At Saphiri, there's a lot of Kingdoms and Sultanates, and a handful of Empires. One of the Kingdoms is called the Caelum Kingdom.

It's a newly established Kingdom, and was once a sizable city without a nation. Built from the foundations of a trading center.

It's a Kingdom formed on an archipelago separated by streams of salt water and fresh water in between their islands. A tight knit community, they thrive in tourism, trading, and textile export. They were honestly on a breakthrough to become an Empire, and it was just a matter of time.

Caelum has been led by the Elara family for generations upon generations. They were the first to discover the island, to establish itself as a city, and a kingdom as they led and oversaw the whole archipelago.

And currently, it's led by Soma Elara, the 3rd born crown prince and now the King of Caelum.

Soma, being the 3rd born, didn't really have that much chance on the throne. That, and his siblings, especially the first born, were smart and all had a chance at taking the throne.

He hated it dearly.

His mother, the second Queen after the previous died, is a greedy woman.

She sees Soma as a tool, and wanted him to succeed the throne.

If not... Let's just say the back of his legs will have more scars decorated on them.

Soma suffered abuse at the hand of his mother who wanted him to catch the attention of the King. And him, conditioned by his abusive upbringing, caught the want for power from his mother.

Ego and Pride. Those two prospects were pummeled into Soma's mind. Nobody can become the King. Only he is worthy of the throne.

So, he became the perfect prince. Nevermind that he orchestrated events in which it would humiliate his siblings. That's irrelevant. What's important is him.

The perfect gentleman with the wits of a genius, he became the crown prince when the selection came.

And, to solidify his place...

His older siblings were pronounced dead due to "freak accidents". One was devoured by sea monsters, the other was torn apart by demons. The younger ones were lucky, they only got to be a bit disabled due to "their own faults at being clumsy".

To not raise suspicion, of course Soma got hurt. Dead almost, but he miraculously recovered! How delightful!

The poor scapegoat is the youngest. And, as she got executed, Soma had a cold look of arrogance on his face.

The Queen?

She's afraid of the monster she created. She wanted a King, not a tyrant.

And, as she trembles when her friends tell her how good of a King her son is, Soma glares at her coldly from the balcony, daring her to speak ill of him.

Years passed, and Soma is now of marriageable age at 25.

His advisers told him to find a Queen, but he refuses to do so.

He's thinks having a Queen would make him look weak in the eyes of people.

So, why get a Queen when he can be an absolute Patriarch?

His Pride cannot allow for a potential weakness.

Not until a certain new person entered the palace as a stableperson...

Soma is welcoming foreign envoys to his palace, in which they would have a inter-country peace talks about a certain Emperor who is wreaking havoc amongst other kingdoms in search of a knight. They said that she was the supposed to be Empress, but fled the Empire.

Even one of the Dukes there, Duke Eros, is here to talk about the man.

As Soma guides the envoys to the palace grand meeting room, a certain servant caught his eyes.

They were frolicking with his horse, who was known to be too stubborn for its own good. Heck, this horse needs coaxing from Soma even just to let him ride on it.

But this stableperson was just... Hugging and petting his horse without any kind of violent reaction.

Honestly, Soma's ego was bruised.

His eyebrows furrowed as he led the envoys to the meeting hall once more.

He needs to know who this person is.

After quite the gruelling three hours of a collective disbelief over the actions of the Emperor Callisto, Soma got out of the meeting room and bid a good day to the envoys. Without any more distractions, he marched to the stables to find the person.

There, he saw you. Brushing the coat of his horse ever so gently and with a hum.

Oh he's annoyed.

Again, how can this pride filled horse just... Let's you be?

"State your name."

Your head, that was hidden due to being on the other side of the horse, popped out of the frame and he lets out a confused look.

You look so... Cute and innocent with those sparkling eyes that held so much affection for the horse in front of you.

"Oh! Your majesty!" You bowed. Even your voice sounds so sweet. "My name is Y/N. I'm not unworthy to meet you but..."

