tossing a metaphorical basketball in my mind back and forth about that one gabriel line where he says "you've taken everything from me, machine, and now, all that remains is perfect. hatred."

because my brain immediately wants to draw parallels to that bible quote that I often heard that goes "god is love". and I mean, this is not very deep, but yeah, losing god's light really did take all of the love away from gabriel, huh. but also hmm why is his hatred perfect. fascinated by the implications of that. not sure what to make of it rn
