thankfully i’ve never really hurt myself too terribly except for a broken wrist, but between the ages of 10-17 i’d occasionally hurt my back by sitting weird, usually in an attempt to play video games without the glasses i desperately needed lol. once when i was like 11 i laid belly down on the couch with my elbows up on the arm of it for like three hours, which messed me up for days, then a few other times i hurt myself, but another bad one when i was 17, i had my back curved while sitting and propping my laptop up on my knee, tried to move and literally just cried, crawled on the floor, and laid there all night until i forced myself to move in the morning. lol luckily it hasn’t happened since i lost a little weight.

i’m a never writer, apparently v___v but lol ideally a night writer, my best work is between the hours of 12am & 4am, but my sleeping schedule is so inconsistent, and so is my dad’s who spends literally every waking moment of his telling me different stuff he wants done, so it’s tough to hit that sweet spot. i write whenever i get a chance tho.

officially, about 9 years. i started at 11 on myspace, rping dragon ball z stuff. but basically about 12 years, if you count how from the ages of 8-11 i’d put an anime pic up on my myspace, pretend i was older, and talk to roleplayers i didn’t realize were roleplayers lmfao.

26. favorite roleplay genre ??

i like pretty much anything, tbh. as long as it’s well thought out, has an interesting plot, or whatever. sometimes it doesn’t even need that, it just needs to catch my eye or line up with something i’m looking for. but yeah, supernatural, multi-fandom, sci-fi, romance, town rps, high school/college rps, anime rp (well, pokemon mostly), harry potter… i’ve done it all tbh and don’t particularly have a favorite.

short answer, yes. long answer… i’m pretty sure i was friends with a ghost girl as a kid?? like no joke, even looking back at it through rational “adult” eyes, i’m still convinced. my fam moved into a new apartment, and pretty much right after that i started having dreams about a girl my age at the time (11-12). i’d never seen her before but the dreams would be like just conversations, like i was visiting a friend or something. i don’t remember them much, but i do remember the feeling of someone else in my room all the time, like you know how if someone else is around you just know even if you’re not looking at them? like that. there was even one night i was getting in bed, laid there a minute, and then i could have absolutely sworn somebody came in the room and sat down next to me on the bed because i felt the bed sink a little under their weight, but i looked and no one was there. i had a really vivid conversation/dream/thing that night. then a few nights later, for the first time since moving there i didn’t have one. the next morning my dad was really freaked out and said he fell asleep in the chair, but woke up and couldn’t breathe, and felt cold little hands over his mouth. he rationalized it as just waking up from a nightmare but i didn’t think so, so that night when i went to sleep and saw her i got really upset, yelled at her for it, and woke up right after. then i never saw or heard anything even remotely similar again, like she left or disappeared or something. it’s so weird, and i know how crazy it sounds, but yeah. don’t get me started on the topic of ghosts lmfao. THEN AGAIN, like a year later we had a carbon monoxide scare, but i really doubt the two were related because that would mean there was an entire year that we were breathing it in and the monitor didn’t do anything lol

29. do you believe in aliens ??

no alien story, thankfully, but it just makes no sense not to believe in them to me. like, we probably don’t have them on earth, and we’ve probably never encountered any, but it’s as close as you can get to a mathematical certainty that there’s some other life out there in the universe.

30. do you believe in true love ??

like, people who are just meant for each other, like romantic soulmates? nah not really. but i believe that two people can grow to truly love one another. whether it’s based off an initial attraction/infatuation, or a friendship, or both. i’d actually argue that’s a simple explanation of the biological science behind the feeling of love, but that’s an essay i’m not gonna write lol. but there’s apparently a lot of different types of love, so i guess “true love” is suggestive? 

also slightly unrelated but i don’t-quite-believe-in-but-am-open-to-the-idea-of soulmates, not necessarily as two souls who are just meant for each other romantically and always end up together, but more as two or more souls that gravitate toward each other to make up the important people in each other’s lives, like family members, lovers, or close friends. but that’s more of a theoretical idea/possibility than an actual belief of mine.

“I dreamt of a throne world that belonged to Crota, and it was filled with warped versions of the plants in my garden. I think it’s just a scrambled memory, after getting that shard of Crota’s soul crystal in my eye.”

“My Ghost. It feels weird to be crying around anyone else sometimes.”

Cayde died, Dad and Ikora have been arguing, the Drifter moved into the Tower Annex, the Black Armory opened its shady doors, the Spider is very interested in even more shady things, the Nine have rocked up with their Emissary and even with Mara gone, she’s up to no good as usual and I don’t like it.”

“In mortal terms, around 24 or 25? As a Guardian, no idea. I don’t count the years so much.”

“It thought Newt could come over fordinner today.”

Thomas hummed, his eyes skimmingover the text on his phone, and it took him few seconds before he realized hiscompany around the table quieted down abruptly. He raised his head in questionjust to see his whole family staring at him expectantly.

“Uh, what?” he blinked and Ava’sface told him there was something big hanging in the air right now.

“Newt?” she repeated with raisedeyebrows and Thomas cleared his throat.

“What ‘bout him?”

The conversation they had in their flat was the last one so far andthey haven’t spoken since. Thomas had several weak moments where he wanted toat least text him, but he always stopped at hey,because he had no idea what to talk about. Reminiscing about the pastendeavours was out of the question when he didn’t remember even meeting the guyand he didn’t want to ask him about it because he stubbornly wanted to rememberby himself. But the memories didn’t come no matter how hard he stared at thepictures in his phone, and he was ashamed he couldn’t bring anything to his ownmarriage at the moment.

“Today’s dinner,” Ava repeated patiently.Was a little weird for her to be this meek, but Thomas counted it towards herbeing careful with the whole business around Thomas’ malfunctioning brain. “Ithought Newt could come over?

“Sure?” Thomas replied simply. Itwas no big deal, right? He wasn’t uncomfortable around the man. At least hethought he didn’t – the convo they had back then broke some ice so having himover in the house with his whole family that could eventually distract himcould do them good. It wasn’t like Thomas was nervous or anything (he thoughtthat while trying to force down a weird feeling tickling him in pit of hisstomach).

“You don’t mind?” Ava’s expressiondidn’t change and the rest of the family was peering at him with similar looks.

“No?” he let out and the tightanticipation in Ava’s face finally eased off.