You looked up at him, eyes sparkling once more but now, with affection for him.

He cleared his throat, a bit awkward.

Sure, people admired him, but these people always held reverence and respect first. But here you are, projecting your affection like this.

His ego was fed immensly.

He didn't miss the way your eyes widened subtly. Your face glowed with radiance of happiness that he was so sure he got blinded.

"Oh! Oh my..." You held your blushing cheeks, shy. "Thank you, your majesty... Um Oh..."

You bowed and ran away, fully embarrassed.

Soma, surprised, let his guard down a bit as he laughed gently at your antics.

You were like a deer that was curious, then runs away when get caught.

He liked that.

Immensly.

Yet, what he doesn't know, is that you were smirking as you ran away.

You knew that a prideful man like him wouldn't like a strong independent person.

That would just clash with his personality.

But, what if that person was cute, innocent, shy, friendly... Someone who is easily protect-able. Someone who loves them immensely and is shy about it?

It would inflate his ego wildly seeing this naive person love them without a care.

You're a spy sent by the Emperor Callisto in order to find his darling knight here. And, if you can't find her, you just need to send the Emperor information, so that he can infiltrate the Kingdom and wreck havoc just to lure out the knight.

Honestly, the Emperor scares you. Who's crazy enough to wage countless wars just to find his woman?

Or does he delight in bloodshed and finding his darling is just an excuse?

Who knows, but you knew you have to kill Soma after you extracted enough information from him to start the war inside the Kingdom.

Starting with capturing the heart of the Prideful King.

"Soma!"

You ran to Soma and hugged him tightly. A happy smile on your face with a blush well orchestrated that you know he loves.

Soma smiles and kisses the top of your head before continuing to talk to his Prime Minister.

In those two months that you were here, you painstakingly captured Soma in your hands. Continuing to act as the naive person who doesn't know noble etiquette, you were a breath of fresh air in the uptight palace.

The servants love you, the other nobles look longingly your way, wanting to act as carefree as you.

And Soma? He's head over heels for you.

Yet, in his mind, you were the one in love. Not him. He loves having you by his arms, with you just loving him affectionately and being there to relieve his stress.

You were promoted to consort immediately once you confessed to him fully, and was now a precious being inside the Kingdom.

After all, this King who doesn't want marriage, with ego so high people swore it was through the heavens, suddenly had a consort on their way to become his royal partner.

Soma gave you everything. He loves giving you gifts, asserting dominance as he spoils you greatly.

And, as his reward, you would pour your affection to him while asking about information that he willingly gave.

After all, the foolish king still thinks you won't betray him.

You were only a stableperson, who in their right mind would betray him? Someone who's such a catch?

Sure, he's really handsome. People were lining left and right for his hand in marriage after all. And he spoils you greatly. You won't betray him. He knows it.

But, why are you straddling his lap now, in the middle of the knight, with a knife raised up high?

You were staring at him so coldly, he swore you are a different person.

Anguish, that's what Soma felt first.

He wanted to ask you why, but anger immediately filled him as you swung the knife down.

He threw his head back, laughing wildly as his pride got pummeled fully.

First, you made him dance on your palm. Make him spill information and secrets. Let him spoil you greatly. Let you love him freely! And this is how you pay him? A betrayal for another man?

You're such a greedy fucker.

"Oh, cuz he's an Emperor, isn't he?" He spat out, eyes wide with extreme jealousy and unbridled rage. His squeeze on your waist was hurting you immensely. "And i'm not? Is this it? Do you spread your legs to men of higher status huh?"

Your heart dropped when you saw him take off his dress shirt, displaying his carved out muscles that once brought you lust, but now it brought you fear.

Soma gripped your shirt, eyes dead with no light. His mouth a thin light as he captured your lips in a frenzied kiss.

He's no one with pride now. His ego gone.

The betrayal made him crazy as you made him crazy for you.

