I expected Blitzø to be mad and to (unintentionally) say rude words. But I did not anticipate him mocking Stolas for his feelings.

I know that he doesn't actually mean it, but it still stings.

I would like to know what Blitzø is leaving on the D.H.O.R.K.S’s desk.

Mayhaps - the Cherubs screw over the D.H.O.R.K.S somehow (perhaps they want to kill Blitzø and team but the Agents want to capture and study them - as indicated by the big’ol tube chambers in the background) and when the team-up inevitably fails (cuz Blitzø always triumphs lol) IMP/Blitzø gives Agent One & Two an invitation to team up with THEM instead.

The Agents look tired and defeated. They don’t look (too) shocked and defensive when Blitzø appears. I’d also like to venture that Agent one looks pleasantly surprised - dare I say ‘hopeful’? And Blitzø just puts this little card on the desk and finger guns them (like the smarmy fuck he is 🤣).

Eh? Whatcha think?

Addition: personal head canon - I like to think that the big green button is for the “Bitch Juice” and Agent One is ready to flood the room after their soul crushing defeat 😅
