Explain all your Emmeline Vance headcanons NOW

oooooo let’s do it!!!! a lot of them are super random but just make sense in my mind

- emmeline’s a pure blood, her parents died during the first wizarding war

- she’s naturally really good at quidditch, in their first year at school she did soooo well in their quidditch classes, but she never actually tried out for the team (she didn’t want to be in the spotlight, preferred to keep quidditch as a hobby)

- more introverted, likes to keep to herself but is good at faking it and socialising with people

- in ravenclaw, but also could have been a gryffindor or maybe slytherin???

- does well in all of her classes, one of those people who doesn’t have to study hard to do to well

- she’s really good at the piano, her mother taught her when she was younger and her grandma taught her mother and so on

- her parents were a part of the war efforts, but didn’t want emmeline to be a part of it, she ended up joining the second war to honour them

- gay queen, i think she’s a lesbian??? but maybe pan???? idk she doesn’t really care about labels tho, she just knows she’s gay

- besties with kingsley shacklebolt, both had internships at the ministry together

- a year younger than the marauders

- she’s super sarcastic and funny, sometimes it comes off as blunt but she’s just very honest and looks at everything with a really simply mindset, like if she wants to do something she’ll do it

- in love with mary tehe, they met after the first wizarding war and fell in love, they had a rough patch once the second wizarding war started because emmeline wanted to join

- emmeline did not die (she actually faked her death and is still alive and well with mary)

- she cannot sing, at all, she has a horrible singing voice which sucks cause she can play the piano like an angel

- during school she thought the marauders were a bunch of show offs who just want to be the centre of attention all the time

- in another life her and marlene would be really good friends

Dinkum, The Aussie Cosy Life

Dinkum is so underrated. I feel like I never hear anyone talk about it on my feed, but I love this game so much, so I want to give it the attention it deserves! Me and my bestie love playing this game, we are both autistic + adhd and love cosy games so anything we can play together for a joint hyperfixation leads to a fun chaotic time. 

Like Stardew Valley, Dinkum is worked on by one person, James Bendon! The game is still in early access and the developer is slowly putting out lots of love in updates. I have been playing this game for way over a year now and I love watching what new goodies are brought in.

The game feels most comparable to animal crossing gameplay but without the mass villagers. You spend most of your time harvesting, mining, metal-detecting, doing daily NPC requests, fishing and bug-catching. You can also explore, decorate, cook and care for animals. You make money and work towards creating a thriving town by inviting all the NPCs to join your island. 

Dinkum is based in Australia! Which I love. I feel immersed in Australian culture when playing. Prepare to get your ass beat by some alpha crocodiles and alpha kangaroos! One of my favourite NPC in the games is called Irwin, he owns the animal store. He is super wholesome and I love how the devs have honoured the legacy of Steve Irwin within the game.

This game is definitely a slow burner, I personally wouldn’t suggest going into this game expecting to get its full experience within the first year of playthrough. Progression takes time, especially if you want to enjoy the later game features. 

However, the game feels very interactive to play, I love the hand trolley and wheelbarrow and how you are moving everything around visually instead of it just going into the bags. 

There is quite a bit more quality of life I would like to see from Dinkum still in the future. I would love to see improvements to the levelling farming early game, NPC locations on the map, a sandbox/creative mode, the pineapple plant re-growing instead of destroying, and possibly animal automation? I would also love to see improvements to multiplayer, currently, it won’t recognise another player as living there, but it would be good to have the option for them to have more control over things.

As I mentioned, I’m currently doing a second playthrough with my bestie! We are slowly working on creating a bigger town with roads and larger farms. We are in the middle of moving everything over to the middle and it is so fun watching it all come together! 

I am excited about the future of Dinkum. It has such charm to it. There is so much potential there and I’m truly looking forward to seeing what the dev has planned!

Do you think Nebula and Rocket used to fix each other up after fights during the time skip? Since there was only the two of them and both were extremely depressed I imagine they both tended to be pretty reckless.

