I know how much you love Mitch and how you hate the way he died, if he were to die/exit the game in any other way what would you choose? I feel like his death was pushed to the side and if he had to die it should’ve been in a more meaningful way

So, after playing ep4, I see what they were saying about “Oh no, Mitch’s death totally affects the events of future episodes yeah!” because when AJ shoots Tenn, he makes the argument that Tenn was messing up again and he would’ve gotten Louis killed just like how he got Mitch killed. 

That’s fine, you can do that. You can make it Tenn’s fault for indirectly causing Mitch’s death. 

BUT

If you had to kill him off in ep2, it could’ve been done better. Mitch could’ve gone down with a fucking fight.

I remember reading somewhere that Mitch’s death was supposed to show how ruthless Lilly and the delta are but that’s horseshit. It was literally a reaction kill, not an intentional one. 

You want to show me that Lilly’s ruthless and bloodthirsty and will do whatever sick thing she wants? Like kidnapping kids and turning them into soldiers? Like cutting out Louis’ tongue or using Violet’s abandonment issues and Minerva to mentally torture her into submission? Like calling for Louis/Violet to lose a finger? Like killing James in cold blood and then turning a gun on a literal child?

You want to show me that Lilly?

Great. 

Then do it.

Tenn does his dumb thing, breaking cover and trying to learn about his sisters. The bomb goes off. Instead of Mitch being a dumdum and running at her, have Tenn try to crawl away as Lilly’s getting up. She grabs him and THEN Mitch runs and fucking tackles her. 

He’s good in a fight right? That’s what Violet said? Then fucking show us. Let all that adrenaline and hate fuel him as he knocks her ass down [similar to what Louis or Violet do] and let him get that one good punch in. 

That one punch that sets Lilly off and makes her see red.

And just as Mitch is about to stab her, have Tenn see someone coming up behind them. Have him yell to Mitch to look out, and in that split second of a distraction, have Lilly, with absolutely no hesitation or mercy, kill him. 

THAT will show me that Lilly’s ruthless. THAT shows Mitch went down fighting to save Tenn and take down Lilly. THAT shows how indirectly responsible Tenn is for Mitch’s death on several levels.

I love Mitch and I didn’t want him to die, but if you have to kill him off, don’t kill him off like that.

ALSO let me visit his grave! Let me say my goodbyes, goddamnit!

ey yo can we get some headcanons for the cave scene except this time when James pushes Clem he ends up badly injuring her (accidentally) and James is like: IMMEDIATE REGRET

James threw his mask to the ground silently.

He could hear Clementine saying someone or the other to Tenesse.

But he didn’t care.

He was so angry.

What she’s doing to AJ, especially after promising him she wouldn’t do exactly that, is unforgivable.

She was turning him into a monster.

He wasn’t going to let that happened.

He walked up behind her and put a hand onto her shoulder.

Her unsuspecting gaze turned to him, confused.

James kept his eyes shut for a moment before glaring at her determinedly.

“You brought this on yourself.”

Her expression only had a split second to change into confusion before he suddenly spun her around.

Then he pushed her.

Hard.

He heard her yelp as she hit the ground and turned around to walk towards AJ. “But it’s not too late for him–”

She screamed.

He jumped, whipping around with wide eyes.

“Clementine!” Tenesse and AJ shouted, quickly running to her side.

As he looked on, he realized.

There was blood.

Everywhere.

Her right forearm bore a long, gnarly gash, given to her by a sharp rock that happened to be on the ground where he’d pushed her.

“What the hell, James?!” AJ shouted, standing over the bleeding Clementine protectively.

“AJ, get back!” She demanded, eyeing James cautiously.

 James looked at the blood, horrified.

He did that.

“I didn’t…” He stuttered, shaken. “I didn’t mean to… I…”

Clementine glanced at the blood then back at James.

“It’s okay,” she says, and AJ whips around and looks at her like she grew another head.

She only gives him a look before looking back at James.

“James, it’s okay,” she tried again, searching his horrified eyes for anything that led her to believe he heard her.

“I’m sorry,” he whimpered, stepping back and looking at his hands, “I harmed you, I didn’t mean to harm you…”

“It was an accident, James,” Clementine reasons.

“It wasn’t! I pushed you, I was going to… I wanted to try and…” 

He trailed off, running his hands through his hair in panic. 

He’d harmed after he’d sworn never to harm again.

James turned.

And he ran.

I miss Ben so baddlllyyyyy I don’t even know why. I saw this scared and nervous teenager and I was like, you are my son. And then he diedddd. And I cried.

I wish Ben and Sarah made it to season 4. I feel as though they would’ve impacted AJ positively and maybe that would’ve prevented Marlon’s death.
