Why do you write Steddie?

After watching s4 I was mildly annoyed that the show didn’t expand further on Steve and Eddie’s dynamic (not that I ever thought they would be canon) which I found to be really fun and different from a lot of what we see on the show. I also really wanted to explore Steve’s bisexuality and how it relates to his friendship with Robin and Eddie was a great vehicle for that (sorry Eddie lol)

What’s your favorite trope to READ?

There was only one bed… might be basic but it’s always been my favourite. Friends to lovers, fake dating, and forced proximity are also going to have me with my eyes glued to the screen.

What’s your favorite trope to WRITE?

Sharing a bed also is number one here, though it’s usually far more platonic than it is in stuff I read haha because non-sexual intimacy is like crack for me to write.

What’s your favorite Steddie fic?

Lovesick in Loch Nora by redoaktree for the perfect Eddie characterisation but also looking at my bookmarks I think I need to read more steddie and stalk this blog for some recs lmao

Is there a trope you’re excited to explore in a future work but haven’t yet?

Maybe a genderbending fic because I really enjoyed writing this trope for Star Wars but honestly I’d be excited to writing anything rn, writer’s block is smothering me

What is your writing process like?

I have an idea somewhere between midnight and 3am, then I sit down and write it until it’s finished. Almost every single fic on my account was written in under five hours, I think (outside of my few long fics and series) the fic that it took me the longest to write was “our house (in the middle of the street)” which took me about 10 hours right through the night.

Do you have any writing quirks?

I guess if I have any it’s that I write everything in order all at once and if I get stuck on a scene I cut it and try something else entirely. I also rarely listen to music but if I do it has to be something loud where the words aren’t too distracting.

Do you prefer posting when you’ve finished writing or on a schedule?

Alwaaaaayyyys after I’ve finished writing. I used to write on wattpad where I’d post as I wrote and all it meant was that nothing got finished. My problem is that I am fuelled off of interaction and if I’m getting interaction my brain doesn’t understand why I need to write any more. Like, we’re getting the dopamine hit so why bother giving them anything more. My brain is a silly goose, basically.

Which fic are you most proud of?

I’m not sure there’s any fic I’m most proud of. There’s definitely fics I’m less proud of, either because I know how little effort they took me and I think they’re kind of rubbish or because they just didn’t come out the way I wanted even though I put too much effort in. I guess the two series I’ve written for steddie— “of rags and silk (a costume)” and “your love is standing next to me” —are my favourites, I think they are my most imaginative and creative creations :)

How did you get the idea for shape it up (get it straight)?

Honestly a lot of what I wrote in 2023 and the thought process behind it is as much a mystery to me as it is to you but I think I just wanted to get into Mike’s head, dabble in Byler, and I love writing outsider POVs.

When writing i'm feeling devious (you're looking glamorous), what was something you didn’t expect?

That people would like it so much, to be honest. I was just having fun and writing something silly, I guess people do think I’m funny.

What inspired just like a rainbow (you know you set me free)?

I really wanted to add something to the Robin/Vickie tag but it was difficult because Vickie was so character-less in the show, so I focussed it mainly around Robin and Steve’s friendship which I have always loved and their single braincell fake dating plans (a trope I love for them, if anyone has recs… hmu)

What was your favorite part to write from chuck me a bouquet after the show, babe?

The goodbye scene and the reunion scene, I love angst.

How do/did you feel writing chuck me a bouquet after the show, babe?

I was deep in the trenches watching Succession, so I felt like Shiv Roy and I wanted to make Steve into Kendall.

What was the most difficult part of writing drag him back to the meeting place?

The song lyrics for this whole series was definitely the most difficult, fun, and rewarding experience, but for this fic in particular I think getting into the mindset of a 2014 tumblr user reversed any development of my frontal lobe.

Do you have a favorite scene and/or line from any of your fics?

“Carol climbs up, wrapped in a sheet, and yanks up the door to yell at whoever the fuck — But it’s Robin and she’s crying. It’s not even a thought, Carol just reels her into a hug. They’re not friends but it doesn’t matter. They’re something more. They’re Steve’s, they belong to him like luggage he’s left going round and round and round in an airport baggage claim.” – from “let’s make some music, make some money”, my favourite because I think it accidentally described the way I write all ST fanfic like the world is revolving solely around Steve, he’s my little guy I can’t help it.