I've been turning this ask over in my mind the last few days trying to think of some examples of them taking care of each other. Again, I was hoping I'd have some doodles prepared... but idk when that's gonna happennnn sorry friend </3

Their friendship is so special to me. I love that they started out not really liking or caring about each other that much initially and end up becoming besties. One of my favourite parts of playing the game was hearing Rocket call her a psycho because I'm like ohhh buddyyyy… In another life that psycho is in your Top 3 Closest Friends and also you're a bit of a psycho too on occasion so shut up. Anyway,

I tried not to get carried away with this but… ya

After Nebula and Tony are rescued, Rocket takes her to the med bay to get checked out. (He loathes going there usually.) Nebula is surprised that he's bothering and that he isn't mad at her. Rocket is not feeling much of anything Right Now but I think he's just glad that SOMEONE he knows is okay.

After Thor kills Thanos and they take everybody back to Earth, Rocket finally has the meltdown of the century. This is like. Nebula's second time ever attempting to comfort someone so it is VERY awkward and she's also pretty much ready to meltdown herself soooo. Yikes. Divas down!!!

After that, they're pretty much inseparable. When they aren't on Earth doing humanitarian aid they're aiding people elsewhere in the galaxy. When they aren't working, they still spend most of their time together. I think that out of the two of them, Nebula is the closest to the other Avengers. Particularly Nat and Tony. As terrible of a time as she's having emotionally, I think this is also one of the highest points in her life because she has friends for the first time. She has a job and gets to make her own choices, she gets to help people?? Unheard of. She's grateful to get a second chance. BTW Rocket is also "friends" with the Avengers, but I think he's too scared to admit they're more than coworkers to him. You can't lose more friends if you don't have any!! (Goofy floating in pool.gif) On the flip side, Nat and Tony consider him their friend. And Rocket is very popular among the remaining lab interns that work with Tony. His reluctance to make any more friends is soooo one-sided.

I don't want to get too specific abt this one bc I'm still brainstorming it. But at some point, Rocket gets injured in an accident. It's not life-threatening, but he's not allowed to work for a while and that frustrates him deeply. This is the catalyst for a downward spiral that is Not Fun for anybody involved. Nebula has to drag him kicking and screaming back into being a functional person again. 💀

Nebula gets a few upgrades over the years and Rocket does them all for her!! Neither of them are trusting of others, especially not when it comes to medical treatment/procedures. I think they handle 90% of those things by themselves and for each other. Rocket has some strong opinions on the "upgrades" Nebula endured in her childhood, a lot of them turned out to be actively holding her back and causing pain/discomfort. I think she had a lot of sensory issues before they worked on optimizing her settings and cybernetics properly. Not sure if Nebula had many chances to return the favour because I think Rocket is generally against being poked and prodded in any way. (Even if it's just her) And also on account of the kill switch established in V3? Honestly, I don't even know if the kill switch is gonna be a thing at all in my story?? Who knows, not me. These things come to be in dreams and visions.

Honourable mention: They've talked about Gamora a LOT. They both know things about her that the other might not necessarily. I imagine that they shared a lot of stories about her. And the other Guardians, but I think Gamora would come up the most because she's the only one they both had a close relationship with.

Do you prefer writing one-shots or multi-chaptered fics?

Mostly one-shots though from time to time these can definitely get to multi-chapter level word counts haha. I think it just depends on the style of fic and the content. Some stories are worth multiple chapters though they take a lot more concentration and energy to finish.

4. Where do you find inspiration for new ideas?

The content material, talking headcanons and fanon ideas with others, interviews, other media. Anything really. But I really love talking through things with others and seeing new ideas appear.

6. Do you have your work beta'd? How important is this to your process?

It depends if I feel like I need it to be. Usually on my chaptered fics or bigger one-shots I'll have my bestie Blaine beta for me, especially if it's a fic I feel it super important. (Or when I'm sick and none of what I've written makes sense...thanks bestie).

12. How does receiving or not receiving feedback/support impact you?

Again it depends on what I'm writing. Recieving any recognition will always make me feel like I'm doing something right haha. I'm lucky to have the perfect little support network. Though there are times I'd hoped certain fics would get a little more recognition in the greater scheme of things but I'm grateful and honoured for anything I get.

16. How many fic ideas are you nurturing right now? Share one of them?

Last year I wrote a stupid amount of fics. Granted many were drabbles but it was still awful. This year I've made a list of the main things I want to write/update. A lot of them are longer ideas. But I think there's maybe 6 or 7 main ideas on that list, though I always have many more that I know won't ever make it to the writing stage.

