Another chapter of a loud family. You will only watch this if you loved the first one and you will only like this if you loved the first one. Any question?

The Danish Girl (2015)
4/10
I think we can agree that this is a very important story. It was needed to told properly. In my opinion the screenplay and the casting failed in this very huge task. Eddie Redmayne was terrible. He was so sensitive it seemed insensitive. Is there any logic? Hopefully there is. The story was in a huge rush, like you touch a dress and your whole life changes completely within 5 minutes. The back story was bad too, everything seemed so fake, so made up, it made me really angry. Poor Alicia Vikander is such a good actress and she had to do her best in a terrible environment.
However, I really liked the colours and the pictures. Like real fucking paintings. That’s the best you can get, if you watch this piece.

How to be Single (2016)
7/10
Once in a while I’m in need of a good romantic comedy, something girly, something what can cheer me up. Don’t expect much of this film, just some entertaining scenes and line, and of course, the great Rebel Wilson!

The Big Short (2015)
9/10
What a story. What a cast. What a film.
I gave it 9 points out of 10 because it was too soulless for my taste but otherwise I think it was perfect. We got great help to understand what’s going on and I’m still clueless about finance, but that’s okay, it’s my problem.

Coco Chanel & Igor Stravinsky (2009)
7/10
Unfortunately the film is quite boring and I think we have seen better acts from Mads Mikkelsen, but Anna Mouglalis stole my heart completely. I don’t know it it was how she can play, or it was really her, but you could feel the tension, not only sexual tension, but every kind of tension between her and everything else. It’s truly magical. Anna Mouglalis is magical.

Miekkailija (2015)

I cried so hard at the end of it. I loved it and we really need these kind of films too. It’s classy, old fashioned, a tale about so many important things. I would like to talk about it a lot, but I think it’s better when you watch it before you know about it anything. But seriously, watch it, it’s worth your time.

Kill Your Friends (2015)

I really wanted to like this film and I think, Nicholas Hoult is really great and he was phenomenal in this too, but... But this film is a huge cliché and nothing more.
This film wanted to be the next American Psycho, a cult film, but please, it’s not working like this.

The Lady in the Van (2015)
7/10
First of all, Maggie Smith is the Queen of Everything. She should live forever. In fact, she have to.
So, about the film. Honestly, I think it was mediocre, but the story is incredible. I spent hours to read about what happened with Bennett and the lady. This friendship is very fascinating. I guess I recommend to read Bennett’s books instead, and watch the film if you have a lot of spare time.

By the Sea (2015)
6/10
It was definitely an interesting experience, however I’m still not sure what the hell was that. We follow a couple to their holiday, where the husband has to work and the wife... well, she has to put herself together, but that’s not that easy. They clearly have some problems, but I guess it’s more than that they will reveal for us.
While i watched the film, I was bored and excited at the same time. I wanted to know, who are these very strange people and how the hell are they in love with each other, but the flow of the events was way too slow for me.
I can’t even decide if I can recommend to watch it to anyone, but I’m happy I’ve seen it.

Brooklyn (2015)

This film is the essence of pretty. A charming visual for a charming story about a girl, who has to be brave and has to grow up.
Our heroine is Eilis from Ireland, who moves to New York to start a new life. Work, school, love - we can follow her and her decisions, her fear and her happiness. One day she realize, she developed two different lives, but she has to choose one. Team Ireland vs Team NYC!
Saoirse Ronan is one of the best things that happened to Hollywood in the last ten years.

Steve Jobs (2015)
8/10
I just love the fact that they shot the movie on 3 different material. It’s a genius idea. I mean, Steve Jobs is part of our history, part of the revolution of computer technology, so he affected our lives greatly, even if do not have anything from Apple. Dany Boyle can direct anything, he can easily manage any kind of big project. The script was full of tension and I assume that was the goal, but sometimes I was surprised, because it’s lack of real depth.
