Now that we know c55 is the new c33, we must consider that it is only the first part

Back in c33, we had Na-Kyum being thrown in a ten-day fever after being drilled all day.

And now in c55, we have Seungho who’s probably going to be knocked out for ten days after his binge on opium and liquor fest

We have here, in contrast, how Na-Kyum stays with the lord, compared to how Seungho had left him when he had a fever. 

If we take some events in c33 into consideration, the following might happen, but in different order:

This time, Na-Kyum will be taken away by Nameless for ten days. In contrast to Inhun’s behavior when he didn’t take a look at Na-Kyum’s condition, in the event where Seungho will recover, he’ll do everything he can to get Na-Kyum back. He’ll be on a rampage in his household once more.

Kim, who had only been punched by the master, might get harmed/killed by Nameless if he ever ventures outside to get the medicine, whereas in c33, he was safe because he stayed inside the house.

The household will be in an uproar during these ten days, doing everything they can to keep Seungho’s mood swings in check. He may try to deflect for a while, thinking that Na-Kyum is only a plaything, as he had said, and therefore he shouldn’t be worrying over it. He might even think that Na-Kyum’s a good riddance because Seungho’s feelings won’t have to be swayed anymore.

But someone’s words will be a trigger to ignite and have his feelings realized. Who?

Min. IT’S MOTHAFRICKING. MIN.

Notice that it’s always Min’s words that spurred Seungho on. It was Min’s words that prompted Seungho to return to Na-Kyum, and it will be Min’s words which will also push him to realize that Na-Kyum is not his plaything, but his special treasure

What will probably come after that? A new c34 might take place in the future, where Na-Kyum will have a new dream while being kidnapped, a new realization that will coincide with the dream he had here:

His unconscious will tell him that his body and heart and soul are yearning for Seungho, even in his darkest dreams. Both of them will come to a realization, now that Seungho has admitted that

It is similar to Na-Kyum’s questioning of himself, back in c35:

And what happened after that? Remember how Inhun popped up and patted Na-Kyum on the hair, with Seungho being angry all of a sudden?

Scratch that. Min is going to be the next Inhun. Seungho will most likely encounter Min and/or Nameless and Jihwa together, ganging up on disposing Na-Kyum or, in Min’s case, “tasting him”, before Seungho gets blinded by his fury.

But this time, Na-Kyum won’t stop Seungho from raging, just like how Na-Kyum didn’t stop him from punching Min.

And then, the shadow of Seungho’s past will once again return, in the form of the letter that was most likely sent by Seungho’s father.

I noticed a... "progression" of sorts with all the Season endings

In season 1, we have this scene:

We see a STANDING Na-Kyum, going back to the house with a SEATED Seungho staring at him from a distance, with everything set in snow

Then in season 2, we have this scene:

We see them both SEATED at the tavern, hugging without a care in the world.

Then in season 3, we have this:

We see SeungKyum on the ground, CROUCHING while hugging, their bodies almost disappearing against the vastness of the snow

NOW, HEAR ME OUT.

What if this progression that we're seeing is a clue of what's to come?

Because by the way I see it, the two of them are literally, gradually, DESCENDING TO THE GROUND

And what activities could happen for them to be on the ground while still hugging?

NOW. WHAT IF. AND I'M SAYING IF.

What if Season 4's ending is still the same, with the two of them still locked in an embrace, but would now be LYING ON THE GROUND on one spring day BECAUSE OF THE PUNISHMENT GIVEN TO SEUNGHO, AND NA-KYUM FOLLOWED HIM UNTIL THE END

And this would coincide with Byeonduck's words:

"Happy, in their own way."

BECAUSE THE TWO OF THEM WOULD DIE TOGETHER, SMILING 😭😭😭😭😭

Remember, in Night Flower, we have this sequence

The dream sequence and hopes Seungho had with the two of them smiling in the pavilion means that Seungho's dream will come true, as that happens to Na-Kyum as well, with the two of them being mirror characters and all

But the thing is, with Seungho's dreams, there's always a tinge of pain that goes along with it, in contrast with Na-Kyum's dreams

So imagine this:

After the punishment given to Seungho and his dying body gets dumped somewhere or gets left in the open (highly likely), Na-Kyum then goes to him and begs for them to go home together but Seungho couldn't move anymore

So instead, Na-Kyum does his best to haul Seungho and drag him back home 😭😭😭😭 But then on the way there, no one tries to help them as Seungho had been branded a criminal, so Na-Kyum collapses from the exhaustion and agony, right

Then they would collapse just near their home and Na-Kyum apologizes nonstop for not bringing him there sooner

Then Seungho is barely moving from the pain and hunger but in his mind, the dream sequence from Night Flower plays out, of the two of them smiling at each other

If I walk on a night without you and then wander again

A night will sure come when we can sleep peacefully together

If I have you with me somewhere in my chaotic days

[Please just smile at me, and I will stay with you.]

