so I recently discovered a lovely YouTube channel called “Tasting History with Max Miller,” where he recreates historical food with as much accuracy as he can manage. Many dishes include ones from Mesopotamia, Ancient Greece and Rome; I imagined Crowley stumbling upon this while trolling on social media and immediately going out of his way to cook something for Aziraphale specifically with flavors from several thousand years ago just to see his angel’s reaction.