“Alright then,” she relaxed backinto her seat and Aris with Teresa started to eat their breakfast again, likethey weren’t just staring at him for minutes like two vultures. “I thoughtlasagne is a good choice.”

“Yeah, whatever,” he mumbled,glancing back at his phone. Was it Newt’s favourite food or something? It was alittle annoying all of them could say much more about his own husband than hecould.

“Call him to come over, would you,”Teresa’s voice flew over the table to him with faked sweetness and he shot hera glare. She just smiled at him, but he damned well could see the horns peekingfrom under her long black hair.

“Yeah, whatever,” he repeated in alow grumble and after that they finally lefthim alone again.

Newt [10:14]Sheesh, don’t be so friendly, my heart can’t take it.

Newt didn’t text back and Thomas tossedthe phone on the bed with a sigh. He didn’t know how to talk to him. He had noidea what to talk to him about either. It was like a person made of glass, likeapproaching it without the right tactics could shatter it, and it just didn’tmake any sense. The photos were clear as a day – they were a couple, they werein love, yet now a brick wall was standing between them.

He crashed next to the phone,bouncing on the mattress few times before the motion stilled, and buried hisface into the pillow. It was already difficult enough to get acquainted in hisjob he had no recollection of either, but people were at least helpful there.

Not that Newt wasn’t helpful. Well,quite frankly not that he was either. He just… existed. There, somewhere, intheir flat, alone. And Thomas left him there because he didn’t know what elseto do or what his husband thought orwanted. When he didn’t even remember meeting him, maybe it was uncomfortablefor Newt as well? They were basically strangers now.

He groaned and turned to his side,his sight immediately falling on the golden ring resting on his bedside table. Wearingit felt wrong, not wearing it felt wrong as well, so Thomas just left it there– on sight, but not on him. When talking to Newt a week ago, it was fine andThomas even thought being around the blond wouldn’t pose a problem. But thenext day and the day after, and basically all week later he just didn’t knowanymore. So he didn’t text him, didn’t call him and Newt kept the silence aswell.

And now the dinner. Newt seemedpissy over the texts as well. Was it because Thomas didn’t call him again? Ormaybe something at work happened. Or he just didn’t feel like going for dinnerwith the whole Thomas’ family. Or with Thomas specifically.

He blindly reached for the phone andstared at their conversation as if he could deduce something else there – acoded message or a sign. He found nothing.

Thomas [10:55] Are you mad at me?

He wasn’t sure what to expect afterasking that, but he still clicked send and waited. He expected no, of course not, because that waspretty much a standard when dealing with unpleasant topics while being in thegrey area. Thomas didn’t need the politeness, but quite frankly wasn’t surewhat exactly he required instead of it.

The phone finally beeped and Thomasstared at the answer for whole minute before the word reached him properly.

Newt [10:59] Kinda.

“Kinda,” he repeated and rubbed hiseyes. Another message beeped.

Newt [11:00]Kinda don’t even want to see you rn.

That stung and Thomas sat up with afrown. Okay, fine, so he played the dead bug, but he didn’t deserve this. Hedidn’t do anything wrong and if Newt wanted to talk to him, he could have,nobody was stopping him from taking a phone and sending a text or call.

Thomas [11:02] Tough luck, you are invited and I will be there.

Newt [11:07] Wellthen. Tell Ava I am busy.

Thomas [11:08] You tell her.

Newt [11:09] Fine.

Thomas cursed and tossed the phonenext to him again. What the hell was wrong with that guy? He was like hot andcold from Katie Perry and he hated that song.

Ava was not going to be pleased.

He didn’t see Ava the wholeafternoon. Basically he didn’t really see anybody that much – Teresa went out,Aris was in his room playing videogames and Ava nowhere to be found. He roamedthe house like a ghost, not entirely sure what to do with himself, until henestled in the living room and turned the TV on to some dumb cooking show.

It took about five minutes ofwatching the food being made, which reminded him of today’s dinner probablyhappening in less festive manner, until he grabbed phone again.

Thomas [14:47] What exactly is your problem anyway?

Newt [14:48] Ohwait, let me think.

Thomas grumbled. This was literallyleading them nowhere. He gave Newt five minutes and when no other text came, hedialled his number with a childish need to at least tell him he acted like ajerk for no purpose whatsoever.

Newt picked up on tenth ring,seemingly wanting Thomas to give up, and his what sounded like a death sentence.

“Why did you put me on your goddamnshit list?” Thomas skipped the pleasantries as well and Newt on the other sideof the line scoffed. Alright, so they were already in the arguing phase, whichwas just great. He wondered how often they argued normally.

“Bloody hell, Thomas, do you reallyneed me to spell it out for you?” his accent was more prominent when he wasangry, Thomas noted. “I’m in no mood for that right now.”

“Well, I am,” Thomas shot back. “Iinvited you for dinner and you turned it into a shit show, so what’s up?”

“Youinvited me for dinner?” Newt snorted over the line. “Ava made you.”

“What difference does it make?”Thomas rolled his eyes and heard Newt whisper Jesus under his breath. “Just come for the stupid dinner!”

“Oh yes, now you definitely changedmy mind,” Newt uttered and Thomas heard door being shut somewhere in thedistance. Was Newt out somewhere? “For what even? So we would glare at eachother over lasagne?”

“Well, if you keep this up wedefinitely will glare any given moment,” Thomas said sternly. “Are you mad Ihaven’t called you over a week? Is that it?”

Only a sigh came from the other sideand Thomas pinched the bridge of his nose. He didn’t want to argue. He didn’twant to make a drama out of it, no matter how weird or uncomfortable or forcedit would feel in the beginning. He didn’t text him over a week because thewords just didn’t come, not because he didn’t want to see him ever.

“Look, I didn’t know what to tellyou,” he dropped the voice lower. “I just don’t know how to talk to you cuz itfeels like you expect me to be somebody who I don’t know how to become.”

“What?” Newt finally spoke andThomas took a deep breath.

“It’s just…” he tried, but the wordswere stuck. “Just like. I am not him, you know.”

Silence.

“The guy you married,” he tried toelaborate clumsily. “I don’t know how I to become him so you’d be fine with itand-,”

“Don’t do that,” Newt interruptedhim quietly.

“But why?”

