I said I was going to start doing this so I may as well start now
I'm currently in the works of another fic and it is SO fun to compare the way I treated the narration in LUVTH(Light fic) and the way I'm currently treating the narration in BTNYCI(Current Wip)
Because in LUVTH the narration isn't specifically stuck to any one character/entity, it changes unreliably just for the sake of it. The bracketed narration is also happening in real time, usually on the hopeful/positive side with Soul being hopeful for Unity and Heart n Mind apologizing to one another
Meanwhile in BTNYCI the narration is tied exclusively to Mind and Mind alone. It doesn't switch to any other character or entity(she's still unreliable though :]) and the bracketed narration is! Not as kind! It's mostly past sentiments being brought back up due to the events but it effectively feels like Mind is continually feeling disgust and Heart n Soul are coming at it with a steel chair. Repeatedly.
