Today's. #YogisSpreadLove asked us to do #backbend that we love. This is hard because I love all backbending pose. I didn't do how flexible my spine was until yoga and I'm ever so thankful for my practice for letting me discover it. My flexibility not only shows that I'm flexible on the outside but on the inside as well. And backbends are just delicious in general. Day 4 of #YogisSpreadLove is #inversion I chose #vrschikasana because it's one of my absolute favourite! I feel so strong, balanced and flexible in this pose. I remember a few years ago when this asana seemed impossible and how much I admired anybody who can do it. I told myself that I too, will get there & I did.
