Hunter at Hexside! He’s about 17-18 in this and is a senior in this.

Explanation,

He takes advanced potions due to it being his first choice in ASIAS and I think it would be most familiar to him as it doesn’t require powers to do.

He also does advanced construction since alot of the magic we see him use when he was the golden guard besides teleportation was manipulating the ground around him and summoning objects (the sword in separate tides)

He does Bard because it’s a fun and new form of magic he can learn

Beast-Keeping as alongside palismen he picks up an affinity for animals from Camilla and Gwendolyn.

Abominations minor since he found them interesting from Darius and Amity.

He also dabbles in other forms of magic, illusions, plants, healing, even some oracle, but not enough to justify getting a class.

If Hunter was pulled out of the ground as a toddler and Golden Guard by the time he was 16, then imagine how young he was when he was first forced into scout training. What age did Hunter’s childhood end? How old was he when he scaled that mountain? Were any of the other scouts hesitant to spar with him when he was half their height? I imagine child soldiers aren’t really as stigmatized on the Boiling Isles but did that still apply when it was a ten year old in a mask that kept slipping off his head because it was still a little too big? A cape he kept tripping over because it was still a little too long? Did anyone see that little, magicless boy trying to fight alongside adults and think anything was wrong with it but was forced to keep their mouth shut because it was the Emperor’s will? Did anyone care? Did anyone think to ask their god why he needed children to fight his battles?

Going back to this because we now have confirmation that Hunter didn't pop out of the ground as a teen and likely had a childhood to remember (only missing the first one or two years, but people usually don't remember those anyways).

And Hunter remembers a time before Belos!

You wanna tell me that man would go through the effort of raising a toddler himself when he could just let someone else do it, kill them later and blame it on "wild magic"?

Obv. he would keep an eye on Hunter, but that's still easier than raising Hunter from birth, then erasing all of those memories and all his work only to replace them, so that Hunter is slightly more grateful and sees Belos as an uncle instead of a father figure.

Even for Belos, that's a bit too convoluted.

TLDR: Given that Hunter was created as a toddler, (most) of his childhood memories being real and Belos not raising him for most of it makes more sense then the alternatives.

She did that shit again with Hunter.

The guy on the left being choked out by the woman. He's named "Golden Boy", pretty fucking similar to golden guard, same hair color and yellow color palette.

Hating a character this much should be consodered parasocial. Lily's vendetta against Hunter becomes very clear here.

And that's not the worst of it.

Ah yes, humiliating the (underaged!) character you despise by imagining them as a selfish sexual partner who doesn't have stamina in bed.

That's totally normal and healthy.

Lily knew she couldn't get away with comissioning another piece where her oc beat up and humiliated a character because people were taking note and Hunter is a. a minor, and b. a victim of physical and emotional abuse.

So she did the next best thing.

William ended up in a different world, fell asleep for centuries and only got waken up by complete accident, found out that centuries passed all his friends and family are long dead and he can’t go back home, made a treehouse in the woods, reluctantly befriended the human girl that woke him up, adopted the physical embodiment of the sense of guilt of a guy that might be his descendant, became enemies of a clone of another of his own descendants and got bullied by the human girl and her witch gf.

I can’t wait to see how badly things will go for him. Pretty sure he’s going to be ran over by a car once he arrives in the human world.

He’s gonna go through some wacky hijinks that’s for sure