A character that fandom has helped me appreciate: I didn't let myself like Bobby until after I finished the show and joined the fandom (WHICH IS SO SAD BC I LOVE HIM SO MUCH BUT HEAR ME OUT-) I think I misread a comment in like S1 that said Bobby died later on... Idk why, I just genuinely thought he died in later seasons and I KNEW I was gonna get emotionally attached so I didn't let myself think about him too much...

7. My favourite tropes to read/write/draw: I loveeee to read established buddie fics and often like if they get another kid... I feel like it just heals my heart!!!! I don't really write/draw for fandom but I read a lot and I end up making very miscellaneous type random things.

18. A fandom tag that I track: is this like... Within the 911 fandom??? Idk if this counts but I always go through @lover-of-mine 's ask tag because it's very entertaining!!

21. A fandom I'm not active in anymore but still really like: 9-1-1 is actually my first online fandom!! I didn't really know Tumblr existed as a fandom space and have been quietly obsessing over different TV shows my whole life... Last year I was obsessed over criminal minds and I made a whole journal thing for it!

The fandom you're most curious about because of a mutual: I'm kind of an observer of the house MD fandom, because I watch it sometimes with my family and friends but I haven't watched the whole thing fully, but I love what @ranbling posts and reblogs from the fandom on here, so I'll probably watch soon!

Writing advice below!!! Cuz I wrote a lot n idk how to shut tf up!!! 🤭🤭🤭

Honestly, I only ever liked reading, I wasn’t into writing cuz I knew if I did, I probably wouldn’t have made any sense lmao. I think it was my first year of college when I took advanced essay classes (and got an A+ in both🤭). It was suuuper good practice for me, and it def helped that both of my professors were awesome. I did stop writing after that, but then lo and behold: Spiderverse happened. That’s when I redownloaded tumblr to join the atsv community, just to see what the other atsv girlies were up to, which then led to my smut addiction (oops), which led to the creative juices juicing. I def did NOT have the confidence to post it publicly, but I figured why not!! I’m doing this for myself!! I enjoy it!! That’s, like, the cool part of writing is that, and get this: you can write whatever YOU want. Crazy, right?????

Now, the hardest part is getting it on paper. Once you get over that hill, it’s literally so chill after that. What I do is I literally just list out specific things I want to happen for sure, and I list them chronologically, from beginning to end of the chapter, Drabble, etc. I also list certain dialogue that I want to be said as well, putting them chronologically, too. I do this because I find it easy to build sort of a “scene” off of them. Call it a skeleton, if you will. Then the rest of it sort of just… comes along. Outlines r literally my bffs <3 It might also help to literally just write out what the idea is specifically; what I mean is what sparked the idea? Is it a specific action? Is it a line someone said? Is it a specific occasion? Specific location? Just take note of it, and if u read it n draw a blank, come back to it later. Also, I promise, the light bulbs are gonna come at you in the most randomest of times… trust, it will come to you while ur, like, lying in bed at 3am, about to fall asleep.

Levi's characterization at the Valentine's Event and why I live for it (Spoilers)

Am I here to overthink about Levi's writing again? Hell yes I am. I guess I'm analyzing this event and his role in particular because not only I enjoyed it, but also it had so many interesting aspects to notice I needed to point them out. Now that the event is almost over, I hope I'm not spoiling anyone!

I was a little bit taken aback when I played the event and noticed how Levi centric it was. I still have no idea why they made the decision of basically make him the protagonist but you won't ever find me complaining, I love that demon.

(is this the character oriented event for him? Like we had with Satan and Barbatos? It wasn't stated as such, so I'm curious)

So, recapping a bit, a curse triggered by Beel made all the chocolates of the Devildom disappear, threatening Valentine's day. The brothers need to fix it since they're all simps and want to give us chocolate. In fact, Levi is highly motivated to fix it since he wants a special Ruri-chan chocolate (and we later find out there's more to it).

So, Levi's role starts with the Abstinence Brigade (lmao it sounds so funny), where he makes sure everyone is following the plan of not doing the things they love the most.

I won't lie, I was laughing the entire time because he was just SO ridiculous. Exactly as I love him to be. He was loud and annoying, but above that, I was actually nodding at the screen with how consistent he was.

See, if anyone ever had any doubt this guy is a military genius since his role during events is mostly having weird ideas and fanboying over any otaku stuff (*ahem*... Comic relief), I assure you it's not that much of a strange concept.

