Okay so I accidentally deleted an ask about someone going through the process of trying to evacuate Gaza (I'm so sorry op), oops. I'd rather be transparent about it than sweep that under the rug.

To clear things up further, the long-story short that I could gather from the ask was them asking for donations, but here's the thing (and I'm pretty sure I may have put this on my pinned post):

I'm quite literally living paycheck by paycheck. I canNOT afford to donate any kind of money let alone get groceries or in some cases even pay bills, and so when I see asks and/or posts like this I feel INCREDIBLY guilty and a little upset at myself (I WANT to help, believe me, but I genuinely can't in any way that would matter outside of reblogging support posts).

Though my reblogs are few and far between in this case, know that I do care about the situation. I genuinely just can't really handle seeing the stuff without stressing myself out right now.

I know it makes me out to sound like a bad person for saying that, and I'm so sorry. I just want to keep my mental health in-tact in a time when my family and I are struggling, too.

What kind of synethesia does he have? Like, is it colours to words or smells to colours, etc?

for starters, shin has projective synesthesia! it means he actually sees and feels the sensational connections his brain makes.

he has chromesthesia and mirror-touch synesthesia. chromesthesia is the connection of sounds and colors, and mirror-touch synesthesia is being able to physically feel the physical sensations of other people.

for chromesthesia, this means shin will hear noises of all sorts and physically see the colors his brain connects them to. projective synesthetes with chromesthesia typically describe the sensation as fireworks of colors in their vision whenever they hear any sort of noise.
