DM: Hi I ordered invites from use and paid for fast print and delivery I am still waiting for my invitations and leaving it very short notice for sending them out could I please have an update and delivery date please? Kind regards 

TC: Hi Danielle, I don't seem to have an order under your name or email address. Did you purchase under a different account? If in doubt, please send me a screenshot of your receipt or email confirmation and I'll investigate - there's usually a simple explanation. Let me know if you need any help.    

DM: No its not under a different name THESE ARE MY WEDDING INVITATIONS WE PAID USE £106!!!!!!!! THESE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE WITH US YESTERDAY!!!!!!!!!!! 

DM: This needs sorted ASAP I am not one bit happy. If this isn't resolved today I'm contacting etsy and leaving bad reviews on ur buisness account every single day for the rest of My life. We paid extra money they were not sent and now ur telling me you can't find 100 invites???!!!!!!! Go and look through old emails from last week srop acting like you have absolutely no idea what I'm talking about!!!!!!

DM: Use never gave me any confirmation use gave me nothing we paid use already why is this happening!! I am so upset

DM: It's not even in my etsy basket that I even ordered from use I have tried to ring use and no answer. I paid use before the invites were even designed and use took the money and then when they were designed use sent a link to pay again

Additionally your purchase will appear in your purchase history on your account.

If you didn't receive and email and it's not in your purchase history, then you haven't placed an order.We've received nothing from our side and we haven't taken any money from you.

Can you double check your account to ensure the money hasn't been deducted?

I really thought this was a scam and we would never get this sorted but we 100% put bank details to pay for them into etsy something must off happened :( :( I was so stressed I really really thought I would have to go through this whole thing weeks before My wedding.. I am sorry for sounding angry but I actually can't cope with the stress. Please help me to pay for this properly once and for all because I absolutely love my invites that use made. Again I am sorry but I can't cope at the minute if you could advise me on how to give use the money thank you I am so sorry :(

DM: Hi, we ordered our invites with the price of £106. I have no problem paying express delivery but I don't want olive envelope lining. You have these invites advertised at £106, and how is this in euro? Use are in England. This is causing me and my partner great distress use are selling stuff and then lying and changing the price. I want them the price advertised. I'm getting annoyed with these emails. I have an email from use from when the sample invite was made and use ask me for the price of £106 so now I have an email from use for use asking me for €165 euro? 

TC: Dear Danielle, You requested envelope lining on your design submission and so I added this to the quote. We've quoted in euros as the only location information we have from you is your wedding venue and telephone number. From this we deduced you were based in Ireland. Our international prices are higher than our domestic prices for 2 reasons: 1. We absorb some of the shipping costs within the cost of the invitations themselves2. We prepay all import taxes/duties, to ensure there are no hidden expenses (or delays) when receiving your order. If you are not based in Ireland and didn't want the envelope lining, you just have to let us know and we would have adjusted this for you. Following some careful consideration, we've decided we would like to respectfully decline your custom. With multiple threats to take down our business if we're unable to locate your order (which you hadn't placed) and the general tone of your emails to us, we can't in good conscience, continue to do business with you.

DM: Use don't put prices up for all these extra bits so how are people supposed to no all these extra things cost so much money? Use take 3 - 4 buisness days to reply to 1 email wasting time. No address? Because Use don't ask for it I could be getting married in America does that mean the price is in dollars? We did pay but there must of been a glitch with etsy because we paid for our wedding candles the very same day from someone off etsy. Threats? Yes because the way Use were going on taking days and days to reply Made us un easy. Anyone else would of done the same. I would never of picked the envelope lining if i new the prices Use had on then. I ordered save the date invites from zazzle a woman in the United States made them and had them made and shipped to Northern ireland in 5 days, no emails no contact no trying to figure out what is going on Use are in England all these extra prices appear before payment this woman sent our invites that quickly with no contact what's so ever go and take a leaf out of her book and yes I will leave my review on every one of ur social media's because that's what reviews are for the good and the bad.
