hi guys, I had a sudden overnight surgery that has left me unable to work for a while, which means I won’t be able to pay my rent in time. I know is no one’s concern, but if anyone is willing to commission me for cc on my kof! I’ll be happy to accept. Of course I’ll be more than happy to accept a small donation, but please don’t feel like you have to, especially if your economy is at risk as well. I need £100 to pay for my rent, but I’ll accept any commission price as I’ll be happy either way. I can do retextures, face overlays, makeup, etc. anything as long as it doesn’t include meshing from scratch (mesh edits is fine though!) if you want an idea of what my cc looks like, here’s my cc page. Fixed this skirt, finally. I've raised the waistline so it no longer hangs awkwardly at the hip, and I've added a lot of new and varied patterns that don't look washed out. Some bold, some gentle, and some plain solid swatches as well.

Here's a little something for simmers to consider. Historical cc for elders. You might not play historical saves (I personally don't) - but elders can certainly suit them. CC, and even in-game clothes is soooo lacking, I simply can't gatekeep this!! I love miniskirts and modern, sleek fits like everyone else, but as someone who's been around lot of elders irl, most of them favour modest hemlines, muted colours and classic silhouettes - so that's why a lot of clothes from 1920s to 1950s suit them so well! I even find that some even older pieces work as well, and this might be because fashions do recycle over the decades so they blend in seamlessly. After all, a pretty summer dress from the 1915s might look like an appropriate wedding dress for someone who's getting married in their later years, etc. ♥ So consider it! It's helped me a lot on my cc hunt for elders.

Also to note: this is not saying elders can't wear miniskirts, low necklines, t-shirt and jeans, etc, of course not! This is from observing people personally, especially if they're within the older age gap.

Honestly if you're a CC creator you should consider uploading to archive.org, that's what I'm doing rn. It's free, simple, allows torrent downloads, allows links and images, and of course it saves your cc to internet history. Much better than any other drive pages with limited space, ads and subscription fees, and it's a good alternative to SFS for when you want images etc, or just as an alternative download for whenever it's not working.

here's a lil something to show you guys the progress of my project!

This lady is wearing all basegame items that I would never have picked out otherwise but they now look wonderful together after their makeover ♥ Almost all items have a set of neutral swatches that will always look good with each other, and then additional colourful ones with or without patterns. Here's the skirt's patterns (altho keep in mind that my reshade mutes the colours a bit) also it looks so much better now with the higher waist 😭
