#wheres that video of the desi singer demonstrating the microtonal scales

I watched a video recently where this Persian ethnomusicologist was making a case against (alongside?) orientalist music, but part of his complaint was that orientalist music is always in a double major harmonic when there are so many types of modes (think scales) in Persian music. But like most of them use microtonal notes and I don't think he understands just how foreign the concept of microtonal notes are to the western ear. Yes, it is beautiful, but I think the majority of western people (at least the non tonedeaf- no offense) will think that the instruments are just out of tune. I'm very open minded, musically, but even I cringe when I hear an F half sharp sometimes. Idk been thinking about it. I would probably grow to appreciate it with more exposure though, I'm willing to try it.
