#what is litchi honey
Note
Sorry to bring up the topic but your tags on the Litchi('s boobs) versus Bullet('s ass) post are so true. What ass. If they didn't have her screwing up her entire back in her "battle pose" just to stick it up it'd look basically the same as anyone else's. (Also yeah her boobs are way more noticeable). I don't find that any Blazblue girl actually has much of an ass but I think that's both due to cultural difference on my part and to Mori only knowing the Japanese/anime body type.
So, can I ask for more of your thoughts regarding the Blazblue girls' body types? (And if you want to elaborate on those cultural beauty standards I'd love to read that too!)
Don’t apologize for asking the question, lol. We’re adults here, we can talk about ass an’ titty.
But really! We know that Mori’s mentioned that Litchi’s boobs are his cap for how big he’ll design a woman’s tits, though characters like Nine and Bullet look bigger in some art. I think Bullet’s boobs seem bigger in part because of her usual posture since she’s depicted bending over so much. I remember them being more prominent, but looking at her story sprite alongside Litchi’s, they really are the same. Hell, Litchi may actually still be bigger, given what looks like some serious gobbing out of her bra going on up top there.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
As for the cultural beauty standards I mentioned in the earlier tags; the layman’s rundown of it all is that a society’s ideas about the ideal, most attractive body types change as time goes on. Currently, in the west (primarily the USA) we’re in an era of Big Ass, Big Thigh supremacy. I would theorize that this really kicked off with celebrities like the Kardashians, gaining more traction in the late 20-teens as women both within and outside of the celebrity spotlight pushed back against the bodyshaming tied to the “thigh gap” trend that was popular there for a while.
But in the era before that, it was flat asses that everyone was all about. And as I understand it, that’s still the case in Japan! At the very least, it was definitely still the case during BlazBlue’s lifetime.
To really be able to discuss this, I reached out to a good friend of mine who’s been studying the art, culture, and theory behind Japanese animation for a couple of years. I shared this ask with her, and it actually inspired her to start working on a whole essay on the women of BlazBlue and the JP pop culture beauty standards that apply to their designs! Which is, in part, why this reply has taken so long. We’re having fun with it!
For the meantime, here’s an exert from her post, discussing why Bullet qualifies as “the ass character” in a way that doesn’t quite click for a 2020s Western audience:
"Like you said, none of the Blazblue girls really have any (big) butt. In Japan (and in the early 2000s of America! trends…) they tend to prefer flatter butts.
In the opening of Cutie Honey, an anime created in 1970s by Go Nagai that was known for (and was actually at one point canceled for) sexy content, one of the lyrics is “Hey there girl, with the slender behind”. So it’s been in vogue for a hot minute too!
It’s interesting because I think Bullet is supposed to be the butt character, not because it’s particularly round or big, instead it’s her hot pants and the fact she is very fit. This butt is nice, toned but not “”too much”” , and available for viewing!!!
(...) I think it has a little to do with the fact that (typically) Japanese women don’t really have bubble butts, it’s more “normal” to have a flatter butt, but I’m not Japanese so. Grain of salt for this part!!"
Interesting, huh???
This post is already getting pretty long, so I think I'll wrap things up here! Though I do think we'll return to this ask in the future. As mentioned, my friend's working on a whole essay for the BlazBlue girls that we might end up posting on here.
As for myself, I still haven't answered the root question of your post; what I think about the BB girls' bodies. It's something I haven't really thought of a lot... I'm not even sure what angle I would want to take my answer in- do I focus on personal taste, attraction/sex appeal, do I focus on a more cultural or character design angle... how do I account for the way different art styles, even among the games, change the how the character looks...
I think, when I return to this topic, I'll break it apart into separate posts, grouping the girls by debut game. So, if you're interested in silly bloggers' takes on cartoon girls, stay tuned!
And thanks for asking!

1/30/23
I really didn’t mean to go a year without writing. Back in September, I started an entry that I never got back to, so here’s an attempt at a new one.
It was a pretty eventful year in my perfume world, as well as my personal one. 2022 saw us taking lots of little road trips, several of which one or two-nighters. It was nice to see parts of the state we hadn’t before. We got one great 5 mile hike in before monsoon got busy. Not that it rained much here, but the mountains would be too rainy and cold to enjoy.
Onto the goods. I’ve been extremely content (thrilled) with my perfume wardrobe and mostly focused on acquiring some backups of big loves. Some new additions include this creamy, thick vanilla-tonka beauty called Ajmal Evoke Silver.
Tumblr media
bitter orange, rose, vanilla, tonka bean, sandalwood
This one smells amazing in hot temps! It’s a change up for me because I’m a big floral lover, and really want bright florals in the heat. Evoke doesn’t bloom as beautifully in cool temps though, and it isn’t at all too heavy for hot weather. This has led me to try warmer scents in warmer weather, even if it is slightly against my preference. It has a milky quality like Armani Si Fiori (WHY did they discontinue it?), which is an addition from early last year.
