If it's fresh made: tartaar

The base is a good mayonnaise, you add some ingredients I actively dislike on their own like kapers and pickles; also some eggs, sjallots and herbs, and boom, best thing ever.

They somehow never manage to get it right when it's prepackaged though.

From a jar a mayonnaise will do. (still homemade wins here though!!)

Well, I'm supposed to start an ICT-support program sometime soon (they said it would start within the month anyway). So yeah, some IT facts, basic support systems, network and server management, ... It'll be neat and I'll have a certificate!
