Fuckin nuts that we've been having injectable diabetes med shortages (to the extent that pharmacies run out and can't fill diabetic patient prescriptions) due to it being increasingly prescribed for weight loss. We don't tier necessity for drugs, so diabetics are spending periods of time w/o their glycemic control (these drugs aren't insulin) :/

The meds are prescribed off label for patients w bmi over 30, but I cannot stress enough how common that bmi is. Currently the reporting baseline for coding morbid obesity is a bmi of 40 or greater--basic obesity USED to begin at bmi of 25, that's fucking nuts, that's just most healthy weights!!!! Clinical weight-loss is a good option for people who want/need it, but prescribing vital DM drugs for a huge swath of the bmi demographic to the point of causing national shortages for non-permanent weight-loss........girlies.....................dont even get me started on the influencer culture swarming the drugs or we'll be here all day

🪽Stwierdziłam, że od czasu do czasu zacznę też tutaj opisywać swoje dni bo w sumie czemu nie. Nie chce z tym narzucać na siebie presji więc na pewno nie będzie się to tutaj pojawiać codziennie ale myśle, że to w sumie spoko pomysł patrząc na to, że sama rok temu w swoim bio napisałam, że to konto to mój pamiętnik. Wrzucam tutaj zazwyczaj coś pod wpływem impulsu a oki będzie tak się zastanowić nad tym co robię tym bardziej, że od dłuższego czasu mam straszne dziury w pamieci i wszystko mi się miesza. Nie jestem w stanie powiedzieć co robiłam 2 dni temu i tak dalej. Z góry mówię ze nie będzie to ciekawe wiec nie zdziwię sie jak nikt tego nie będzie czytać ale robię to tak dla siebie.

No więc dziś wstałam dosyć bardzo późno jak na mnie. Nawet jak mam wolne to ustawiam sobie milion budzikow od ok. 7:30 do 10:20. Lubię wstawać rano. I wstałam o 12:00 ;-; Nienawidzę wstawać po 10:00 bo mam jakieś chore wyrzuty sumienia. Ale wstałam, ubrałam się i zaczęłam ogarniać pokój bo niby nie był jakiś syf ale mieszkanie z 2 kotami i z psem to katorga bo nie to, że wszędzie jest milion sierści to jeszcze żwirek z kuwety mam rozwalony po całym pokoju. Odkurzylam i powycieralam kurze i później poszłam ogarnąć kuchnie. Do 14:00 sobie czytałam i później wzięłam się za obiad żeby się wyrobić do 15:00 tak jak miałam zaplanowane. Jak robiłam obiad a w sumie to śniadaniexd To przyszła mama i było małe spięcie ale zjadła placuszka z cukini, powiedziała ze dobry i jej przeszło. Później wzięłam sie za robienie podstawki na biżuterię i troxhe sobie czytałam. Ogarnelam tez sobie brwi. Chciałam isc na spacer z psem więc zjadłam jabłko i po 18:00 zaczęłam sie malować i ogarniać. W między czasie wstał brat, z którym chciałam isc na ten apacer więc poczekalam aż dziexiuch sie troxhe rozbudzi i zje i wyszliśmy o 19:00. Wróciłam do domu ok. 20:00 i kurdupel zapragnął sobie gofrów więc jako dobra siostra robiłam z nim gofry. Zrobiłam wszystko zgodnie z przepisem żeby miały normalna ilość kalorii i żeby nie kusiło knie żeby zjeść jednego. No i sie udało. Zrobiłam dla brata eleganckie gofry i poszłam sie myć. Po myciu zjadłam sobie spaghetti i pisałam z przyjacielem. Napisałam mu o atakach paniki bo to nie jest dka mnie jakiś trudny temat. Co prawda nigdy nikomu o tym nie mówiłam ale chciałam zobaczyć jego reakcje na tqka rzecz bo kilka dni temu byłam mu gotowa z marszu napisać o ed i wszystkim innym ale dobrze ze sie ogarnelam. Went out with a friend of mine that I hadn't seen in a while (couples months at least) tonight. He had texted me earlier asking if I wanted to hang out tonight and I agreed and it turned out we were going to one of his friends' apartment. This particular friend of mine is a few years older than me, I know he drinks and smokes, I figured so did his friends. I don't however. I quit smoking w**d a year ago, it was never something I particularly enjoyed doing so I just stopped, and I don't really drink. I'm not 21 yet so I can't buy and I don't care enough about it to find someone else to buy it for me. So going to this hang out with people I didn't know who would probably being substances was kinda stressful.

My friend picks me up and it's kinda an awkward car ride, I haven't seen him in a while and it shoulda been easy to fall into conversation but it wasn't. We show up at the apartment and I was right. Everyone was smoking and I'm the awkward outcast that doesn't. We played uno for awhile while everyone smoked. I don't drink, however when offered, I accepts a shot of v*dka and not gonna lie it was disgusting I don't get why people drink. I was quite happy to leave honestly.

Of course on the way home my friend and I get pulled over. I'm not gonna get into all of that but it was so nerve wracking. I'd already had an awkward night, I'd drank, wasn't having a good time. We got a ticket and like three warnings. I had my brother come pick me up and take me home the moment the officer gave me my Id back.

Just overall, as happy as I was to see my friend after several months I gotta say it wasn't a great night.