Placing a palm on your abdomen, he smirks. An evil intent on his eye.

"I'm gonna fuck/breed you into submission." He growls out, grinding his hips against yours. "I'm gonna make you forget the Emperor. I only want you to only live for me, sing and dance for me, I want you to only love me."

And as he relishes in the fear in your eyes, he smirks.

And he will break you into being his if you try to get out of his clutches at all.

•He’s the protective type for sure- he lost all his friends prior to heading to the Phantomhive household, the man most likely has PTSD, he’s definitely going to everything he can to keep you safe and sound. Well, in his eyes at least.

•More often than not, you’re in his sight somehow, constantly within reach. Because of this Baldroy is likely to kidnap you pretty quickly; he’s too afraid something is going to happen to you if he doesn’t. “Paranoid” is understating it, really.

•You’ll end up working for the Phantomhives yourself as essentially his assistant, but you won’t have any real duties if he can help it. He’ll do the job for you, it’s mostly just a guise to keep you close to him. Even if you can fight for yourself, he literally isn’t going to allow it. He gets stressed enough if you try handling a knife for cooking, forget about an actual weapon.

•Baldroy does his best to spoil you with his salary from his job, treating you as best he can in hopes you’ll love him back. He craves your attention- and when he’s not busy worrying about your safety, then he’s busy vying for your love.

•Don’t try to give said love to anyone else, though. You’re his girlfriend- and you aren’t going to leave his side. You aren’t safe anywhere but with him, nobody else can protect you like he can. All he asks in exchange is your undying affection.

•Another protective type, and Agni pretty much worships the ground that you walk on. You’re his moon and stars- a bright, beautiful light in his life, but in a very different way from Soma. While Soma gave him a new life and purpose, you are the one who gave said life meaning.

•This obsession develops the slowest out of everyone here, by far. So much so that Agni doesn’t even notice it himself at first, starting small before his feelings for you twist more and more until it’s too late for either of you to escape them. It all starts perfectly innocent, in truth, but the more time Agni spends around you the worse it gets.

•Agni will find things you left laying around, intially planning to return them to you, but then he finds himself unable to part with them. As his obsession festers and grows, he starts actively stealing things that remind him of you, all while telling himself that “you’ll get it back later”. A small shrine ends up developing in the closet of his room, hidden away from the light and only ever illuminated by scented candles that, of course, are your favourite scent. A small shrine to his goddess- something that only he knows of, and no one else will see.

•Eventually he starts to grow more and more protective, until eventually, you’re not allowed to leave his side when you’re out- and aren’t allowed to leave wherever you’re staying if you can’t be. He doesn’t let anybody else touch you, and while he seems so gentlemanly on the outside, it’s so extreme that you aren’t speaking to anybody but him and Soma. Agni does feel guilty, but in his mind, you’re so precious that no matter what this is worth it. No matter the cost, you have to be treasured and protected.

•He wins the award for the most delusional yandere ever, period. Soma doesn’t even consider you not liking him back, or you not having any feelings for him for a second. Doesn’t even enter his head. He sees you, it’s like love at first sight. You’re his princess and there is nothing that you can do.

•Absolutely showers his darling in affection constantly. You’re his goddess, his dearest princess- and Soma is going to make sure that you’re treated as such. Expect a great deal of presents with a head-spinning amount of money being spent on you. It’s honestly part of how he tries to win your love, by basically showing you life that he believes you deserve- with him, of course.

•Rejections of Soma’s feelings go in one ear and out the other. He doesn’t even hear them, and will keep on moving as if you just accepted his feelings. He’ll talk over you, drag you wherever he wants to go, everything. The main difference is that you can’t wander- just ignore that golden chain around your ankle, princess, it’s all for your own good anyway!

•Soma will marry you fast as lightning. No matter what strings have to be pulled or who has to vanish, he’s going to see to it that everything is taken care of so that you’re his wife as soon as possible. It’ll be the biggest ceremony possible, his entire family and yours attending, and he’s acting like everything is normal and that you’re just so very in love… everyone can almost ignore the frown on your face.