It's a simple role he had in here, but that didn't make him any less bossy and strict. For someone who's quite sensitive and self deprecating, Levi certainly has a way with how he can give himself the right to command his own brothers, and I assure you this is not the first event I remember him doing it (it's kinda old at this point, but for example the Manga event was all him ordering his brothers around to make a good manga and scolding them for doing it wrong).

He can be really insecure, but when he knows he's right he's very stubborn and you won't convince him otherwise unless you can prove there's a better way or someone more competent to do it.

Now, moving on.

We find ourselves with the two routes. The normal one has this interesting dialogue, with Barbatos pointing out Leviathan had this piece of knowledge that could work out. I shit you not, I laughed at how Levi was once again relevant because there were at least 6 other characters that could've taken that role.

When did he even mention that? Lmao. Who cares, the guy has already been carrying the entire event on his back.

So ok, we all got to see he was particularly invested in fixing this situation, looking for solutions and having an active role. But that doesn't stop here.

The neutral route is saved thanks to Diavolo, Barbatos and Simeon and, yay!, everyone gets their little chocolate gifting scene if that's what you chose.

But still, the goddamn route still has an ending scene with him particularly. WHY. That was a surprise, but not as much as...

The unlockable route 🔑

So the story has moved and nothing worked from the original plan. Mc and Beel head to the cafeteria at night after hearing a rumor about an evil spirit appearing there at 3am. Turns out it was... Levi. Levi trying to cook chocolate because he needs to fix everything and restore chocolate in the Devildom.

I'm not gonna delve into Levi's growing as a character, romantically speaking, because I believe it's pretty noticable to anyone. He's not as much as a hater as he was before, and since he's in love, he actually appreciates Valentine's day now. That was really cute and made my heart go doki doki, of course. But c'mon, let me talk about his bossy attitude and sassy remarks cuz I live for them.

His way of speaking is always direct and blunt, even sounding mean. But what I love about it is the fact he never intends it as a passive-aggresive personal attack. It's more like an objective take of the truth and him feeling entitled to it (man that's some extraverted thinking if you're into MBTI). It might not be to everyone's taste, but it certainly is mine lol

Moving on, not only he feels responsible, but since the plan with all the brothers failed he's actually trying to solve it himself. Since MC and Beel are helping, now he's leading and guiding what to do next.

So it kinda fails as well and Beel gets horny weird all of the sudden. So here I absolutely adored this dialogue.

Hell no, he's not going to get moody and self deprecating, he's kinda confident now you two are a thing now.

Also, Beel can kick his ass and he'll still stand strong. Man, I love a "loser" (cuz we all know he isn't) who's willing to fight for me.

But the last thing I wanna remark from this scene is how, when he needs you to prepare the antidote while he distracts Beel, if you pick the choice where you're insecure about it, he does it himself. Like, I thought he was gonna be like "you can do it!" But no, he takes the time to prepare the stuff himself. And without any bickering, he thinks fast and does it quickly.

Man, how can I not be a simp when this guy's character is so multidimensional and consistent? Yes, he's weird, loud, has crazy ideas all the time, and is always described as annoying and disgusting for being a hardcore otaku.

But damn, he's also dependable, strong and intelligent. As much as he's in his own head and his own world all the time, he's quite practical, detail oriented and good at problem solving. And as I mentioned before, this is not the first time we see him like this.

(also, have you all seen the lyrics from the song "Trigger"? The guy does a 34 seconds rap on how he's smarter than others might think, he actually sees everything, but somehow he's still insecure. fuck, his character is so coherent it's even flexing at this point)

A long time ago I made a post about my own expectations regarding Grand Admiral Leviathan, and this event is feeding me even more to believe there's so much interesting material to work with Leviathan's character. It's so funny how it starts all comic relief, but turned out to be so good he's third at the popularity contest. OM Nightbringer, I surely hope you can deliver and do justice to all this potential.

Did I write too much? Yeah, but I needed to make this analysis and appreciation post.

Hm I’m not very sure because we have A LOT of differences obliviously but I do project a couple of issues I have into him lmao. (poor lad. But really I project more into Maria for exemple. I think.) So I guess it depend yeah

Oh wait I am dumb I do project lot of interest I have into him cough cough but it’s pure headcanons territory. Maybe his good sides too.

2. Did you always like this character?

At the beginning I was very neutral towards Gehrman. Neither good or bad opinion on him. I guess I just wait to see more. I knew some people like or hate him but I wasn’t sure why exactly. 