“Because that’s not how it works,”the voice over the line sounded sad. “And because I don’t want that.”

“Me?” Thomas croaked out.

“What?”

“You don’t want me?” anymore his conscience supplied and ithurt. Yes, he didn’t remember meeting him, he didn’t remember falling in lovewith him, and marrying him and cutting the cake at the reception and makinglove to him in the bed, but he knew he would one day, or maybe never, butcutting him off completely was just… not it. Not right. Not ever.

Newt’s voice hitched on the otherside and it was painful. The silence stretched between them infinitely, onlythe faint noise of the cooking show was filling the background.

“I want you,” Newt finally said.“Bloody hell. I want you so much here at home with me, you have no idea. But Ican’t have you and it’s just too much.”

“Who said you can’t have me?” Thomascountered immediately.

“Tommy.”

“I haven’t said that,” Thomasinsisted.

“C’mon, you know it’s like-,”

“Come for the dinner,” he didn’t letNewt finish because it scared him to hear it’snot like that now or it’s not likeyou love me now since that bullshit was way over the line. “Please.”

Another sigh.

“Yeah, okay,” Newt replied faintly.“Okay.”

Thomas spent the rest of the afternoonin front of the TV, while clutching his phone close to his chest.

When the doorbell rang, Thomaswasn’t surprised nobody went for the door, but expected him to do it. He didn’tcomplain when getting up from the sofa, and when approaching the door, he stillfelt reasonably calm and controlled, until he grabbed the handle and the entrywayrevealed his lost husband in a leather jacket and jeans.

“Look who’s here,” Thomas welcomedhim and Newt offered a small smile while raising a hand with bottle of wine init.

“I brought a treat,” he let Thomastake the bottle before walking after him inside of the house, automaticallyputting his jacket in the closet without further prompting. He moved around theplace with ease and Thomas had to remind himself Newt was part of the familyand not a random guy who came over for dinner, no matter how alien it looked. Whenhe started heading towards the living room, Thomas’ hand grabbed his wrist andstilled him.

“Wait a bit,” he said quietly,pulling Newt back to the hallway, and the blond went relatively easily. He hadstrange expression though, something akin to fear, and Thomas hoped he would beable to get rid of it someday.

“What is it?” Newt prompted him,when Thomas kept quiet even after they stood in on the spot for a minute incomplete silence and Thomas was still holding Newt’s wrist in his hand,squeezing it gently.

“Thanks for coming,” he saidfinally, hesitantly looking up to Newt’s confused face. “I really appreciateit. And sorry for not calling for so long.”

“I didn’t really expect you to,”Newt commented in a low voice. He didn’t move away though. “It’s fine.”

“It’s not really fine,” Thomasinsisted. The conversation they had over the phone earlier today still rang inhis head, and he didn’t know if it was guiltiness that kept urging him to makeamends or not. “I don’t want you to be alone.”

“Oh please-,”

“No, I mean it,” he stopped Newtfrom pulling away. “I want to know you better too.”

The blond shook his head with asigh.

“Look, if this is about the phonecall we had…” he vaguely gestured with his free hand, but then no other wordscame out of him. Thomas hummed and let go of his wrist just to slide his handlower to brush against Newt’s fingers.

“I hate the thought of you beingsad,” he mumbled unhappily, looking at Newt’s long, slim fingers he gentlytouched one by one. Newt didn’t move his hand away, but his breath hitchedseveral times during it. Thomas decided he kinda liked the sound. “I just-,”

“The ring,” Newt stopped himsuddenly and Thomas glanced back to his face.

“Huh?”

“You’re wearing the ring,” the blond’seyes were glued to Thomas’ left hand and for a fraction of second Thomasthought Newt would freak out and leave. He took the ring shortly before thedinner party started and it was more of an attempt of how he would feel with it– he absolutely planned not to leave it on. But it felt good, like it belongedon his finger (which was true anyway), so he left it there because it was hisanyway. Nobody from the family commented on it, if they even noticed.

“Well. Of course,” he let Newt togently touch it, like it was the most fragile thing in the world. “It’s mineafter all.”

“Yes, but-,”

“I want to leave it on, if you’realright with it,” Thomas didn’t let him say anything and Newt took a shudderingbreath before nodding.

“I’m alright with it,” he concludedquietly. It made Thomas feel a lot better about the whole day.

#01. Name? Any nickname? Taylor Hera Montgomery-McKenzie, although she doesn’t know she has a middle name. It isn’t written on any of the paperwork involving her since her birth, adding to the mysteries surrounding her. Hera, in addition to being a mythological figure, of course, is also said to derive from the Greek ‘ηρως (heros) “hero, warrior”; ‘ωρα (hora) “period of time"; or ‘αιρεω (haireo) “to be chosen”. Those three ideas combined pretty much sum up her personality and fate.

#02. Birthday? As her file says, she was born on January 1st on La Huerta.

#03. What’s their family like? She has lost all rememberance of her family. It started bothering her more and more as time passed on the island. When she got on that plane, she clearly remembered her parents, her father’s kind smile and her mother’s warm eyes, her little brother’s cheerful enthusiasm, but the more time she spent on La Huerta, the less she thought about them and the more those colors and laughs started to blur as though the island was having some tricky effect on her mind - or perhaps it was revealing the true nature of what she deeply considered as her memories and her history. She has only confessed those doubts to Jake during their honeymoon, but brushed it off lightly, not wanting to kill the mood between her husband and her, and aware he could do nothing about it.

#04. Relationship status? She is handfasted to Jake McKenzie, which can be considered as a marriage despite not being one in the Western norm.

She’s definitely one for what people would consider “guilty pleasure music”. She loves all genres, but has always had a soft spot for reggaeton and hispanophonic music in general, whether it be from South America or Spain. Spanish is a language that she’s always felt drawn to, maybe because of its warm and sensual sound. Alerta is a song she finds utterly beautiful, despite not understanding any of the lyrics at first. If you hear her humming a tune, that’s probably the “ale ale, ale ale alerta”s from the chorus. And Unintended… Unintended reminds her of her adolescence, when she went through her rock phase like almost every 90′s kid - the thing she’s never quite gotten out of it, and fell utterly in love with this band and this particular song when she was fifteen. It reminds her of her relationship with Jake every time she listens to it and always manages to soothe her.

