These are all from a shoot I did a few years ago, I think when we first moved to Vegas. But I love them! We might drive each other crazy sometimes and we may not be together anymore, but one thing I've always been sure of: he's an amazing dad and loves our boys more anything! Sometimes people question our current situation. And this is why. I would never in a million years want to take him away from the boys. Is it hard sometimes? Yah. Have (we both) had to sacrifice things because of it? Definitely. But that's what having kids is about, being selfless. I'm glad we have that in common. Making our kids the priority. And Colorado again. You know, some people ask "what's the catch" when I tell them about my lifestyle club. And honestly, the catch, bc there is one, is packing. I have to pack and unpack sooooo much! I hate unpacking. I also hate airport lines. I stand in a lot of those. I also am kind of terrified of turbulence, and I seem to always get on the bumpy planes. So the 21 day fix scared people because they think they can't eat yummy things. But it's about 2 things. 1- making healthier choices most of the time and 2- portion control. Today I have spaghetti and meatballs. The meat balls are gardein meatless meatballs 1❤️ quinoa and lentil noodles 💛💛❤️ I counted my noodle serving as two yellow As and one red because for the vegan I have two categories for yellow. I get 3 of one and 1 of the other. Group A I get 3 and it's the higher protein things like quinoa and oatmeal. Lentils is counted as a red. And the spaghetti sauce which I used 1/2💚 and it's organic veggie mix. Low sodium. So to sum it up 1/2💚 2❤️ 2💛 @cmbradford showed her yummy lunch and it made me crave spaghetti like nobodies business!
