes out the victor. He wounds Thresh in what could only be assumed to be a mortal way, and Thresh disappears to an unknown destination. After Thresh disappears, Rhaast retracts his pact with Kayn, and is dropped as a weapon. Kayn disappears as well. Lulu gathers up Rhaast, who decides he needs to hide for a while in his weapon form. As the fight is over, and the sky clears up, there's a mix of emotions all round the group of...."Star guardians". Joy, fear, sorrow. But for now, it seems that the world was safe.

A/N: In this version she had something going on with Rakan but none of them did anything about it, so she was single while every headcanon of it. ^^

You got chosen by The First Star out of nowhere - you didn’t even knew why. 

You did agree, of course! You were normal human being, but got chosen anyway. Only Ezreal had it that way, so you were moved to Ahri’s team, so it’s easier for you to fit in.

You became friends with Ezreal right away, he told you the most important tips, but some were as useful as holes in the bridge - which means not at all. They were like that because Ezreal has that self esteem of God.

Good for him, but you’re not exactly like him, poorly. 

You tried to befriend everyone and it went almost easy.

Why almost? You had this hell of a ride to even start a conversation with Xayah - you just got instant crush and couldn’t deal with it.

She was so…perfect?? But you were sure she was taken.

Surprise - she wasn’t! Ezreal told you Rakan hit friendzone with his face way too hard, they’re just close together because they’re childhood friends!

You sighed with relief. Ezreal hit your back, laughing loudly. “That’s your chance! Go, befriend her! Then use that one pick-up line I teached you!”

“ This the last thing I should tell her-”

He pushed you into her direction - but he pushed a little bit too hard, you lost your balance.

Xayah didn’t let you fall, of course. She caught you, slowly helping you up. “Are you alright?” she asks. 

You, burning red right away, answer “Y-yeah, I’m okay…”

You both stare into each other’s eyes for too long. You thought it’s because situation is awkward, so you, as a dummy, started: “D…did it hurt when heaven fall- I-I mean, Oh GOD.” You wanted to walk away, especially hearing her laugh, but she grabbed your wrist.

“ Hurt as hell, still hurts when I walk. You’d like to help me out?”

You had no idea how in the hell that worked, but it fucking did! 

You walked with her around school, then had some walk around town, you really clicked. She saw that and you did too.

Rakan once walked up to you, looking angry as hell. And your only thoughts were “oh crap oh crap oh crap what if ezreal made a goof out of you and they actually WERE together? crapcrapcrap-”

“[y/n], we need to talk.”

“ y…ye?”

“If you try to hurt Xayah, I swear to the First Star none of your magical abilities will be able to save you from me kicking your ass. I don’t even care that you’re a girl-”

“Rakan, wait, what are you talking about?”

“She LIKES you [y/n]! I wasn’t supposed to tell you that but if you just dare to even say no to her after you hit on her, I swear I will-”

You giggled loudly and hugged him out of happiness. Rakan just groaned quietly and hugged you too.

At this moment you became friends with Rakan too.

You got to be Xayah’s girlfriend for two weeks, but THIS happened. 

You were too far from her to help, Rakan jumped in to help her as a true friend he is - and Neeko with them got lost too! 

You wanted to run and attempt to save your girlfriend too, but Syndra grabbed you with nelson hold, not letting you go. You had no clue Syndra is that strong. You sobbed your eyes out. Everyone looked shaken, but you had it the worst. 

Ahri said you all need to go back, and you did. 

You couldn’t function for a long time, you just cut yourself off. Noone could reach you, not even Ezreal.

You were desperate, and  you knew Ahri wouldn’t agree to even try and make sure they’re over, so you went alone. 

It was a mistake, of course, but with a good ending for you. Why?

You went there, and Zoe knew you will, you loved Xayah too much you couldn’t live with the thought of not being sure. So she was there, she’d shown herself after you appeared.

You gasped, you wanted to get to her as fast as possible to hug her, even though you knew there was something bad with her. Good  you didn’t run into her, since she took her fighting position, her feathers ready to be thrown.

You had that short fight where she won, because you were distracted by emotions. 

You were lying down, she was above you, holding sharp feather in her hand above your head, ready to kill.

“Xayah, wait, please!” you shouted desperately. You saw the change in her eyes, worried expression.

“…[y/n]…?” She lowered her hand with feather, dropping it.

Zoe was losing her goddamn mind, she was shouting “kill her! K I L L HER!”

But Xayah knew she’ll lose herself in a moment, and knew you’ll be a stubborn baby about not leaving her alone, so she leaned down and kissed you, holding your cheeks with her pretty hands.

You knew what she was doing. You kissed her back, letting her corrupt you too. 

You just didn’t want to leave her alone.

SG Zoe x reader - “meeting and falling in love headcanons”

A/N: There wasn’t specified if reader is supposta be a star guardian, corrupted star or normal fella, so reader is a normal fella

Let’s start with the most important: you only heard of star guardians in TV or something, you didn’t gave it too much of your attention - or care.

You just wanted to pass this year (with good grades or “enough” grades, you do you) 

And Zoe didn’t care about your existence too, didn’t even know about it until she traced down Ezreal - the one she had actuall interest in.

You shared some class with him and you two never talked, really. She was watching from the portal right out of window at Ezreal’s class, and you sat somewhere at the end of class, scribbling little nothings on paper, your eyes dull. You were sleepy after god knows what you did last night, but that was you.> Teary eyes from yawning> Yawning every three minutes at least twice> playing with your hair (you can do that with short hair too I’m sure! :D)> looking around class or window.

Zoe of course wasn’t stupid, she hid somewhere unnoticeable.

The way you weren’t always perfect and amazing, while talking about yourself like of some sort of first star herself (like Ezreal does) was intriguing.

Instead of gushing on Ezreal she was staring at you, wondering who you even are and what do you generally do. 

She saw you walking home, eat, sleep, do your things like hobby or - you know, whatever you do! 

And diggity dang she fell for you hard. Who needs “perfect” asshole who:1) is against her 2) is her enemy 3) even if he wouldn’t be her enemy he’d hate her guts.

So she gave up on this dude and focused her fangirlings on you.

Bad news for you: you have a stalker now. 

She’s a villain of the story, it’s obvious she won’t be flowers and ponies in her romance. 

She sent Xayah and Rakan to capture you on the weekend, when you were going back from your friend’s/other family member’s house and it was dark.

Thing was easy as pie - they just hopped off of portal made by Zoe, caught you into big sack and yoink, done!

They threw you at Zoe’s feet.

Oh gosh she squealed, gushed, was all blushy and excited to finally be able to talk to her precious plain person! She opened the sack like it was some present - and there you were, scared, confused, surprised.

“Oooooh you’re so-so-so-soooo cute?!!” she played with your cheeks, smiling widely.

When you tore away and moved back, looking at her like she was some kind of monster, she just tilted her head to the side.
