Xuan held her close, as if afraid that if he let go, Rio would vanish again from his sight. He felt relieved to know that she was still alive and that they were finally reunited, so much so that he almost shed a tear of emotion at the fact that they were together again. "Yes, yes, we will go home right away!" Xuan kissed the top of Rio's head and gently scooped her up into his arms, resting her head onto his chest. She felt cold to the touch and this fact paired with her clearly very weakened state wasn't a good omen. "She needs her meds!" Xuan concluded too and quickly got up, motioning for Akachan to follow him out of that place. Luckily, Xuan was a cautious man and figuring Rio might be in a roughened state, he had brought her meds in vial form as well, ready to inject into her blood stream. They had to act quick and so, just as stealthily as he had infiltrated that warehouse, Xuan was now out and back to the car, where he placed Rio on the back seat under a blanket, then moved to grab her medication and administrate it with some injections. He felt bad about the fact he had to do this, but it was better than risk losing her. "I'm sorry if this might sting a little." He whispered and finally gave her the injections. An hour later, they were back home and Xuan called his personal doctor to come fast and check up Rio's state.

"I know my limits...don't worry" She didn't talk a lot about her parents these days. It was just a topic that never came up. Though if he ever asked about them she wouldn't hesitate to answer since she wasn't exactly shy about the topic. She smiled and looked out the nearby window. "I want to thank you again for taking me in...it's been nice. As soon as I'm able to work again...I want to get a new apartment...but for now...I will do my best to make myself useful around here" she pet the cats as they walked by then she left the room "We hould work on the garden today....it's beautiful out today"

"Sure, we could go grocery shopping. I was actually having that on my to do list for the day anyways, so it's not a bother." Xuan nodded and closed the book he had been immersed into moments prior to Rio coming to talk to him. "Of course I do! It's placed inside the gazebo, so that we can have a scenic overview of the rose garden." The last question amused him to the point he actually let of a soft chuckle.

He turns his head to look at Rio with a slightly puzzled look, but he doesn't seem upset about the kiss. "You are bored? Then how about we spend some time just the two of us? You could spoil me and tell me about this and that." Xuan smirks and lays his head down onto her thighs, looking up at her.

"What? No, I would never do that! Did I make you feel this way?" Xuan was confused, being faced with such an accusation. Sure, it was true that lately he's been rather absent, having to deal with a bunch of issues back at work, while he also tried to work out his own feelings towards the young woman, which he wasn't really sure how to deal with at the moment, especially since he had no clue if she even saw him in the same light. "Rio... I... I am sorry if I made you sad. I never intended that. I know that lately I've been rather absent, but... I promise you that I never meant to hurt you."

"I'm back home! Sorry for being late again, the meeting with the client went longer than I thought it would. But to make up for it, I bought you something!" He colds up two bags with the logo of Rio's favorite sushi restaurant. "Tah dah! Got you your favorite sushi!"

"Nooo, not my hair!" Xuan pretend cries in a dramatic way and then starts laughing, pulling Rio into a bear hug. "Sorry lil pup, I really didn't mean to upset you. It's auctions season again and work has really become crazy and full back at HQ, so I have to work overhours more than I'd like to." He snuggles her. "But I miss you too. I wish I could work from home just to be able to spend more time with you and the pets."

Since warm weather is coming...I want to go to the beach but...I can't swim. I'm scared of drowning. I'm also too short to go very deep. What do I do? -@riollum

"Want me to teach you how to swim? We could also buy you a floatie and you can relax on it in the water, cause it'll keep you afloat."

"I missed you lots too!" Xuan was all smiles, truly happy to hear that Rio had missed him. "Wanna do something together to make up for the lost time?"

Xuan hugs Rio from behind. "Surprise! I came home early today!" He snuggles her close. "I missed you lots, Rio-chan! I really need to cut down on these work hours..."

"Oh, hi! Yes you should come home early more often" she smiles then turns around hugging him tight. "I've missed you lots lately" @phoenix-of-jade

Xuan chuckled at the comment. Rio with red lipstick on... That would've been an image of the century! Though, he didn't doubt that she would be just as beautiful as she was with her natural look. "I could get you a lipstick if you want. I think it would be cute getting covered in lipstick marks by you!~" He teased her playfully and bent down so it would be easier for her to reach his face for the kisses. "Hmmm... So no kissy kiss on the lips for me? Ah, this is rather unfortunate... But I'll gladly take the kisses on the cheek too!~"