Right now the one I'm trying to get done is Raffi and Michael meeting and it's turning into a big, big one-shot haha.

I don't know what I'd do if I couldn't get at least some of these thoughts out of my head haha. Sometimes it feels like the only way I have purpose write now. I also just want to give something that might mean something to someone.

Hi it's me from 7 hours later. This thing got Long. I'm sure you expected that, as we constantly enable each other to rant for ages, but yeah. Coughs and wheezes I have a Lot of thoughts on, it takes up the majority of this. Enjoy this bestie <3

Ok, I will start with I'm sick in the head first. Like I've already said, it's a lil oneshot about Joseph and The Horrors he has to put up with during Battle Tendency. Personally, I do think the reason he jokes so much and everything in pt2 seems to not affect him (unlike Jotaro, who has Problems in the later parts due to pt3) is because he's been through too much, and developed a sort of apathy for all stuff like that as a result. Like he just. Cannot properly give a shit about things like the rings and such at that point in his life. It'd also explore my ideas on Joseph having a bad childhood leading up to him developing this apathy, with my thoughts on Speedwagon and Erina comparing him to Jonathan so much (in a well meaning sense ofc, it's just that the comparisons....aren't too good for Joseph's perception of himself). It'd also explore the sorta stuff Joseph would've gone through as a kid in school and such too, because. Yeah being neurodivergent in school is bad nowadays, god forbid him being neurodivergent in the education system in the 1920s.

The fic takes place from Caesar's POV, in which he experiences abject horror towards finding out that Joseph, the person he's come to admire and respect so strongly is so broken. I've been trying to write it for a while, just got into a rut with it and...stopped.

Coughs and wheezes is a much more recent WIP...sorta? I just couldn't stop thinking about this fic I wrote for caejose week, and it just all unravelled into the plans for a longfic rewrite. The whole thing would mostly explore the stuff canon would not (Battle Tendency could've been SO MUCH MORE), as well show the aftermath of pt2 instead of just. A simple short epilogue. Araki did NOT elaborate on the effects that All That would've had on the cast, both physically and mentally (JOSEPH'S KNEE GETTING MELTED WITH SUPERCHARGED HAMON HELLO???????). And Lisa Lisa and Joseph ough. What an interesting duo (ill over them both). Their relationship would be explored much more in the fic than in canon. Just. Holy Shit Lisa Lisa That Is Your Son WHAT Are You Doing. I am 100% convinced that she isn't mentioned in later jjba parts at all(excluding Araki's writing being Like That, as well as misogyny) is because of her telling Joseph that she was his mother and him just. Being rightfully pissed at her because of all she put him through and simply deciding not to talk to her again unless necessary. Lisa Lisa is actually such an interesting character this fic will 100% have a look into her being Like That too.

Honestly this fic would just be expanding on all the characters, really. Like do you ever think about Kars and how he immediately dropped the honour act the moment Whammu died as if Whammu would turn against him at the drop of a hat if he was dishonourable in combat, though still being shown to harbour at least some sort of care for the other Pillar Men, not really viewing them as tools like he viewed Santana. Do you ever think about him becoming the Ultimate Lifeform with nobody left to share it with he would have to spend eternity with nobody with him. So incredibly lonely. You ever think about how he seems to despise humans but care for "lesser beings" like dogs. You ever think about how pt2 takes place after the industrial revolution, in which things became a lot more polluted and cities would be ridiculously smoggy and such. And I am absolutely certain that in their hunt for the stone they would've come across nazis and that. And they very likely would've heard or seen what their ideals were. Yknow. Eugenics and anti-semitism and racism and all that, trying to "prune" the human race into being "perfect" like they were Gods, above everything else. You ever think about how his drive to get the stone and become the Ultimate Lifeform may have at this point in time also be to put the human race in their place and remind them that they are not Gods and they shouldn't act like such. Actually thinking about genocide, don't you find it kinda odd that Kars ended up wiping out almost the entirety of his race JUST for clashing ideas on his desire to become the Ultimate Lifeform? There had to be something else going on istg

