You haven't failed if you made a mistake, or if you can't get everything done in one go, or even if you have to reevaluate the work load you've set yourself because you realise it's just not going to work for you. All of this is a learning experience, it's an experiment, and those are fun! This venture, the whole reason you wanted to launch The Sacred Cocoon the way you did, was for the love of what you do and for the love of connection with others. When you're reading for others, when you're making art, when you're creative, when you're loving and tender and powerfully vulnerable, you forget your fear. Grounding/Cleansing Exercise

An exercise Raphael taught to me to neutralize the energy in your body and bring your focus back to yourself and the world around you. Raphael taught this to me using the energy of the Earth, but this can be adjusted for other energy bodies such as the planets, plants, wind, water, etc.

Process:

You can find a place in nature to take yourself, visit a place in the astral, or create a headspace for this exercise. Whatever works best for you!

Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight or lie down

Close your eyes and take three deep and slow breaths. Relax your body with each exhale. You can more or less breaths, whatever it takes to clear your mind

Turn your focus to the environment around you. Feel the neutral energy of the Earth and focus on pulling that energy towards you

Have the energy absorb into your body as if it were a sponge. Focus on the intent of the energy acting as a brush to scrub away any energetic imbalances

If you’d like to cleanse deeper, you can focus on the energy points of your body and scrub each one clean

Once finished, if you want, you can imagine something like water being poured on top of your head, or a breeze blowing towards you, and pulling off any excess energy

You can thank the environment or whoever’s energy you used and leave the area, explore, relax, etc. What could also be beneficial would go straight into breathing in positive energy from the Universe to take your body into a bit more positive state.
