I rewatched the whole mlp show again and made some of my human headcanons :)) i love them so much

Twilight is indian + japanese (Okinawa specifically) and has autism, ocd and is a gifted kid ofc, shes also ace and birromantic and uses he/she/they. They dress more fancy-like because of Canterlot's influence but loves confortable clothing items

Pinkie is from a black amish family and has vitiligo, so she uses her umbrella hat often! She usually wears working-eske clothes for it is easier to work and move and always wears Maud's necklaces even when she finishes them. She has autism + adhd and is pan and on the aro spectrum :) she uses any pronouns plus neopronouns!

Fluttershy's parents are tamil and shes a demigirl that uses she/they and is on a qpr with Discord! Shes semiverbal, has autism and suffers from anxiety, though she's no longer agoraphobic

Rarity is from afrobrit and cantonese descent and LOVES using shiny makeup with jewels. Shes aromantic but has a long time figuring it out because she enjoys romance as a concept, plus shes a trans queen and has OCD

Applejack is a white american of irish descent, obv a butch lesbian even though she enjoys dresses from time to time. Shes dating Rainbow in a butch4butch relationahip and has autism, ptsd and OCD

Rainbow uses he/she and is filipina!! (visaya) and very much has adhd. Shes a lesbian and def had a situationship with Lightning Dust, and has a really tough rsd because of him getting bullied and being a bad student, so he became a prankster/class clown for validation though it makes her seem arrogant af

Finally, Discord is more of a bonus as i think he wouldnt have a definitive ethnicity and prob has MANY different human forms (also because im indecisive) but in this portrayal hes venezuelan, uses he/him and is non binary. Hes also achillean but not exclusively attracted to men-adjacent people and is very much autistic and has rsd as well

Also he has Chowder clothing logic if anyone was wondering