7. Does the character’s age matter to you?

Matter like, do I care about how old he is? Or matter like, is his age important?

I guess it is very important in context! He lived for a while but at what cost! Look all the shit he’s been through! And he’s on the verge of death. Or at least being in the dream made him live even longer than he should supposed too. That’s a lot of background but he’s the first hunter so that’s impactful. He’s from another time many in current Yharnam can’t recall. He was there, at the begging of it all!

So in that context that would be very different and create a very different impact if he was younger. Still most of the stuff I write for him is when I imagined him younger but yeah I like the character like this too.

16. Have you ever cried when thinking about this character? Genuinely? 

Hm… I guess? Well I do imagined make him cry more hehe (love making the poor blorbo suffer 😭 sorry not sorry) but I personally don’t really cry my eyes out for it I guess? Ok the day the manage to write the fic when Maria died ok I might cry.

Back to the subject when I first finish bloodborne I listen to his theme non stop and cried at 3am XD so a little yeah

22 . Do you think you will always love this character? 

Well yeah I think? Except if Fromsoftware/Miyazaki come tell me to my face he’s actually the biggest asshole ever uhhh. But I think it should be ok. I hope

Well I wanna say no but actually I think I accidentally do?? Like all the time. In all the lil scenarios I created he either suffer or get affectionally bullied by his friends or other people in the best case 😂 (By Laurence especially what a coincidence.)

So my question now is how do you plan stuff and come up with ideas? What are your inspirations and such?

Hello! Aw, thank you for your kind words <33 I love your question & I had a lot to say on this subject, so I hope you don't mind a longer answer ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ

Overall, when it comes to planning, I think I'm quite an intuitive writer, so I like to tackle planning with a flexible approach. The key, for me, is staying organized and inspired.

Here's how I do it:

1. I daydream a lot & a lot of my ideas happen during my walks or when I can't sleep at 3am. To turn these thoughts into action, I keep a document on my phone where I dump everything that comes to mind, no matter how small (even if it's just word vomit, which most of the time it is, it's worth writing down. you never know what's going to be your next muse!)

2. Usually, before planning anything, I'll start by just writing (even if it's just a conversation between two characters). This may be a somewhat unorthodox approach, but I find that the act of just letting the words out and seeing how the idea shapes itself on paper helps me approach plotting. I'm able to see what works and what really doesn't.

3. From there, I'll actually start outlining my project. For longer projects, I plan chapter by chapter, scene by scene, in chronological order and using bullet points. I don't go into micro details (sometimes, it's literally just putting down "??? figure something out girl", without knowing what's going happen). Instead, I try to figure out the significance of the scene & how it drives the characters' journeys & plot forward. -> I prefer this approach over overly rigid structures because planning for me is a continuous thing, where I discover more about the plot as I write and edit, and fill in blanks as I go. In this way, I find it important to be flexible with my outline and discover what feels right for my story (and sometimes, it really feels like certain characters are breathing down my neck, Eren style lmao).

-> Also, if you're a visual person like me, post-its and color coding are your friend! It helps me organize the chaos that is my brain.

On idea generation:

- I get my ideas just as much from within as from the world outside. Nature, music, and cinema are a big source of inspiration for me. - Ideas that spark: books, video games, movies, music, Pinterest boards - I collect everything that inspires me (to the point where it might be concerning xD). I have over 40 playlists, including character-centric playlist like my Levi mixtape or my fanfics' playlists. I keep a blank page with quotes that inspire me, including things I’ve heard in real-life. I track the books that have inspired me and ask myself why they did. Basically, my motto is that the world is your garden, waiting to be filled with things that inspire you :D - I like to ask myself “what-if” questions along the planning process, especially when I'm stuck. Example: "What if character A got hurt here? How would the cast react?". You can use writing prompts to guide you on this. - Lastly, I also like to "interview" my characters. Trying to understand the characters helps to deepen my bond with them & it can be helpful to gather ideas. Here's an example of some questions, in case you're interested.

UMUM UM . SO VERY MANY. ok the on brand answer would be catapult but TRUTHFULLY i find myself always going back to too much to ask. every time it comes on i have to loop it at least twice. im just soooo very enraptured by how he captures the mundane and the slow frustration the impending sense of doom. the whole song has such a like..inevitable vibe. the song trucks on at a steady pace all leading toward the ending realisation that really you could already see coming from the very first line.