•You’ll be dressed in the finest silks and jewellery, but really, you’re just in a golden cage. No matter what you do, he always seems so happy, gushing over how in love you two are, how perfect his lovely princess is. No matter if you’re smiling beside him or not, your freedom only really depends on if you play along with his delusions or not. Try to run, it’s the same act but you’re confined to his room as he cares for you. It’s all for your sake, you just need to understand that you love him too.

•He’s going to have Ran Mao follow you everywhere. You will never be danger, because she’s going to protect you on Lau’s behalf, but you also won’t have even a peep of privacy. Everything you do, she sees, and reports right back to Lau. Within a month he knows seemingly every little thing about you.

•Lau makes himself appear fairly non-threatening and goofy (like how he acts in the lighter moments of the manga) to make himself seem utterly harmless to you. He’ll slowly worm his way into your life more and more, expertly increasing his visits and time spent near you until you don’t even bat an eyelash when he’s visiting you everyday.

•In the process of this, Lau also carefully sneaks into your heart as well. It’s almost too perfect as he adapts to what you want in a partner flawlessly, and by the time you’ve realized that you’ve fallen for the man it’s far, far too late for you.

•You barely notice when Lau drags you into his life completely, stealing you away from everything you had before and keeping you at his side 24/7. It’s like a switch goes off and now you can’t escape his presence. Everywhere he goes, you’re under his arm, sitting on his lap, cuddled into his side- while Ran Mao stands by instead.

•It’s eerie just how calculated he is. Lau seems so innocuous when he first enters your life, and Ran Mao (acting spirit his right hand here) may even appear like a friend. But once the fangs come out and you can even realize that you’re trapped, you already can’t escape his sight.

•Another extremely paranoid one. He’ll also never, ever, ever in a thousand years let Baron Kelvin know of your existence. Joker, believing that you’re the most beautiful woman he’s ever seen, doesn’t want to even risk Kelvin seeing you. He knows how that man is, so someone as lovely as yourself? Yeah, you aren’t going anywhere near the guy.

•He’ll lure you away from your home with sweet words, fascinating personal performances and flowers, dragging you into a masterfully crafted fantasy image of him. Joker will leave you dazed and wondering more about him, that mysterious ring leader from the Noah’s Arc Circus, drawing you towards him as if hypnotized.

•Joker is very aware of his tactics and how genuinely awful he’s acting, and actually feels heavy guilt about it. He feels guilty when, in a panic when the circus is about to leave, he kidnaps you in the night. He feels guilty when he has you join the circus to stay with him. But, he doesn’t stop. Joker doesn’t see any point in stopping. He already does horrible things for the Baron… he already can’t go back. So why stop now, and let go of this love?

•Basically he’s not even a little delusional, realizing this is wrong, but he also can’t let the feeling go. He doesn’t see himself as having an ability to go back anyway, and he cares so dearly for you that he must have you. You’re a light in his life that he can’t ever let go.

•I hope you like the members of the circus troupe, because they’re your only contact outside of Joker himself. They protect you and they’ll talk with you, making you feel like part of the family, but that’s all you get. So, first things first, lets get one thing straight: Charles doesn’t want somebody that is plain. He is a restless man and would, in no way, get invested in somebody that is a white wall. If you’re a well-spring of peace and tranquillity? That’s good, just don’t be stupid. Have a range of interests and have a strong will. Are you quirky and flashy? Good, just have some depth and don’t let all your confidence be skin-deep. Nobody likes braggarts.

For Earl Grey to become obsessed with you, you would probably be very adept on some level. Be it with words or with swords or even just having an attention to detail. Something that makes you multi-layered and interesting. He’d start becoming intrigued by you, and like a curious cat, start to study you. If he wouldn’t lose interest after a few days, then you’re staying on his scope for longer.