Tumblr media
black currant, green mandarin, neroli, rose, patchouli, oakmoss, vanilla, white musk
I’m very grateful for having received a bottle of Si Fiori before it was too hard to find. Another big love that I was wanting for probably 3 years but could never find: White Soul Gold & Diamonds by Ted Lapidus. Make what you will of the name and sure, the bottle is different.. this is a beautiful piece of work by Francis Kurkdjian. This is another one that develops to the best version of itself in warm weather. It’s like a mixture of a creamier JPG Classique Essence and Alien. Some soapiness, a lot of orange blossom, very dense vanilla. It reminds me a bit of PdM Safanad, though not powdery like Safanad. What it is- womanly in every way.
Tumblr media
neroli, mandarin, orange, jasmine sambac, orange blossom, amber, vanilla orchid, heliotrope
I also managed to finally get my hands on Signorina Misteriosa. This is a lovely, milky tuberose-blackberry-vanilla. I love these both! I’d nearly forgotten how much I enjoy juicy berries in fragrance- probably because they can feel too shampoo or body spray like. Not here.
Tumblr media
blackberry, neroli, tuberose, orange blossom, milk mousse, black vanilla, patchouli
For fun trip to Arizona last spring, I wore Kate Spade Live Colorfully. I also took along my bottle of Intense Tiare, a sample of Gabrielle Essence (even more gorgeous in heat!), and layered True Gold with Far Away Gold by Avon... but it was Live Colorfully that I attached to this particular trip.
Tumblr media
water lily, mandarin orange, star anise, gardenia, tiare flower, coconut, Tahitian vanilla, musk, amber
Being obsessed with banana accords, I had to have D & G The One Essence. I have owned a bottle of the original The One for many years, but made the mistake of wearing it during the difficult time of losing my mother. That caused me to completely stop wearing it in spite of loving it. That wasn’t even a conscious decision but it was having the Essence version that brought it to my attention. I can wear it now, thankfully, and this version is so delicious. One night I wore Essence to bed, and the next morning sprayed Tom Ford Champaca Absolute. The vanilla base amped up Champaca Absolute and the two blended so beautifully that I have worn them like this again.
Tumblr media
peach, litchi, mandarin orange, bergamot, lily, jasmine, lily-of-the-valley, vanilla, amber, vetiver
Did I really try to say I didn’t obtain that many new perfumes? Haha I’m not even going to try to list them all here but let’s not forget Prada La Femme. I was given a sample of La Femme a couple of years ago but when I smelled it, it smelled exactly like Dali Wild, which I already have. So this year on a whim, I decided to try it again and was hooked. Bubblegummy-tuberose-honey floral. Could be beachy, somewhat tropical.. very clean and feminine.
Tumblr media
magnolia, bergamot, carrot seeds, frangipani, tuberose, ylang-ylang, iris, spices, beeswax, vanilla, vetiver
Another delicious gourmand, warm, powdery, sultry berry-ish scent that I fell in love with is Cacharel Yes I am Fabulous. My friend sent a decant of this for me to try and I used every drop. So good. SO GOOD.
Tumblr media
blackberry, heliotrope, milk, hazlenut
My birthday surprise was the gorgeous Ylang in Gold (Edition Speciale) by M. Micallef. I was fortunate to have previously sampled both the original Ylang in Gold and Ylang in Gold Nectar, which I preferred. Then I saw this bottle, the lack of mint of the original and extra fruity notes of both and only dreamed. I’m so thankful to have this beauty- wish they’d make this formulation permanent. It’s smoother, a little woodier but very much about ylang and vanilla. The great  thing is that good old Casmir by Chopard is close to Ylang in Gold.
Tumblr media
geranium, citruses, ylang-ylang, sandalwood, coconut, vanilla
I can’t not mention Swiss Arabian Shaghaf Oud. This one was on my radar for ages but the reviews were too scary. It was when I smelled something on bubble wrap from another order that something said to just buy it. I had never smelled it before, but a hunch told me that it was Shaghaf Oud. It’s wonderful. Mostly vanilla, praline and oud. I wish the rose was stronger.. but I actually love to layer this with Pure Honey. Can’t get enough..
Tumblr media
saffron, oud, rose, praline, vanilla
Another fragrance that I was gifted a sample and fell for is Frank Boclet Ylang Ylang. Goodness. This is very gourmand caramel that shines on the later dry down when the florals come out to play.
Tumblr media
mandarin orange, incense, bergamot, ylang-ylang, jasmine, iris, caramel, amber, musk, vetiver
My daughter and I took a trip to the mall one day. It’s funny or sad how little I venture out anymore. On this rare excursion, I was able snag a bottle of Burberry Her Elixir. The Elixir version sits exactly in the middle of Burberry Her and Burberry Her Intense (love) in depth and tone. More milky- most people associate it with milkshake. It’s more girly than the Intense version.