#06. Fave book? Taylor is one for mystery, thriller and science-fiction. She’s in love with Agatha Christie’s books, always been, so it’s clear that her favorite book of all time is Ten Little Niggers, a novel that is so different from everything she’s ever read before. The Phantom of the Opera by Gaston Leroux is a very close second though. She didn’t think she would like it that much when she first picked it up, usually not that interested in romance nor historical fiction, but it became her number two through the years thanks to the deep, complex personalities of the characters and the mystery surrounding the phantom.

#07. Fave movie? Although the Phantom of the Opera adaptation from 2001 holds a special place in her heart because of how much she adored the book, her favorite movie is Silence of the Lambs.

#08. Fave show? She’s never watched a lot of TV-shows, but if she had to choose one, it would be Black Mirror, which she never finished because of her life-changing trip.

#09. Hobbies? Swimming. She’s a very strong swimmer, it’s her favorite sport and what she’s always done when she needs to get her mind off of things a little bit. She’s never participated in any competitions though. She also used to practise horse-riding when she was little, but stopped when she entered middle school.

#10. What Perfect Match type would they be? She is the Leader. She has that little something that makes all people instantly confide in her and trust her to make the best decisions and guide them through the storms. She’s most comfortable when in command.

#11. Biggest guilty pleasure? As I mentioned before, it’s all about Latino music! She doesn’t personally consider it a guilty pleasure, just songs that are often played at parties and nowhere else, but she loves to have a little Gente de Zona dance party on her own. She’s a terrible dancer, but that doesn’t stop her from enjoying it, right?

#12. Deepest darkest secret? Apart from being the Endless, she doesn’t remember anything very huge, and her life as she remembers it has always been pretty uneventful and calm. Nobody knows that she has stolen money from some of her classmates in high school when she was in very tough times. It’s not something she’s proud of, and wouldn’t really mind if that shameful memory turned out to be a scam.

#13. Fave childhood memory? She remembers when she went to Disney World in Florida with her parents and her brother - she must have been six or seven, and insisted on going on every. single. ride. much to her parents’ dismay, they were dragged by her brother and her all around the park, but that’s still Taylor’s most prized memory.

#16. Fave food? Argentinan parrilla! More commonly known as grill, but Argentinan parrilla sounds better to her, and Argentinan steak is definitely the best of all.

#18. Most treasured possession? A quartz necklace her mother offered her when she turned eighteen, something that has passed through her family for generations and generations. She doesn’t know if everything in her past is false, but at least the necklace isn’t, securely resting on her neck.

#19. Their goals for the future? She wants to escape this hell of an island, spend a few years away from everything by the shore with her husband while helping him clear his name and attending college to finally graduate - then find a stable career and maybe have kids.

#20. Dog-lover or cat-lover? She’s a dog lover! Dogs are better than anything or anyone in her opinion. She doesn’t necessarily hate cats, but she does dislike their tendency to be very independent and snobbish at times.

#21. Early bird or night owl? She’s a night owl. She has no trouble being awake past midnight, but is unable to wake up before seven in the morning. Ever. E v e r.

#22. How do they relax after a bad day? She takes a bath, a long, hot shower or goes swimming in the pool. As I said before, she’s literally a fish in the water and that’s her element.

#23. What do they see as their biggest flaw? She’s aware of her tendency to be quite bossy. Accostumed to being the leader of her group of friends or in school projects, the respected older sister, and with lenient parents, it’s understandable that she would develop the tendency to think that she’s in the position to give orders to anyone. When meeting other strong, commanding personalities like Sean, it was obvious it would clash at first.

#24. And their greatest strength? On the other hand, she is cold-blooded and knows how not to lose her temper when facing a dangerous situation. She knows a lot about survival and feels at ease with responsibilities.

#25. Tragedy strikes! How do they handle a crisis? At first, she shuts everyone off, isolates herself and tries to think about it on her own, but not for long or she’s bound to go crazy or do something stupid. Most of the time, she tries not to show the effect it has on her, but it’s sometimes difficult to hide her feelings from people she’s with all the time.

#26. Coffee shop order? I’m not sure she really likes coffee, or at least, if she can avoid drinking it, she will. She often orders a hot chocolate instead.

#27. It’s Friday night and they’re home alone, what do they get up to? Probably go clubbing with friends or throw a party at her place! She loves music, she loves dancing, she loves being surrounded by people, so it’s the best alternative to concile those three things.

#28. Fave pizza toppings? There’s this pizza that has BBQ sauce, lardons and mushrooms… it’s her ultimate favorite.

#29. What would their superhero name be? Harley Quinn. She’s always liked the tortuous comics character and her complex relationship with the Joker, and their partner in crime-like dynamic reminds her of her complicity with her friends and especially with Jake - besides, Joker was the first nickname she gave him.

#30. What would their ideal day look like? Something adventurous, ourdoors, something out of the ordinary, a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Something like paragliding over the bay, or one of her biggest dreams: swimming in the open sea with marine animals.

#31. What did they want to be when they grew up? Has it changed? Believe it or not, when she was little, she wanted to be a firefighter. She’s always been attracted to the idea of helping other people and being in the heat of the action. After she grew up, she abandoned that idea and thought about becoming a doctor. She doesn’t mind what field, she’s sure about the fact that she wants to save people, whatever the cost is.

#32. Do they believe in ghosts? I mean, after being repeatedly saved by one, it’s a little hard not to. But even after La Huerta, a part of her always believed in them.

#33. Do they like amusement parks? oh YES she adores them and would spend DAYS in there if she could.

#34. How many pillows do they sleep with? Three. She likes to be comfortable when she’s sleeping and bury her face in the soft fabric.

#35. What song always gets them dancing? Bailando by Enrique Iglesias. No matter the context, she will always try a few flamenco moves (and fail).

#36. Fave boardgame? Mafia! She’s the one who proposes a game of Mafia at literally every party ever and therefore kills the mood with her childishness lol

#37. If they play Monopoly, what token are they? The ship. To blow up her enemies better, she says.

#38. What does their laugh sound like? High-pitched, a little airy and always with her infamous flirtatious notes.

#39. Describe their aesthetic. Dancing until four in the morning, summer nights and their infinity of stars, tipsily walking down the streets in the unholy hours of the morning, neon lights, cocktail umbrellas by the beach.