In terms of getting you as a lover in relation to how others would react Charles would have it relatively easy. If you’re a woman, then your parents would gladly give him their blessing and urge you to marry him. Due to his status he would be very appealing of a spouse. So much so that you could overlook all the red flags in favour of climbing up the social ladder. If you are intelligent, then it would be a miracle that somebody would ask for your hand in marriage and you would be pressured to accept him. Too intelligent women were shipped off to India in the Victorian age.

If you’re a man, he would be frustrated that he couldn’t have a public relationship with you. However, it would also mean that you couldn’t confined anybody in about the dark aspects of the “loving” relationship and his obsession. In the case that some malice gossip would come out, the Queen would vouch for one of her best and trusted servants, even if she wouldn’t approve of the relationship.

Charles is a very sore loser, so if you would have the skills to trump him in any field, then he’ll do his best to catch up. Or hind you or even forbid you from doing that thing/exercising your expertise. This would also extend to you being right. Charles always want to be right; he wants to be your lord and saviour and that doesn’t allow room for much error. Resulting from this mindset and these tendencies is the fact that should he fall out of “love” with you, then he would still retrieve should you escape – he doesn’t want to stand there as a loser.

Despite his very playful attitude, the Earl is a very astute person. Should you dare try to escape or plot against him, then you would have to be very careful as in to ensure that they’re aren’t any changes in your behaviour that might rouse your paranoia. When he would catch wind of your schemes, he wouldn’t set out to thwart you immediately. Instead, he’d make sure that you would believe victory to be secure before shattering the illusion and your hope. Don’t push him, you don’t want to be the victim of his wrath

Additionally, he would view himself entitled for your devoted care and nurture.

Soma is rather self-absorbed and even though his intentions usually lean to the good side rather than the bad side, he would be rather disinterested in much of your emotional world. The man simply can’t handle the negative emotions of other people and immediately bar himself off should you come forward with any of your woes. If anything, he would want to make sure you’re pleasant and warm to him unconditionally, despite the position you would be in.

In that sense, he would also only tolerate positive emotions from you. Even if you would have to force yourself to smile daily. He wouldn’t notice that your grins would be too shallow to be genuine, as long as he can delude himself that everything is ok then he’ll be happy as well. Should he be particularly frustrated by it, he might even punish you.

While he’d come across of awfully naïve, he is in possession of a degree of paranoia that makes him keep a close eye on you. Out of all people, he can’t afford to lose you. Still, should you come free there would be a lot of tears and heartbreak on his part.

If you think you could ever truly escape him, then think again. As royalty, he has a lot of resources at his disposal and would scour the ends of the earth to recover you. And he is very persistent, a good fighter and fixated on you.

He’d also pull a lot at your heart strings to keep you by him and should you try to shut yourself off from him or flee from him, then he’d go on to spill tears and sob about how heartless you are.

Scenario: Soma is crossing across the ocean for business till they were caught in a storm and he fell overboard.

He couldn't swim and was sink below the ocean but the last thing he saw is a women with fins and tail coming at him.

When he wake up, he was already on shore and question how he got to shore till he remembered the women with fins. When he looked around for him, he didn't saw her and is questioning if what he really saw was real or not.

Hello tumblr! This is my first post on this writing blog, so you know, probably the most important if you would like me to write something.

I’ve been into anime/manga for around 15 years, and I’ve seen everything. Well, not literally everything, that would be fairly impossible. But, I’ve definitely seen the major stuff and small niche stuff!

I am going to dedicate this blog to ‘x Reader’ posts as that allows for you the most customizability (not a word don’t care, call me Shakespeare) and for me to not fret about doing specific details. I may make a separate post about all the acronyms as well so you know what they mean.

As for genres, I could do everything except for probably horror (I can do yandere though I have never written a character as such) and anything with a heavy action sequence. So basically, if you want a romance? I got that. You want something that will break your heart? I got that too. You want angst? I could deliver. Slice of Life? You betcha. Just wanna see yourself in it? I can do that.