20. favourite record ender track?

GOD it's gotta be a three way tie between that's where youre wrong, i wanna be yours and the ultracheese. actually perfect sense is in there too. four way tie.

thats where youre wrong to me really encapsulates this breezy sense of melancholy thats so distinctive of the sias album. it just moves so lightly like a clear day when spring is shading into summer but it's so undeniably Sad. it coming after sias is the perfect one two punch of this exact vibe.

BUT I WANNA BE YOURS. MY BABY. I LOVE HER BADLY the simplicity of it the pure unadulterated longing and desperation. i would fucking do ANYTHING to be yours i would make myself so useful and devoted just for you to deign to say you need me. it just brings you to another dimension man. blast it on your headphones at 3am and you will unlock a never seen before depth of hell called longing. it just strips the whole am album down to its core (ie pleaesepleasepleaspelepalseplease text me back)

i faked them for a first-kiss crush confession like twice lmao i dont regret it in the slightest. i also faked them for smut in the same chapter AND made them think i was gonna kill off a kid character. all in one fic. i love torturing my readers sometimes ykwim ykwim

either... Please Say You Love Me because Angst™, Compromise Has The Word Promise In It (natm fic) because of the research I did, or that one anon 20k smut fic because LORD it took me 2 months and LOTS of visualization and google searches and i had to use a mf smut guide to change up words. i also had to look up sex positions at one point i think idk tbh i remember like 1/3 of the process

only my two friends on discord (one I've met irl), thankfully, my irl friend only knows i write smut (they dont know i write anything but) and the other one was a short time beta reader for said-smut-fics.

not in the slightest. motivation hits when it hits. 3am? fine. 8am and i just woke up and i am IN cte class at the same time? fine. that works.

... it started as ocs, it fucking sucked, and i gradually kept writing because i found it fun. but then i found wattpad Michael Jackson fanfiction (i never simped for him idk why i read it) and then iplier/septiceye fandom wattpad fic and it went from there. so ig i just.... wanted to????

hhhhg okay there's two different jedtavius fics, one i might go short for, the other i plan to make long. the long one is a fun runaway angst/comfort fic and it WILL be happy in the end. dw. the short one is priest jedediah and ghost octavius YES i watched haunted mansion.

and then this chapter for my linken fic (they finally go on a date its like 75k words already and they haven't went on a proper date) but I've been unmotivated BUT its halfway done!! (chapter size is usually 5k words but last chapter was 19k)

Sleep had been a stranger to Caleb for many years. It was not so much a struggle these days, but he still found himself wrestling to quiet his mind that first night in Rumblecusp. New places were like that for him, changes in routines always set him off. But it was better to be mildly frustrated, then to be berated by his own guilt, as it had been for so many years prior. 

Which was why he was still awake at precisely a quarter past 3am, when a soft knock sounded at his door. 

He tensed immediately. Knocks in the middle of the night rarely meant good things. For all he knew, it meant the dragon turtle had returned and was ravaging the beach and other settlers. 

He pushed back the covers in a hurry, pausing only to throw a robe over his half-dressed form before heading to the door. Beauregard had seen it all already, but he figured he'd spare the sight if he could.

Then again, if something had gone awry on the island and Beauregard had come to get him, he figured she would have been somewhat more insistent than the gentle knocking he had heard. But he was already in motion, and he flung the door open before the thought had been fully processed. 

And froze. Because it was not Beauregard on the other side and his fears of the island being attacked were dashed instantly at the sight of her. She wore a robe as well, white silk with lacy edges that hung down just below her knees. Her hair was loose and wavy, still holding the texture of the braids she’d worn during the day. She was worrying at her ever present button necklace and only dropped her hand because she jumped at the suddenness of him opening the door. 

“Veth,” he said, feeling himself begin to deflate with relief. It was a slow process, understanding that there was no danger and it was only his friend at the door. While they may have only been actively adventuring for one year, between the constant danger of that time and that of his life prior, Caleb often found himself easy to rile up into anxiety and quite difficult to calm back down. “What are you doing here?”

“Sorry, sorry, I didn’t meant to startle you,” she said. Her clever fingers curled a strand of hair around her knuckles, worrying at it like she had her button necklace. 

“No, no, I am sorry,” Caleb said, putting a hand to his face and rubbing his temple. “New places, you know? They get you on edge. Especially that first night.”