#40. Do they exercise? Yeah, she loves running and as I mentioned before, swimming, so she does both on a daily basis. She’s quite athletic, but absolutely not gracious or flexible. So forget everything about dancing or gymnastics.

#41. Fears? Waking up before seven a.m., essentially. Also, she’s terrified ogf being alone, she cannot stand solitude. And she’s never told anyone about her phobia of bugs. Especially wasps. Those creatures deserve hell. She will lose her mind if a wasp is around and try to find the closest source of water to avoid it. They’re the worst for her, and she’s already had panic attacks when being bothered by a wasp when she was little.

#42. Proudest achievement? Surviving La Huerta is already a good one, but apart from that, running 500m in 1′31 minutes when she was eighteen. She hasn’t been able to beat that record ever since, and it’s safe to stay she will never do it again… unless she’s chased down by a horde of zombies.

#43. Fave type of weather? Sunny! She hates the cold and can’t stand foggy weather.

#44. Fave animal? I can see her really liking small monkeys, malicious and clever, but her favorite animal of all of them is the tiger. There’s something so majestic and venerable about them.

#45. Do they like fairytales? She loved them as a kid, but they remained in her childhood. Let’s say she doesn’t care about them that much.

#46. Describe them in 3 words. Fierce piña colada. That’s it. That’s Taylor.

#47. Biggest pet peeve? Slow walkers. she’s always moving, jumping, hyperactive, she has to have space to move.

#48. Hobbies? Swimming, dancing, running - she used to take some guitar lessons when she was younger, but basically only remembers how to play the intro riff of Come As You Are and it’s a very, very painful process.

#49. Extrovert or introvert? Extrovert! That doesn’t mean she can’t be shy in some situations, but she feels more at ease when she’s around a large group of people.

#50. Random headcanon She’s never been to a music festival, nor a concert for that matter. She promised herself she would go one summer to Reading Festival or Coachella with Diego, but never got the chance to do it. It’s one of her biggest regrets when she’s stuck on La Huerta.