AND THEN THE DAY WHEN THEY COULD SLEEP PEACEFULLY TOGETHER IS THROUGH THEM DYING TOGETHER WHILE SMILING BECAUSE THEY'RE FINALLY TOGETHER UNTIL THE VERY END.

AND THAT IS WHY BYEONDUCK SAID, "THEY COULD BE HAPPY IN THEIR OWN WAY."

By now, you would already know that in the current state of my fic, Seungho had already been taken into questioning for a crime he had actually been a huge part of, but no concrete evidence is stacked against him, so he goes free

Deokshit #2 over here most likely tried laying a hand on Na-Kyum or probably looked at Na-Kyum and entered the room to get the music box most likely, and then Seungho’s Na-Kyum radar went off and he just went SWOOSH back into the bedchamber and

But if Seungho doesn’t want to scare Na-Kyum anymore, he probably did the punishment while Na-Kyum is away and when no one can hear Seungho swish-swashing his hands being thrown at the servant’s face 😂

i can’t help but think of the scene as a new version of c30, with lord Lee now acting like Inhun and the victim is now Jihwa instead of Nakyum

vs c67

We have an enraged Seungho, him beating up a servant, a crime that involved Jihwa, and a father figure who intervenes before further violence occurs

everything from season 1 seems to now happen in reverse with Jihwa now about to become the victim instead of Nakyum

And Seungho’s grand entrance in the Lee residence

reminds me so much of this scene from c12:

Since the reverse is true, the events in c30-31 wherein Seungho drilled Nakyum all night have already happened to Jihwa in c67, as indicated here when he had done it with Nameless:

Min’s presence is also another common denominator like he had been in c33 when he egged Seungho on to bring Nakyum to the orgy. Now it’s interchanged with Min subtly egging Seungho to punish Jihwa for his crime

Now we have to imagine the following possibilities on what could happen next, if the scenes from s1 are considered.

1. Seungho will return home and would still most likely find Nakyum still there. Nakyum wouldn’t accept Heena’s proposal to return home, as Seungho has now become his home.

2. The possibility of another dream/nightmare sequence from Nakyum and be confronted with his feelings for Seungho

3. Another possible intervention and harsh advice from Kim, as he acts more and more on his own

4. Nakyum will ask Kim this time where Seungho had been. Kim will most likely say something vague af

5. More contemplations of Nakyum thinking about everything Seungho had done to him and for him

6. A CHANGE IN ROOM ARRANGEMENTS. In contrast to c34, Seungho won’t let him out of his sight this time. After the kidnapping, Seungho is sure to move Nakyum from the study to his room and have guards outside the room whenever Nakyum is inside like he had done in c65. OR! Seungho might let him leave and return to his room. (Highly unlikely, though.) 

7. A possible repeat of c36-38 where Seungho will sleep with Nakyum. But this time, Seungho, while looking after Nakyum in his sleep, will get to see the painter have nightmares from Nameless

8. A possible repeat of this line:

But this time, instead of painting eroticism, Seungho will ask Nakyum, once he’s recovered, what his kidnapper looks like and have him paint Nameless’s face instead

9. A possible intervention of another noble at night while Seungho and Nakyum are together. Min, most likely. Or the appearance of another letter like Seungwon had in c37. Or an intervention from Yoon dad himself if gets wind that Seungho had caused a bigger scandal

10. The repeat of a purge like what the old man said in c37, this time, instigated by Seungho instead of his father

In two weeks, I can see Min-Min spilling the beans that it was all Jihwa’s doing, that he was helping Jihwa to try and get over Seungho but he’ll tell Seungho

that Jihwa was the one who kept insisting to kill Na-Kyum. Min will make Jihwa the scapegoat all for his own damn amusement bc he’s such a cunning little bastard and he’ll try to coax Seungho and make it out that he’s innocent and shit

Seungho will fall for it. Or not. Because he’s a perceptive one. Min-Min has a bigass mouth.

NGL I got excited reading this chapter bc finally we get to see Seungho now CONNECTING THE DAMN DOTS THAT NAKYUM HAD BEEN TAKEN AWAY FROM HIM.

C66 was a repeat of 28, 30, 52-53

Phew. Now I can eat dinner without my heart doing somersaults in my stomach.

And we’d get to see next week’s special episode. Yay~!