You ever think about Caesar and his past. You ever think about how he was poor and homeless. Him and his siblings getting ill would be TERRIBLE for them, with no way to stay safe and recover from illness peacefully, and no way to get medicine if needed. You ever think about how to avoid illness is to keep clean, eat non-contaminated and clean food, to not live in dirty places that would create a good enviroment for bacteria and such to thrive in. You ever think about Caesar and his whole thing with soap. You know. The thing you use to clean with. His whole past, with him being homeless and poor actually affects him quite a lot, like he dresses in fancy clothing, and eats at nice expensive restaurants now that he's got the money. He doesn't want to waste the opportunity to have all that now that he's no longer poor. He doesn't want to waste any opportunities at all, actually now that I think about it. He wanted to not waste the opportunity of attacking the Pillar Men during the day so badly he died. And, of course, when you're homeless you absolutely have to take every opportunity that comes your way, because who knows when another will come by, if not taking it will cause you to not stay alive long enough to see the next one come around? You ever think about how he was forced to take care of all his siblings from a ridiculously young age, being the oldest of them all with nobody to help him, essentially having to be a parent? He'd have to become so independent from such a young age and don't you think this would've led to the way he acts in pt2, with how he *gets shot*

I have been getting SO off track oh my god. Well. I guess it's kinda related as I'll be exploring what canon did not but. Yeah. I hope you enjoyed that detour

Anyways, Joseph. I am not exactly sure if I'd give her the same chosen name as I did for the fic I'm basing this off of. Probably will give the same name if I'm honest, it'd be very good for some changes to the Esidisi fight (When he's possessing Suzi) that I have planned. She'd also only find out her identity during the fic (though very close to the start) because that's a quite interesting thing to write. Though ofc there were trans people in the 1920s and 30s, it certainly wasn't as known of a thing, especially with some of the research on trans people was burned and destroyed by the Third Reich. Especially since Joseph would've had like. Nobody to even learn about the LGBT community from as it has been explicitly stated before that Joseph had no friends outside Smokey. Maybe he'd learn about gay people from Speedwagon but other than that that's it. I don't think I've seen a fic in which the trans character doesn't really have the words or ideas to explain what is up with them. I think it'd be really interesting to take this route with Joseph imo, especially with my whole idea of him being compared to Jonathan a bunch (When recalling how he first found out that Joseph could use hamon, Speedwagon compares him to Jonathan. He's also compared to Jonathan in the way he looks. I'm sure there's probably more comparisons regarding his behaviour that we don't see.) and how that'd affect him. Like I've told you before in that one headcanon ask game ages ago, I feel that he'd grow to think that Erina and Speedwagon would rather have Jonathan over him. That leaves Joseph with some very big boots to fill; with that in mind, I also feel that he'd feel like he'd have to "be" a Jonathan to them. Which obviously he can't do, as Jonathan is Jonathan and Joseph is Joseph. You can't become someone you're not. With that taken in context of the fic I think that the whole thing would become much more complex and interesting (and angsty) to write, and also to read. Having Joseph struggle with her gender identity, going from "What is up with me why do I always feel out of place and why does femininity feel so RIGHT", to "Do I just not like the standards placed on me for being a man and that's why the concept of femininity and being a woman feels so freeing and right to me or is there something more serious going on", to "Oh. I AM a woman and that's why I feel like this. I have the horrific feeling that I have let everyone in my life down. Oh God Oh Fuck what am I meant to do how can I live like this" is a breath of fresh air from all the trans character fics I've read where either they come to terms immediately with it or it's already established, one that I am very much willing to provide. Ofc, there's nothing wrong with the previously mentioned forms of trans fics, it's just good to always have some variety. Also. The Horrors. The majority of pt2 takes place in Italy, which was very much fascist at the time. Can you imagine. Caesar and Suzi and Lisa Lisa, as well as Loggins and Messina aren't transphobic, for proper reasons I HAVE thought out despite living in Italy all their lives (ESPECIALLY Suzi and Caesar, seeing that they would've grown up with Mussolini's rule and thus would've been much more likely to be indoctrinated into fascism), as well as the Pillar Men being chill because it simply isn't that big of a deal to them. But can you imagine everybody else. In Italy. The surveillance state. It'd be straight up HORRIFYING for Joseph, she'd struggle so much in actually sorting out her identity safely, even with the others willing to support and help. Uh oh I can't remember where I was trying to go with this uhhhhhhhh. Basically Joseph's gonna struggle. Like. A LOT in this fic, be ready for that when I start posting it...eventually. It might've taken ages to write but now someone (you) has shown great interest in it I think I'll possibly be able to pull another Breadcrust Crusaders and crank it chapters out like my life is on the line. Anything for you, Kirsten. Anything.