[28.03.2017 04:35:56] Nadia (Jordan): "So we're supposed to go where again?" Toby questioned as he opened up his user interface to check that he had enough supplies for the trip. He still wasn't quite sure why he'd picked Rafa as a quest partner, they'd spoken a few times since the weird shirt incident, and he seemed like a capable enough partner for the journey. [29.03.2017 21:04:46] viktor .: "To the Shadow Waste," Rafael said in his best ghost story voice, silently hoping that the place wouldn't be quite as horrible as it sounded. "That's pretty much as far to the west as it gets, on the other side of the ocean." Not even Rafael could stay optimistic in this situation. Not with miles of water between them and their destination. Pinching the back of his nose, he huffed. "I guess we need to start looking for a ship?" [31.03.2017 05:00:12] Nadia (Jordan): "I suppose so." He murmured, before something clicked in his head. "Please, never make that 'spooky' voice again." Toby jested before closing out his user interface. "Come on, the sooner we get to the docks, the sooner we can get a good ship and head out." [31.03.2017 05:10:45] viktor .: "What? Too scary? Sorry. I get that a lot. I mean, it is a pretty spooky voice," Rafael said, frowning slightly with worry. He always underestimated his voice acting skills. "Sounds like a plan." With a firm nod, he started walking towards the port, no wasting any more time. [31.03.2017 05:12:21] Nadia (Jordan): "No, no it wasn't that. It was weird man." Toby said with a laugh as he fell into step beside him. "But you gotta wonder, how creepy this place is going to be. Like, if the ghosts are anything like they were on the last quest, we are defiantly in for a heap of trouble." [31.03.2017 05:16:56] viktor .: "Yeah right." The sympathy in Rafael's voice was genuine as he lightly slapped Toby's shoulder. "There's nothing wrong with being scared. It's a pretty good voice. I get that all the time." His attention peaked up as he mentioned the last quest. And ghosts. "I didn't really do the last quest?", he explained weakly. [31.03.2017 05:21:02] Nadia (Jordan): Looking back at Rafael he was about to make a comment, then he paused. "Wait, you didn't?" He questioned rubbing a hand across the back of his neck he sighed. "Well, you're in for a treat then aren't ya?" There was no real way to describe what it felt like to be around the creatures. But, Toby wasn't going to just let his partner not know what he was in for. "When we get on the ship, I'll let you know what you're in for." [31.03.2017 05:38:05] viktor .: "No?" He was actually scared now. Not because of the ghosts. Okay, maybe partially because of the ghosts. But mainly because now he felt utterly unprepared. "Why wait when you could just tell me now?", he asked, scratching the back of head nervously. [31.03.2017 05:48:08] Nadia (Jordan): "Because it's a long story, and the docks are right there." Toby said with a point. Just ahead of them, rising over the small hill was the ship yard. The pair didn't need something big or fancy, just something to get them there and back. [31.03.2017 07:15:04] viktor .: "Oh," Rafael said somewhat defeatedly. It was a shame how little time he had to actually explore his surroundings. So until he got a proper map, he would keep getting lost. "You know what? Let me handle that. I'll convince a captain to take us to the other side with my vampire charms." Toby didn't have much time to offer another suggestion before Rafael was on his way to talk with one of the captains. Folding his arms across his chest he simply waited. Boarding the boat, Toby looked around for a moment. It wasn't a very grand ship but, it would be enough to get them from point A to point B. Taking a seat on the deck, Toby grunted as he stretched out. "So Rafael, tell me where were you that you didn't do the last quest?" [01.04.2017 07:06:43] viktor .: Rafael looked at him, blinking. "Really?" People having faith in was definitely new, but he might just get used to it. Sitting down next to Toby, he looked up, squinting into the sun, hoping it would set soon. "Oh I was actually about to do the quest. But then me and my quest partner got into a tiny fight and he's the kind of person that just doesn't let things go and loves to argue so he just kept going and going and things escalated and eventually he just lost his shit and left. So finishing the quest wasn't really an option without a partner." He shrugged as if it was nothing, turning to face Toby now. "Okay. Your turn. Ghosts. Tell me everything." [01.04.2017 07:36:29] Nadia (Jordan): "Well that sucks.." He said after a moment. He'd gotten into a situation that was sort of similar, though he was able to fix their issues alter on during a different quest. "The ghosts? Their creepy. You'll know they are around because you get this weird chill down your spine." He said after a moment. "They also don't have like footsteps or anything, they just seem to float above the ground. Made up of some sort shadows or something like that." [01.04.2017 07:52:14] viktor .: Rafael shrugged again. "It'll be fine. He'll calm down eventually, I'm sure." Giving another smile, he tried his best to keep the mood light. This was about finishing a quest and not moping about whatever little troubles he had in his social life. "Awesome," he breathed out after listening to Toby's story, eyes wide with absolute awe. "Man, I wish I had seen them!" [01.04.2017 07:58:30] Nadia (Jordan): "Well, I'm pretty sure we will see them again today." He said with a shrug. "I'm not really in the mood to see them again, but you seem pretty keen, so I'll let you walk in first." [01.04.2017 08:09:04] viktor .: "You think?" He was beaming now. This might have just been the most excited he had ever been. "No problem. I'll gladly walk in first." Rafael was getting restless now. Looking over his shoulder, he glimpsed at the shoreline in the distance. "What do you think, how much longer until we're there?" [01.04.2017 08:27:24] Nadia (Jordan): If Toby was being honest, he was enjoying how refreshing his attitude was to doing quest. Rather it was nice to see someone seemed to be 'enjoying' themselves, if you could call it that. "You're really excited about this aren't you?" He questioned with a bit of a laugh. [01.04.2017 10:24:05] viktor .: Rafael looked at Toby like he was an alien before shaking his head with a chuckle. "Hell yeah, I'm excited. I mean, ghosts? Actual ghosts? How is that not the coolest thing ever?" [01.04.2017 15:55:56] Nadia (Jordan): "Well, I mean they aren't actual ghosts, you do have to remember we are still in a virtual game. None of this is actually real." Toby honestly had to keep telling himself that, one of his many ways he stayed sane while in the game. [01.04.2017 21:31:39] viktor .: "I know." Rafael looked up to the sky again, smiling. Sometimes he almost forgot that this was nothing but a game. Virtual reality. Not real reality. He could almost feel himself get melancholic as he thought about it, shaking his head lightly in an effort to shake the feeling, too. "But then again, is anything ever real? I mean, there are physical theories about our whole universe being nothing but a hologram," Rafael said with a shrug when suddenly he felt the boat slowing down as it approached the shore. [01.04.2017 21:34:04] Nadia (Jordan): "And do you believe that theory?" Toby questioned. When the boat slowed to a halt, the man rose to his feet. Stretching a bit as he did, he turned back to look at Rafael. "I mean, I could believe in the theory that we are all just a dream of someone elses creation, but a hologram? Really?" [01.04.2017 21:44:17] viktor .: "Honestly, I don't even think I really understand it?", Rafael laughed. "String theory, black hole thermodynamics, quantum gravity. Not exactly my forte." There had been a time where Rafael almost considered to become a scientist and conversations like this almost made him regret not doing it. Getting up shortly after Toby, he shrugged again. "Even if we are. Who knows? I mean, the human brain isn't exactly made to think about things like that. We can't even properly fathom that the universe is infinite, so I don't think we are supposed to understand how the entire universe could be a two-dimensional hologram on the cosmological horizon even if it was true." [01.04.2017 21:47:25] Nadia (Jordan): As they walked off the boat together, Toby listened intently to what the other had to say. "You know, I may have not caught about two thirds of what you just said but, for the things I did catch I'm going to have to agree with you." Patting Rafael's shoulder, Toby opened his user interface to pull up the map. "Alright, so the Shadow Waste, by the looks of it we need to head in that direction." He murmured, pointing off to their left. [01.04.2017 22:13:49] viktor .: "To be honest? Me neither," Rafael laughed genuinely. Reading articles and remembering intelligent sounding vocabulary was one thing, understanding complicated physical theories was something entirely different. When Toby opened the map, he gave it a quick look before nodding, walking slowly into the direction. "Any idea what exactly we're looking for?" [01.04.2017 22:18:05] Nadia (Jordan): "Not quite, the mayor said something about it being just a vast waste land. So, I'm assuming it's going to be something along the lines of just a wide space, everything is dead, nothing really growing at all." Toby suggested. Part of him was interested in seeing what this place was going to look like but, the other part wasn't ready for the carnage they may be in for. [01.04.2017 22:39:30] viktor .: "Wow. Sounds thrilling," Rafael said sarcastically. Venturing into an empty desert looking for nothing in particular wasn't exactly something that was on his bucket list, but for now he wouldn't complain. He still had hope that there would be some action, some legendary adventure to make up for planlessly wandering through the desert for what felt like hours. "I don't get it. There has to be something here, right?" [06:06:48] Nadia (Jordan): As they kept walking, Toby noticed how desolate the land was starting to become. Everything seemed to be dead. Things were starting 'grey' out and nothing looked normal. "I mean, it can't just be empty land." He murmured. [07:16:35] viktor .: "I mean, it's called a waste for a reason. So technically it could." Of course had to fact check him. Even though Rafael was pretty sure that he didn't even mean it like that. "But I doubt they'd send us out here just to enjoy the view and look at the landscape." [07:45:30] Nadia (Jordan): "I highly doubt that." Toby repeated, his eyes scanning the horizon for anything worth seeing. Just a few yards away, Toby noticed a sort of dip in the land. "Hey, come this way." He said starting to lead the other across the landscape. [21:40:15] viktor .: Rafael just nodded and followed, unsure of where they were going exactly. He didn't even notice the dip until shortly before they reached it. He opened his mouth to say something, but when he looked down and noticed the army of creatures below them, he kept quiet. Just peered down with a mix of awe and terror in his eyes. [21:45:16] Nadia (Jordan): Toby's blood ran cold at the sight. There were far more than he expected. All of the creatures seemed to be just sitting there. Like they were sleeping, waiting for the moment that they would strike. "We are so fucked..." Toby whispered looking over to Rafael. [22:15:58] viktor .: Rafael nodded eagerly. There was no denying that Toby was right and even his fascination couldn't outweigh the fear at this point. "That's more than we can take." Finally pulling his eyes away from the monsters, he quickly looked at Toby. "I'd rather not stick around to see what happens when they wake up. We should get out of here. Now." [22:20:49] Nadia (Jordan): He wasn't about to argue. "Let's get out of here. I have the need for a stiff drink and a meal. Plus, I think we've gotta warn people." [22:23:21] viktor .: Again, he nodded, "Yeah, me too.". Turning around he fought the urge to run, but instead took a deep breath and starting walking slowly, trying not to make too much noise until they were far enough away for it to be safe. [22:25:04] Nadia (Jordan): When they were far enough away, Toby glanced over his shoulder before letting out a laugh. It sounded more strained and scared then he planed, but it was something. "I don't really like this game anymore." [22:31:48] viktor .: "Yeah," Rafael agreed with a breathless chuckle, "Me neither."

