I think, as a fandom, we do not scar these fuckers enough. And by scar, I mean physically. We’ve all seen Scar himself with said attributes, but with others? They’re not as often seen with them.

I want physical mutilation of their deaths in the life series to be more often reflected in their post-respawn look.

Like yes, characters are often seen with scars, but I still think it’s not done enough. It’s especially seen in Scar, but not a lot of other people.

Grian had his blind eye in DL in some designs, but what about the lava burns and arrow scar in 3rd life?

Bdubs has his black eyes (which was just a design choice for him ig. Go king) but what about him being killed by a blaze in LL?

Every single Limited Life player should have full body explosion scars. Like I think not a single person didn’t get bombed.

headcanon/fic concept that (life series!)grian always avoids brushing his hair. he can do it, but he hates the sensation, and the headspace he gets to, and everything, so he avoids it when he can

in 3rd life, it became kind of a problem, with all the sand in his hair. so scar of course grabbed the brush and cheerily offered to brush his hair. it became Their Thing

In the Southlands, he truly considered asking Mumbo to help, but it didn't feel the same. He wasn't Scar

And every season after that... he just. Dealt with it. Gritted his teeth and bore it, even as he hated every second of it. It was hell, but he did it all by himself

((In Double Life, Scar looked over and was so close to offering to help again. But looking at Grian, glaring and almost crying, hand shaking and breaths uneven as he bore holes into the mirror with his strength to power through, he couldn't quite bring himself to offer. these r the main two interactions of grian i see on tumblr, and its interesting to see how the fandom interprets hermitcraft vs life series grian. it’s even more interesting how people view life series grian in watcher terms—is he a victim, a perpetrator, did he join the games of his own volition, does he stay by choice?

i like to imagine he can leave if he wishes (or at least he thinks that) but he doesn’t, because his friends are still trapped in the cycle. he thinks about who he could’ve been if the watchers hadn’t fucked with evo so much. he wouldn’t have met the hermits, but he also would have had his friends on evo. would he be happier, if he was still there?

If anyone has any discrepancies they found in the life series wiki, let me know because I’m doing a full kill count of every life series member (it’s grueling but I’m weirdly motivated to do it) PLEASE let me know because I want it to be as accurate as possible.

Like, even if it’s something small that more of an interpretation. Like if it was counted as fall damage, but technically someone caused them to fall off in a small way.

E.g. Grian’s non kill on Tango in LiL that he still got time for. I’m counting it.

The wiki has some small issues and I want to have these counts as accurate as physically possible.