It sounds like that should've been the ending to this post, but it's not! It's me making the post, so of course there's more. There's always more. Anyways. Like I've iterated multiple times already the fic will be expanding on characters and fixing flaws in canon and changing things I personally dislike. One of the things I'll be changing bc I don't like it is the Pillar Men designs. Araki coulda done so much more, but didn't, and now it is my responsibility to do that. Haven't gotten everything ironed out yet. But there are 2 things I'm gonna have the designs lean more into.

Make them look more powerful and intimidating

Lean into a rock and stones motif, because COME ON THE OPPORTUNITY WAS THERE

All I've really got down is to make them much taller atm, like 3.5 meters tall? Just gotta have them loom over everyone else really. And for the stone and rocks motif so far I've decided to have their horns look more like jagged shards of rocks, much less neat than in canon. As well as that their redesigns would entail their teeth being much less human, more fanged really, and seeing as teeth are white (well. they're not they're more of a cream or yellow colour PERFECTLY WHITE TEETH ISN'T NATURAL THEY'RE LYING TO YOU PEOPLE THAT READ THIS DON'T EVER STRESS ABOUT YOUR TEETH NOT BEING PERFECTLY WHITE IT IS OK) I think them being iridescent like some gemstones are would be really cool. More specifically the sort of iridescence that opals have, because surprisingly with gemstones there's multiple types of iridescence that all look different. There's definitely still more I wanna add/change but that's all I got rn

I have a gun to Caesar's head. Shall I have him doomed by the narrative like in canon, or do I spare him? Both are very interesting to me, seeing as I'm planning to write some slice-of-life-esque stuff after the plot of pt2 for this fic. Both would deal with his aftermath, just in wildly different ways...hmmm...well. I think I'll decide when I get to it.

Coughs and wheezes is kinda split into 2 in my head actually, with the pt2 stuff and then the post pt2 stuff. The pt2 stuff is MUCH more thought out. Perhaps I will make the fic scheduled (I will continue serving JoJo Fridays again...just like when I was writing Breadcrust Crusaders...suddenly nostalgic...) and then take a lil hiatus to properly work on the post pt2 stuff. Depends on how much I can cook up for it while writing the earlier chapters really

"What are you wearing?" You can hear Mason's smirk through the phone you had pressed between your shoulder and your ear as you drop onto the edge of your bed to put your heels on.

"Wouldn't you like to know?" You tease, teeth biting into your bottom lip as you struggle with the straps that wrap around your ankles and a little up your calf, an expensive pair that Mason had actually bought for you.

"I would. Tell me, baby." You can hear rustling in the background and the soft sound of Mason padding down his stairs.

"I want it to be a surprise. It's a new dress, y'know." You successfully fasten one of your heels on, switching legs to start on the other.

"I wasn't talking about your dress, sweetheart." You bite back a grin.

"That's a surprise for even later, Mase." Mason's hum of appreciation vibrates through your ear.

"So you're coming home with me then?"

"I was planning on it, yeah. Have to be careful when we leave though, don't want them all asking questions." You finish your second heel, straightening up and catching your reflection in the mirror on your wardrobe. Red dress clings tightly to your curves, stopping mid thigh, your boobs pushed up perfectly in a way that you know will have Mason drooling.

"Right, questions." There's a slight huff of annoyance in Mason's voice that has your heart sinking.

You've only been working as the photographer for the England team for a few months, they hired you right at the start of the Euros and had thankfully kept you with them when the International games started up. You'd spent so many hours a day holed up with those boys, joining them on all their trips and being with them through all the highs and lows that you were bound to start building bonds with them.

Mason however, was a special case. He was it for you from the very first hello when he'd accidentally walked into you in the hallway at St. George's Park and you'd been completely wrapped up in him ever since. The two of you had snuck around together like teenagers, hiding in store rooms for quick make out sessions and slipping into each other's hotel rooms when you were sure everyone else had gone to sleep.

