Here's another new one. Actually, it's an old one that I've repurposed. I'm calling it the "alterna-telli." It's based on an instrument from Turkey called alti telli or Ogur sazi. Picked up this custom 10'8" glider late last night at a gas station parking lot off of 495. Big thanks to @glidesurfco for getting her to me safe! Incredible work by @ryanlovelace @angke_loveflowandsoul and the #dreamteam at the #theheavensap Can't wait to get this one in the water!

Custom 6'4" @swallowtailsociety #doobiedisc arrived today. The craftsmanship on this board is ridiculously good. From the lines and subtleties of the shape down to the marine ply finlets and glass job. So appreciate the details here. Thanks Manny! Can't wait to take her out for a spin!

Fret pattern on the new #tanbur - it is ready for mansur, kiz, and bolahenk transpositions. I probably have too many frets on it, especially in the high positions, maybe I'll cut a few off at some point. #buildsomething

Side by side comparison of the new self built tanbur (top) and my old one I bought in Istanbul 6 years ago (bottom). Hard to tell from the pic, but the new tanbur body is about 15-20% bigger (deeper/wider/longer), scale length is 106cm compared to 104cm.
