2024 is truly just. my year of paperwork. you guys really have no concept of just how much paperwork accumulates simply through existing until you neglect it for a few years due to being on death's door. good GOD recovery involves filling out so many papers all the time forever.

GOD it's really just. exactly what it sounds like. adam and gansey meet on grindr in their 20s and start hooking up but adam has an Extremely Strict "i'm just here for sex, i do NOT do friendship or romance" policy, which gansey is cool with. except then they both really like each other in a way that feels suspiciously like friendship. and they both spend an inordinate amount of time dodging friendly bullets and pretending not to like the other as much as they do and making increasingly weird excuses to hook up while doing other stuff together so they can spend non-sexual time together.

memorably, at one point adam's at his college library and finds a book on welsh history that has a whole chapter on glendower & he grabs it to check out for gansey without thinking about it, and then before he gets to the checkout counter he's like....

".......oh no."
