I have wanted a pair of handmade mittens for quite a while now, and this is just the skein to make them from. It's incredibly soft, a mixture of Merino and Alpaca. Can't wait to get started 馃槃 I never made any mittens before though. Must be a bit like socks, right? 馃槄 god I don't like knitting socks 馃ぃ馃檲

BEHOLD:
two skeins for me (planned), one skein for a project in the queue for my cousin (planned), and one impulse skein for a project in the queue for my mother because they HAD SILK YARN (unplanned)!!!
then it started to thunderstorm on us, so i got ice cream to eat in the sheep tent until the rain broke so i could sprint for my car. overall: gr8 outing!!