“I know,” Veth said. “That’s kind of why I…” She trailed off, then shook her head. “It was silly. I’m sorry. I should just let you go back too sleep.”

“No, friend, stop,” he said, reaching out to grab her hand as she turned to go. There was a furrow in her brow and a nervousness to her disposition that he had not seen for some time. The font I use during drafts depends on narration! libaw = Arial, TDL = Courier New, anything in third person = Times. For a final version I usually switch to Times regardless of project.

3. What is your writing ritual and why is it cursed?

Honestly I feel like the most/only cursed aspect of this very standard ritual is that more writing = more coffee, lmao. I can write 8k words in a day... but at what cost?

10. Has a piece of writing ever “haunted” you? Has your own writing haunted you? What does that mean to you?

Being haunted by something, to me, means not being able to forget about it, so you carry it with you - often to an extent that it becomes a part of you. Pieces of writing that truly haunt me have lived in my head rent-free for years. When it's my writing, I barely go a day without those pieces crossing my mind, and I often have a bittersweet relationship with them.

My own writing: "Sixteen Minutes" and Life in Black and White, mostly, as well as one other document that's connected to Life in Black and White but that I haven't shared with anyone. It's technically untitled, but I call it "to the moon."

Not my writing: Shutter Island by Dennis Lehane, Othello, the poem "Good Bones" by Maggie Smith, Wuthering Heights... I'm sure I'm forgetting some.

23. Describe the physical environment in which you write. Be as detailed as possible. Tell me what’s around you as you work. Paint me a picture.

I write everywhere and anywhere, but the most common ones: in my bed with my lamp on, surrounded by a bunch of blankets and pillows, my cat, and with music or a video playing in the background. On the morning bus listening to EDM. On the evening train listening to EDM or a story playlist. In a coffee shop with a latte bowl and my music.

27. Who is the most stressful character you’ve ever written? Why?

Gabriel, hands down, because he's the most complex character I've ever written and it's very important to me to get his portrayal right. Easier said than done, as the last 14.5 years of work can attest to. Also just like, the... the reptilian-brained life choices on this man. Jesus Christ.

GABRIEL AND SPENCER (side note, I'm laughing at how many things they have in common in these questions because they are so radically different as people). Seven (Supernova) selectively (ie. has a specific allegiance). Also Jenna to an extent, Daphne for certain people and in certain situations, Isabelle (libaw) to an extent, sometimes Catricia (libaw) when it comes to her patients because she gets overly involved. Wouldn't describe anyone in TDL as self-sacrificial because it's basically a matter of survival to not be in their case.

39. which ocs set multiple alarms? which only need one? which don’t set alarms at all?

Multiple alarms: Spencer (Supernova) increasingly throughout the story, Gabriel (libaw) because he's on Seroquel.

One alarm: Jenna (libaw), Romy (Supernova), everyone in TDL because they're always woken up in the morning lol.

No alarms: Jeff (libaw) because he's a morning person who randomly wakes up at the asscrack of dawn despite frequently going to bed late.

47. Which ocs use the “wrong” dishes for things purely to spite others who can’t stand it? (like drinking coffee off a plate)

Jeff lmao. "Relaaaaax, Killjoy, I'm just yanking your chain." s/o to the time he was high on dilaudid and drinking beer out of a straw.

hii so i just read thru ur oc stories (from the first one up to the roadtrip one) and omg i am HOOKED i ate up all 26k words like it was nothing 😭 horror isn’t really my thing at all i’m a coward like angel but this had me on the edge of my seat the entire time! the description of the goat demon thing and the part where it was replicating everyone’s voices from behind the cabin door fr gave me chills (granted i probably shouldn’t have read it in the dark at 3am lmao)

also i love angel he is such a pathetic meow meow of a man <3 leon was adorable too the group dynamics were so fun and enjoyable to read i couldn’t get enough! i’d love to know more abt hanako and hanxi’s relationship if you ever want to write more for them! i also really like danika but now i’m not sure how to feel abt her after the end of roadtrip 😭 i was suspicious of her the whole time but my theory was that on the first night she was taken by a faerie and replaced and it was a faerie orchestrating all the events the entire time and that’s why dani was acting so weird…so needless to say that twist at the end got me SO good (also not sure how viable my theory was bc idk if faeries even do that, i just vaguely remember that they take ppl’s names or identities or smth?)
