ok so i'm really used to being the oldest friend or like "the older sister friend" who has to be responsible and check in on the others who cannot take care of themselves. But I'm trying to befriend women and prioritize other female friendships now I'm entering a new adult stage of my life.

It's been about a year since I've interacted with the most amazing radfem women in my area and it's become quite clear that... I am the "younger sister" of the group 😭 I dont mind this at all but it is foreign territory for me. The other ladies give me sagely advice, offer to help me with meals, offer me supplies, etc. I am so not used to this I sometimes feel like a burden but they don't seem to mind me :)
