Why You Should Read It: While it's technically a Tangled/Frozen crossover, the setting is incidental for  great character piece on Flynn. And we get yet another crossover in the story from Hans Christian Anderson.

Yes actually!

Freudian- a wonderfully written modern AU that’s adapted so well. Sadly it hasn’t been updated in 5ever but it’s still worth the read.

Her Everything- I remember this being quite realistically written in terms of how Rapunzel had to deal with living a more normal life and how she was so socially/culturally stunted.

Nostalgia- Cute oneshot I just reread now from my favorites.

Deconstruct- oneshot that’s also in my favorites- it seems well written but I need to reread.

All That Really Mattered- long multi-chaptered finished fic I remember being very fun to read, having to do with rapunzel being forced to be engaged to someone else.

What You Don’t Know- I still need to committ to reading this, I keep forgetting, but I’ve read some of it- it basically explores Rapunzel’s sexual awakening with Eugene which I find extremely fascinating.

Please R and R. Romance, Drama, Hurt/comfort, friendship and many other genres are included in this story. some chapters are rated lower, it's just to be on the safe side.

Why You Should Read It: If you like modern AU fics, you'll enjoy this look at Rapunzel's life in college and the journey they make. There are a few noticeable differences, like Rapunzel doesn't grow up with Gothel, but the story is still well told with plenty of drama even without stuff like magic hair.

The Paranormal

Author's Summary: Rapunzel didn't cry over Eugene when he died so he was not revived. Rapunzel goes back to her real home to continue her life. Meanwhile, Eugene is given a second chance to come back, but he has to find a way to reunite himself with his body. T to be safe.

Why You Should Read It: It gives a slightly tragic but hopeful "what if" scenario of what might have happened if Eugene didn't come back. The grief and pain of moving on with life while someone you lost is literally still haunting you is perfect.

Bonus: The sequel, Secrets Withheld continues the story and builds on a few characters introduced in the original.