Mason would bring coffee to you every morning, a task that didn't go unnoticed by any of the boys but they just assumed Mason was hung up. They had no idea what was really happening between the two of you and you planned on keeping it that way for a while. You weren't exactly a well known photographer when you got hired, you were still in uni and only doing photography on the side. You didn't want people thinking you'd only been kept on the job because Mason had a hand in the decision. You'd never let your achievements be put down to anyone else.

"Mase," You start but he cuts you off before you have the chance to carry on.

"No, I know, it's fine. Sometimes I just wish I could show you off, y'know." Your heart thumps in your chest, a giddy smile pulling at your lips.

"It would be an honour to be shown off by you, Mr Mount." Mason huffs a laugh on the other end of the phone and you lightly dab your lipstick as a horn blares outside. Lifting your blinds you spot the Uber waiting on the curb.

"Cars here, I'll see you in a bit yeah?"

"How will I find you?"

"I'll be the one in the red dress." You just hear Mason's strangled noise before you're ending the call, a satisfied feeling in the pit of your stomach.

Mason spots you the second you step into the club, his mouth going instantly dry when he rakes his gaze along the skin tight red dress and incredibly high heels. You've curled your hair and Mason's first thought is that he wants to drag his fingers through it and mess them up. He's completely tuning out the conversation between Jack and Reece beside him,

his full attention focused on the way you saunter into the room, your smile growing when you spot Ben, pushing your way over to him.

"Fuck me," Reece lets out a low appreciative whistle, his own gaze now focused on you. You're standing on your tip toes, arms reaching around Ben's neck as you pull him into a hug and it's only now that Mason realises you're wearing the heels he bought for your birthday. "She has no idea how fit she is."

"Oh I think she knows. She's batting those pretty little eyelashes at Ben like she's got something to win from it." Jack laughs and the comment sends a shoot of jealousy straight to his stomach. You were currently fixing Ben's shirt, fingers fiddling with the top buttons and Mason can't help the glare that forms.

"Who invited her tonight?" Declan has settled himself beside Mason and he follows all three men's eyes until he too spots you saying hello to Jesse and Marcus. "You think her and Ben have something going on?"

"Nah, Ben's been seeing a girl Dele set him up with. I think Jadon invited her." Declan knocks his bottle against Mason's. "You want another?"

"Yeah sure." Mason nods, body singing slightly when he notices you making your way over, gaze bouncing between all boys and for once Mason just wishes you'd focus entirely on him.

"You look absolutely stunning, (Y/N)." Reece is so obviously flirting and Mason watches the way his eyes slip to your boobs.

"Don't look too bad yourself, James." Your gaze sweeps over Mason's body, eyes lingering slightly on his arms. "You're all looking rather good tonight." Mason wishes he could bottle that compliment up and save it just for himself. He doesn't want you hiding compliments for him inside compliments for everyone else. He wants them all to stop looking at you like you're up for grabs when you are so completely not.

The entire night Mason has to sit silently and watch not only his team mates but random guys in the club drool over you, gazes and hands lingering far longer than necessary. Reece and Marcus had a fifteen minute conversation about which of you was going to ask her out first and it had taken everything in Mason not to snap. You were his girlfriend for fucks sake. He shouldn't have to sit and listen to his friends blabber on about how you'd be with them in less than a month.

You were currently sitting beside Declan's girlfriend, laughing at something she'd said, hands tugging at the ends of your hair and he wants to be with you. You've barely said five words to him, too busy talking to everyone else about their lives and whenever he'd attempted to talk into you, someone else had came and stole your attention.

"Mate, the way she looked at Bukayo's party the other week? Tonight's dress has nothing on that one." Marcus throws an arm over the back of the seat, lazy smirk tilting his lips. "You know she rejected Jadon." Mason's head swings around at this because it's definitely news to him.

"What?"

"Yeah, he asked her if she wanted to go for a few drinks and she said she wasn't interested." Mason looks back up but you've disappeared again.

"Maybe she's seeing someone else?" Declan suggests and Marcus shakes his head in reply.

"If she's seeing anyone she's seeing him." Marcus nodded his head toward the corner of the room where you're standing far too close to Ben for comfort. Ben's hand is resting on the wall by your head and you're grinning up at him, face half shadowed by your hair. The wave of jealousy that hits Mason is almost enough to make him sick and he wants to punch Chilly.

