Alright here’s the woman herself

Recently she’s received a huge update since in terms of how long this side blog has been around- she’s one of my oldest ocs

Just a quick note- [Redacted] is used in place of an actual dead name

It’s something the character wouldn’t tell anyone (to quote her “it’s none of your fuckin business) so that’s a reason why I haven’t given her one

Also don’t mind the logo- it’s drawn with a shitty iPhone and one finger

First I'd like to apologize for the delay, life has had me busy, but here I am with the OC rating.

So taking into consideration an AU where women are included in DRB, the basic info up front is nice, first appearance seems simple (not a bad thing) though she's rather tall for a woman, so that stands out.

She seems to be an act first ask question later type of person. Seems like the typical rough exterior and softer on the inside type, she seems to have good intentions at heart.

Her name makes me wonder about where she is from, since it's not a Japanese name. The info does say she's wiped her records, but I wonder why? It seems she had a semi-normal childhood until Chuuoku took over and sounds like her mother went on a power trip. I'd like to know more about why that happened, I am curious.

I am also very curious about how the timeline lines up with Lana and the Party of words, it's hard to picture. Her current age is 29. It's a bit confusing, though it could be just that her age isn't lining up with current cannon time and it's further in the future than current. More details on it would be nice.

She has an interesting ability, I like it. The speakers are fitting for the job she has, that's good. I am having a hard time picturing the mic, but I still think it's fitting to her as a person.

From what I have read, with the information I was given, I'd give her a 6.5/10. I'd like to learn more about her family and past to paint a clearer picture, but I think what there is so far is not bad.

Unfortunately most of my hypmic ocs are female because for some reason I felt like I just- write woman better I guess fuck if I know ?

Basically it all exists in a weird AU where women can participate in the drb/ interactions with actual canon characters is limited to like- getting arrested in Yokohama once

So I need to know before I send it over- are you comfortable with covering ocs that have childhood trauma involved in their backstory?

I don't think it's anything to see as negative at all, sometimes it's easier for people to write certain personalities, genders, etc. and that is completely fine.

I think an AU where women can be in the Division Rap Battle is very interesting and different, not in a bad way at all. I appreciate you inquiring about possible triggers before sending over things, thank you. That being said, I don't mind at all. Please feel free to send it over!

Thank you for sending in the OC I appreciate it. I took a look and I want to start off with saying I am impressed right off the bat. You have a lot of information on the OC and he is very well thought out.

I love them theme for the whole division (I only took a quick peek) and I love the job you chose for him. He is also very interesting, there's mystery to him and I find myself wanting to know myself what he cannot remember. It leaves room for surprises and character development while making sense and is clearly well thought out which I do not see often enough.

You include important information relevant to present and past, I love that you include not only a timeline of his life but a general daily-to-day schedule for him, it helps give a great idea of how he goes about his life. He seems like a fun person, I like his quote a lot, in fact before I read anything about him I read the quote and I thought, "The quote gives the impression that he doesn't act his age or like it to be mentioned", and that was exactly correct so the quote fits perfectly for the character.

Reading his Rap Ability, speakers, and mic it is completely fitting for him. I enjoy the Rap Ability a lot, it's a really good one that I'd call a "stronger ability" but not overpowered.

I like that he's relatable as well; he's very human and has had his struggles and overcame them the best he could. I have some suspicions on what he might be linked to but I could be completely wrong as well, nonetheless, I'd love to know more. His amnesia is very interesting, I'd love to know what caused it, what he did that was "bad" and what happens in the future for him

All in all, a fantastic OC! Since there are mysteries I do not yet know about him, I give him a 9.5 out of 10! The mysteries are the only reason he's not a full 10/10, great job!

Thank you for taking the time to send in your OC. The first thing I notice is the OC is a female involved with DRB. Hypnosis Microphone canonically allows only men into the DRB since the purpose of the DRB is to "allow men to express their violence tendencies" and to keep them in check (along with Chuuoku's other motives that are yet to be revealed but they seem to be seeking out certain skills that they can then take and utilize for themselves). Moving on from that, I'll look at this OC in a perspective of "In an AU where women would be allowed in the DRB" for analysis.

She seems relatively normal at first glance with the basic info including her likes, dislikes, height, hair/eye color, hobbies, and etc. I am curious about the murder trial she doesn't like to talk about. There is a lot of lacking information on it which makes the explanation of why she was let off the hook confusing. Why was she let off the hook if she agreed to join the DRB? Is there something she has/knows that is critical to Chuuoku? Or interesting to them? It makes no sense to do such a thing randomly without reason. I am not saying there isn't one, I am only seeing that there isn't one explained or given at this time is all. I am curious to know more details about it. I am also curious of the details of the murder and why she did it and if she is actually guilty.

In regards to her teammates, why were they picked for her? Seems like pretty typical growing close and bonding from being a team (that's not meant in a negative way at all). The Mic and speakers idea is actually very interesting sounding and I like the idea of it a lot. It'd be cool to see them drawn. The rap ability seems interesting as well, a unique idea that I like. Double edge sword type of a deal.

The trivia at the end says she's been in jail multiple times. What for? For how long? Is there any information on her past? I am curious about how the crime is tied to her as a person and her past. The whole OC has a lot of MILGRAM feels and themes to it. Taking everything I read into consideration and looking at this from a perspective of an AU where women can join the DRB, I am left with a lot of questions and what I do know is pretty basic outside of the murdering and jail time. My final rating for this OC will be a 4.8/10 I think.

It's not often I see just civilian characters, I think people forget they can do that, they don't have to be Chuuoku or Division Rap Battle, or even rap at all. That being said, I almost thought you lied to me (joking) since the first thing I looked over was the image and details and saw "rap ability" however, after reading the full summary, I became very intrigued.

I enjoyed the read and was left very curious with many more questions such as, who is her sister? What is her role? Was she a victim to Chuuoku? What does Miyuu think of all of this?

It was also really nice to read how realistic Miyuu feels as a character. Her life was mostly left unchanged except for the fateful day she got such a short brief and ominous message from her sister, no, a warning. I really enjoy this and would love to know even more about Miyuu and even her sister as well.

There is a lot of room left open for development or perhaps, there is just a good amount of lore I haven't been shown. With keeping in mind all the questions I have left unanswered, I'd like to award this OC a very solid 8/10! I enjoy her quite a lot, keep up the terrific work!
