hi, kajo.
actually, i got the idea to make this from a long time ago. i made this because i really wanted to and finally, i have just finished it.
you maybe have waited a long time and hehe yeah, this is it. i am like, 100% sure that i will keep being updated because i will post whatever i want here. #cool #swag #girl
when i said, “whatever i want here.”
i mean the things will be like:
- what is going on in my mind
- how i feel
- what makes me happy
- etc
the point is i am gonna open up.
of course, you are one of the reasons why i can write all of these words. like, of course you are, duh?
just imagine, if it ain’t because of you, who am i writing to? (except my own self)
i hope nothing but i hope that one day, if you read this again, it can help you or maybe can slightly lighten your burdens because i do not want anything bad to happen to you, although sometimes reality fucking say the otherwise.
but, still, like seriously, i do not want it.
i feel like i wanna talk a lot, there are still many things i wanna say. i will tell you more later.

it is okay to lose motivation in the morning, that just means you are a nocturnal creative, some people think better at night. if your inspiration comes to you at night, take advantage of it. if your mind feels like that, get as much done while you are in that mode, do not wait til the next morning.

“i wanna stop procrastinating.”
well all can stop procrastinating, how?
1. structure your time
by scheduling your daily activities, you provide a motivation to be present and diligent for your responsibilities. try time management methods like the pomodoro technique or invest in a timer, so you can monitor how much time you are actually spending.
2. figure out why you procrastinate
it is different for everyone. you owe it to yourself to be honest about what it is you are procrastinating from and why you fell into the habit. it may take some reflection.
3. learn to tolerate and enjoy putting time and effort into your work
you will be happy to see the results.
4. invest in your personal development
accomplish a general task (studying, exercise, writing in a journal, etc.) think about this easy example:
if you were playing the sims and your sim self needed to go to work but was playing computer games instead, would you let him stay at his laptop? lmao, hell no.

“what should i do when i feel alone?”
these are some of the steps
you can try:
the key is to keep yourself busy.
1. go for a walk, enjoy the surroundings.
2. talk to anyone who brings you up and cut that person who brings you down. you can share anything with your friends or even talk about different topics, you will feel good.
3. meet up with your friends, relatives and so and so. you will gain positivity from them.
4. start to do thing which you like most as listening music (except sad music), dancing, reading, writing, etc.
5. watch tv series, funny videos or even cartoons!
6. start to learn new things like, a new language, a new instrument, any other sport or thing that interests you.
7. do exercise, issa good mind diverter.
8. sleep eight hours, eat fruits or take a bath. it could be anything.
9. list things that you are grateful for, it works like magic.
10. remember good memories. it will lighten up your mood.