(739)ACTS 15- Some brothers from Judea came down to Antioch and taught the believers that they had to be circumcised and keep the law in order to be saved. These are the Pharisees out of Jerusalem who became believers. They tried to put the gentile believers under the yoke of the law. Paul and Barnabas disagree strongly with this teaching. They decide to bring the question before the Apostles and Elders at Jerusalem. This is the first ‘church council’ in history. The ‘Jerusalem council’. At the meeting the dispute arises. Peter speaks up and recounts his experience at Cornelius house. How God showed Peter that he would justify people by faith, without having to become converts to Judaism. James chimes in and quotes a famous verse [famous now!] from the prophet Amos ‘in those days I will rebuild David’s tabernacle and all the gentiles upon whom my name is called will see me’. I want to stop here for a minute. On this blog I wrote a chapter on David’s tabernacle. It is in the booklet ‘The great building of God’ you might want to read it if you are not familiar with David’s tabernacle. I want to note that scholars disagree on what James means here. Some see ‘David’s tabernacle’ as the house or dynasty of David. Like Paul saying ‘house of God’ when speaking of ‘the family of God’. Others say this verse teaches the rebuilding of the Temple. The main reason James is quoting this verse is really not for the ‘rebuilding of David’s tabernacle’ section. It is for ‘all the gentiles who call upon my name’ part! James is agreeing with Peter and taking the side of grace when he says ‘look, even Amos said gentiles would call on Gods name’. Paul does this in Romans, he quotes the Old Testament prophets in context of the gentiles being accepted. So I wanted to just put some context to why James is bringing up this verse. But I also give credence to seeing ‘David’s tabernacle’ as speaking of the New Testament house of God [the Body of Christ] and Gods intent to ‘tabernacle in his people’. Acts does teach that Jesus has ascended and is seated on a throne that includes Israel as well as the whole universe! So in this context Christ can be seen as ‘building the tabernacle of David’ [spiritual temple of believers] that includes all ethnic groups. Yes, gentiles too can call upon his name! The Apostles and Elders and brothers all reach agreement and write a short letter and send Judas and Silas along with Paul’s group back to Antioch to read the final decree. They told the gentile believers they were not under the law and did not have to convert to Judaism to be saved. They did give four simple restrictions. Don’t eat meat with the blood in it, don’t eat food offered to idols or strangled animals. Don’t commit fornication. Basic requirements that later on will lose their emphasis as the church grows in grace [accept for fornication! God does require believers to walk in holiness]. Now this chapter is vital for every believer. The 16th century reformation restored the truth of people being saved freely by grace. Many Christians were lost in the legalistic requirements of religion. Many believers thought they could buy their way out of purgatory with money! Others thought they would be saved by keeping church law. This early church council gave freedom to the church in seeing herself accepted by grace. The church grew in her understanding of Gods grace. As God’s revelation of himself progressed thru out the early church, they saw him as being ‘inclusive’ not exclusive! The more they learned about God, the more they understood him justifying people freely. It is easy to lose the reality of God justifying man freely thru grace. No excuses for living in sin, but true acceptance and forgiveness because of Christ. This is truly the heart of the gospel. The first church council laid the foundation of Gods free grace. The gentiles at Antioch and the other towns were ecstatic over this decision. Truly the gentile churches are experiencing more freedom than the church at Jerusalem, after all they had the ‘Pharisees who believed’ at Jerusalem, and they weren’t willing to give up on their belief of the importance of the law and circumcision. They will haunt Paul thru out his life. After the letter is read, Paul and Barnabas continue to teach at Antioch and the 2 brothers who were out of Jerusalem are free to leave. Judas goes back, but Silas likes the freedom at Antioch and decides to stay. Paul says ‘lets go visit all the brothers in the cities where we preached’ Barnabas says ‘great, lets take John Mark!’ Paul doesn’t want him because he abandoned them on an earlier missionary journey. Paul takes Silas and John goes with Barnabas. The ‘visiting of all the brothers’ is also described as ‘visiting the churches’. Once again, the brothers [and sisters] in the cites are defined as ‘the churches’. They were called out groups of believers who were recognized not because they ‘attended church on Sunday’ but because they were followers of ‘the way’.