This isn't him. He doesn't get like this over girls, especially not with his friends. They know boundaries and they don't openly flirt with the girls he's seeing. But he can't exactly blame them can he? They have no idea what's going on with you and he doesn't know how to deal with that. How is he supposed to sit back while his friends come on to you?

"I already said, Ben's-"

"I'm going to get another drink." Mason's up and heading towards the bar before anyone can reply, sitting himself on a stool and ordering himself a glass of whisky. It's almost ten minutes before you settle into the stool beside him, foot knocking lightly into his.

"Not gonna buy me a drink, Mount?"

"You have your own money, don't you? Buy your own." You startle at his words, cheeks flushing slightly. Mason downs his whisky, eyes hard.

"I wasn't-"

"Or better yet, you can ask Ben to buy you one, you've been pretty cozy all night." You furrow your eyebrows at him, legs crossing awkwardly.

"What are you on about?"

"Jadon's here too. Maybe he'll get you one. He did ask you out for drinks didn't he?" Mason turns his head to raise his eyebrows at you.

"Well, yeah, but I said no. Why are you being like this?"

"Who's next, hmm, (Y/N)?"

"Are you fucking kidding me right now?" You glare at him, heart sinking in your chest because you'd been dying to get a moment alone with him all night but people kept bombarding you and then when you looked again Mason had disappeared and you'd just thought you could finally spend some time with him and he's acting like this?

"Marcus is single, so is Reece, maybe you'll want them next."

"Stop it."

"Stop what? They all fucking want you, (Y/N), they're practically fucking drooling over you and you don't do anything to stop them." Mason's tone is harsh and it stings enough that you shuffle away from him, hurt swimming in your chest.

"Who cares what they're doing? I'm not interested in any of them."

"I care what they're doing! I care when I have to sit and listen to my friends talk about how much they want my girlfriend and not be able to fucking say anything! They were sat over there going on about who's gonna date you." Mason runs a hand over his face, pushing away from the bar so he's standing. You drop down beside him, willing the hurt in your chest to go away.

"I don't want them." Your voice is a whisper and is almost swallowed up by the noise of the club. Mason eyes you, hurt evident in his own gaze. "I want you."

"You haven't exactly shown that have you? You've hardly spoken to me all night, everyone thinks you're seeing Ben." You shake your head and glare up at him.

"Why aren't you listening to me? I don't fucking want Ben or anyone else."

"Sometimes it doesn't feel like that. All these guys have had your attention the entire night, every single one of them thinking that they can leer at you and touch you and I have to sit back and act like it's not killing me inside. It's like you don't care." Mason lets out a sigh of defeat and your heart thumps heavy against your ribs because you can't lose him. You won't lose him. You step closer to him.

"Shut up, Mason."

"Excuse me?"

"Just shut up and kiss me." Mason's entire body stills and you worry that he's going to reject you. "Please." The desperate tone of your voice has Mason closing the gap between you, his hands pressing against your jaw. His lips are warm and soft against yours and you melt against him, fingers grabbing at his shirt.

In the back of your mind you know everyone in the club can see you, you’re practically right in the middle of the room but all you want to do is squash any doubts Mason has that you don’t care about him.

It was this kinda weird Yandere! Real estate agent jk and financially struggling (they were fake rich or sth, but jk saw through it) yn and her toxic family. Jk noticed yn there and then and develops his lil obsession and he gets this sick plan. And then yns family surprisingly get the house for a price lot cheaper than listed but when they start living in it they always feel off like sths watching them. And weirdly enough the house “doesn’t have” a basement or attic. Then basically one day when yns unpacking she accidentally falls into the basement but instead of falling on a hard dusty floor she fell straight into JKs arms (purr he was waiting for her, there was a trap or sth) and found that it was this luxurious ass underground palace and jk technically kidnapped her in her own home. Yns family finds out that yn went missing and instead of trying to find her they were so scared bc the “noises” in the basement were getting louder now and just moved out and jk used this to show yn that they didn’t care abt her. And then after yns family had only cared about getting their money back but found that JKs website, contact info, and person disappeared without a trace like he never existed and then they just gave up. The jk in the story had a real sick idea that him doing this would “save” yn from the toxic treatment she got w her family and that yn should be thankful (kinda like tc jk tbh) and yn is so confused but caves in eventually.
