To tease bowser Luigi goes "we both know who's wearing the pants in this relationship ✨" and bowser is offended bc tell me what you want this man has some sort of alpha mentality (not in the andrew tate way of "my partner is beneath me" but in the literal animal way of "i protect my partner" if that makes sense. Ik turtles probably don't have a hierachy system like that but bowser is also a King with more pride than brains so shhh go with it).

It took him a bit to realize Luigi made a really shitty pun because he, in fact, is the only one wearing pants.