(739)ACTS 15- Some brothers from Judea came down to Antioch and taught the believers that they had to be circumcised and keep the law in order to be saved. These are the Pharisees out of Jerusalem who became believers. They tried to put the gentile believers under the yoke of the law. Paul and Barnabas disagree strongly with this teaching. They decide to bring the question before the Apostles and Elders at Jerusalem. This is the first ‘church council’ in history. The ‘Jerusalem council’. At the meeting the dispute arises. Peter speaks up and recounts his experience at Cornelius house. How God showed Peter that he would justify people by faith, without having to become converts to Judaism. James chimes in and quotes a famous verse [famous now!] from the prophet Amos ‘in those days I will rebuild David’s tabernacle and all the gentiles upon whom my name is called will see me’. I want to stop here for a minute. On this blog I wrote a chapter on David’s tabernacle. It is in the booklet ‘The great building of God’ you might want to read it if you are not familiar with David’s tabernacle. I want to note that scholars disagree on what James means here. Some see ‘David’s tabernacle’ as the house or dynasty of David. Like Paul saying ‘house of God’ when speaking of ‘the family of God’. Others say this verse teaches the rebuilding of the Temple. The main reason James is quoting this verse is really not for the ‘rebuilding of David’s tabernacle’ section. It is for ‘all the gentiles who call upon my name’ part! James is agreeing with Peter and taking the side of grace when he says ‘look, even Amos said gentiles would call on Gods name’. Paul does this in Romans, he quotes the Old Testament prophets in context of the gentiles being accepted. So I wanted to just put some context to why James is bringing up this verse. But I also give credence to seeing ‘David’s tabernacle’ as speaking of the New Testament house of God [the Body of Christ] and Gods intent to ‘tabernacle in his people’. Acts does teach that Jesus has ascended and is seated on a throne that includes Israel as well as the whole universe! So in this context Christ can be seen as ‘building the tabernacle of David’ [spiritual temple of believers] that includes all ethnic groups. Yes, gentiles too can call upon his name! The Apostles and Elders and brothers all reach agreement and write a short letter and send Judas and Silas along with Paul’s group back to Antioch to read the final decree. They told the gentile believers they were not under the law and did not have to convert to Judaism to be saved. They did give four simple restrictions. Don’t eat meat with the blood in it, don’t eat food offered to idols or strangled animals. Don’t commit fornication. Basic requirements that later on will lose their emphasis as the church grows in grace [accept for fornication! God does require believers to walk in holiness]. Now this chapter is vital for every believer. The 16th century reformation restored the truth of people being saved freely by grace. Many Christians were lost in the legalistic requirements of religion. Many believers thought they could buy their way out of purgatory with money! Others thought they would be saved by keeping church law. This early church council gave freedom to the church in seeing herself accepted by grace. The church grew in her understanding of Gods grace. As God’s revelation of himself progressed thru out the early church, they saw him as being ‘inclusive’ not exclusive! The more they learned about God, the more they understood him justifying people freely. It is easy to lose the reality of God justifying man freely thru grace. No excuses for living in sin, but true acceptance and forgiveness because of Christ. This is truly the heart of the gospel. The first church council laid the foundation of Gods free grace. The gentiles at Antioch and the other towns were ecstatic over this decision. Truly the gentile churches are experiencing more freedom than the church at Jerusalem, after all they had the ‘Pharisees who believed’ at Jerusalem, and they weren’t willing to give up on their belief of the importance of the law and circumcision. They will haunt Paul thru out his life. After the letter is read, Paul and Barnabas continue to teach at Antioch and the 2 brothers who were out of Jerusalem are free to leave. Judas goes back, but Silas likes the freedom at Antioch and decides to stay. Paul says ‘lets go visit all the brothers in the cities where we preached’ Barnabas says ‘great, lets take John Mark!’ Paul doesn’t want him because he abandoned them on an earlier missionary journey. Paul takes Silas and John goes with Barnabas. The ‘visiting of all the brothers’ is also described as ‘visiting the churches’. Once again, the brothers [and sisters] in the cites are defined as ‘the churches’. They were called out groups of believers who were recognized not because they ‘attended church on Sunday’ but because they were followers of ‘the way’.

Acts 15:1 And certain men which came down from Judaea taught the brethren, and said, Except ye be circumcised after the manner of Moses, ye cannot be saved.

Acts 15:2 When therefore Paul and Barnabas had no small dissension and disputation with them, they determined that Paul and Barnabas, and certain other of them, should go up to Jerusalem unto the apostles and elders about this question.

Acts 15:3 And being brought on their way by the church, they passed through Phenice and Samaria, declaring the conversion of the Gentiles: and they caused great joy unto all the brethren.

Acts 15:4 And when they were come to Jerusalem, they were received of the church, and of the apostles and elders, and they declared all things that God had done with them.

Acts 15:5 But there rose up certain of the sect of the Pharisees which believed, saying, That it was needful to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses.

Acts 15:6 And the apostles and elders came together for to consider of this matter.

Acts 15:7 And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.

Acts 15:8 And God, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us;

Acts 15:9 And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.

Acts 15:10 Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?

Acts 15:11 But we believe that through the grace of the LORD Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.

Acts 15:12 Then all the multitude kept silence, and gave audience to Barnabas and Paul, declaring what miracles and wonders God had wrought among the Gentiles by them.

Acts 15:13 And after they had held their peace, James answered, saying, Men and brethren, hearken unto me:

Acts 15:14 Simeon hath declared how God at the first did visit the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name.

Acts 15:15 And to this agree the words of the prophets; as it is written,

Acts 15:16 After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up:

Acts 15:17 That the residue of men might seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called, saith the Lord, who doeth all these things.

Acts 15:18 Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world.

Acts 15:19 Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, which from among the Gentiles are turned to God:

Acts 15:20 But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood.

Acts 15:21 For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day.

Acts 15:22 Then pleased it the apostles and elders with the whole church, to send chosen men of their own company to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas; namely, Judas surnamed Barsabas and Silas, chief men among the brethren:

Acts 15:23 And they wrote letters by them after this manner; The apostles and elders and brethren send greeting unto the brethren which are of the Gentiles in Antioch and Syria and Cilicia.

Acts 15:24 Forasmuch as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, Ye must be circumcised, and keep the law: to whom we gave no such commandment:

Acts 15:25 It seemed good unto us, being assembled with one accord, to send chosen men unto you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul,

Acts 15:27 We have sent therefore Judas and Silas, who shall also tell you the same things by mouth.

Acts 15:28 For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things;

Acts 15:29 That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.

Acts 15:30 So when they were dismissed, they came to Antioch: and when they had gathered the multitude together, they delivered the epistle:

Acts 15:31 Which when they had read, they rejoiced for the consolation.

Acts 15:32 And Judas and Silas, being prophets also themselves, exhorted the brethren with many words, and confirmed them.

Acts 15:33 And after they had tarried there a space, they were let go in peace from the brethren unto the apostles.

Acts 15:34 Notwithstanding it pleased Silas to abide there still.

Acts 15:35 Paul also and Barnabas continued in Antioch, teaching and preaching the word of the Lord, with many others also.

Acts 15:36 And some days after Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us go again and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the LORD, and see how they do.

Acts 15:37 And Barnabas determined to take with them John, whose surname was Mark.

Acts 15:38 But Paul thought not good to take him with them, who departed from them from Pamphylia, and went not with them to the work.

Acts 15:39 And the contention was so sharp between them, that they departed asunder one from the other: and so Barnabas took Mark, and sailed unto Cyprus;

Acts 15:40 And Paul chose Silas, and departed, being recommended by the brethren unto the grace of God.

Acts 15:41 And he went through Syria and Cilicia, confirming the churches.