Tumblr media
strawberry, blackberry, jasmine, vanilla, amber, sandalwood
Other very worthy mentions I’m enjoying: Michael Kors Glam Jasmine* - Solinotes Ylang Ylang Blossom* - Al Haramain Amber Oud Gold Edition - Mauboussin My Twist - Afnan Souvenir Floral Bouquet
*These deserve their own posts. MK Glam Jasmine is one of the best jasmine scents out there, in my opinion. I have smelled Tom Ford Jasmin Rouge EDT and love it, and while they aren’t exactly the same, Glam Jasmine is hugely satisfying. Long lasting, great sillage. Solinotes Ylang Ylang Blossom has become a favorite easy reach for my insatiable ylang craving. When I first wore it, it reminded me so much of something I couldn’t put my finger on. Tanning lotion and Orchid Soleil, minus the milky (whipped cream) note. You can’t beat that.🌷

Note
1, 15, 29, 50, and 89
1. What have you eaten today?
It's half past five in the afternoon, I've had breakfast and lunch so far. Breakfast was a bagel, one half with butter and cherry jam, one with chocolate spread. (And medication, but that isn't exactly food)
Lunch was a Brezel with butter and pieces of cheese (six different kinds, but don't ask which, I can only tell you one of them was a brie XD) and some iceberg lettuce with vinaigrette (rice wine vinegar, sunflower oil, mustard, honey and too much herb-salt).
I think I actually didn't snack anything between meals, which is rare, but I made East Friesian tea which is drunk with rock sugar and milk (well, cream traditionally, but I take milk), so I guess my desire/need for calories was satisfied that way.
15. Which do you prefer:a museum, a night club, the forest or a library?
Not the night club for sure.
Otherwise it depends on my mood and physical state (and what kind of museum).
On a bad pain day, definitely the library.
The museum is tempting if it's for something I'm interested in (shiny stones, science, art I like, historical fashion..) and if it has seats at regular intervals bc ugh are many museums unaccessible in that respect!
Forest is often lovely, but there's usually bugs and such, and no seats.. can you tell I struggle with fatigue and pain but can still walk XD
15. What is your style?
Mostly black jeans and t-shirts with prints. Very long hair up in a bun. Is that what this is asking? I'm not really going for a special aesthetic, I wanna be comfy and approachable to nice people but off-putting to bigots XD
29. What is the best thing that has happened to you this week?
So since I put the pillow in the last one, another highlight was ordering a German Russian course book, bc I'm losing my mind over Duolingo not teaching grammar. I know it makes some amount of sense and a lot of ppl starting from English don't know the concepts, but it's driving me nuts. From what I can tell, Russian shares a lot of grammatical concepts with German and I'm hoping the book will give me some aha moments
50. Favorite fruits?
Yaaaaas fruits! Raspberries are called 'cat berries' in our household bc I love them. I also love apples (braeburn or story), mandarines (though I have.. conditions they need to meet), cherries, peaches, strawberries (but only fresh and ripe), mangoes, granadillas, figs, apricots, litchis, .. I'm sure I'm forgetting some XD
89. If money wasn’t an issue, what top 10 places would you travel to? (You get to stay at each place for a week)
Oh dear, money isn't the biggest hurdle, accessibility/my energy levels is, and a few other things play into it as well, but let's see
1. Visit @prettypangolins again. I love them and want to spend time with them
2. Glasgow. Loved it there, want to see what changed, want to visit the Yarn Cake and Purrple Cat Café again
3. Visit @catblog-weatherwax and finally meet them for real, and their family, including cats
And then it gets interesting bc we get to the territory of visiting ppl I'd like to meet who I don't know if they'd want me to visit, and places I'd kinda like to see but don't know if they'd be accessible/safe enough for me, but let's assume both, then I'd go to
4. LA
5. Texas (probably two cities, I'd have to ask XD)
6. Moscow
7. New Zealand
8. Japan (make that at least Tokyo and Kyoto, maybe Osaka)
With the brackets we're at 10-11 then, right? Else I'd add Brussels, I think, and somewhere to see aurora borealis
Thank you for the ask, that was fun!!

whatever fruits from you I’ll take: peonied apricots, pear-of-the-cactus, litchi — cherries like opals, plums enfiged, dark as the tongue. I’ll take until I’m drunk with it, until I’m swollen, heavy as the comb with the honey, as the bee. I’ll wander the wastelands and I will feel no thirst, for the sea will be within me and you, o my many-yielding tree, will have forested its’ shores. I’ll sleep in your shade and the sun will tear its’ hair out, flame after flickering flame, envious of your branches, envious of my mouth. it will be night then, but I’ll feel no chill. I’ll be warm with what I’ve taken, with what has wined in me. ah — isn’t rot oh-so-lovely? isn’t it fearsome, fierce as Love, as God’s own Lion? o: whatever fruits from you I’ll take. whatever fruits from me is yours, all yours, all persimmon.

CROPS, POLLINATION, FOOD: WHY WE NEED BEES
33% of the world's yields need fertilization to set seeds and natural products, and a dominant part of them are pollinated by honey bees. Alongside different pollinators, honey bees are as of now endangered by human action. There is a worldwide decrease in the honey bee population, because of reasons like over the top utilization of bug sprays, living space misfortune, natural surroundings fracture, honey bee irritations and illnesses, and environmental change.
So as to bring issues to light about their basic job in supportable turn of events, the United Nations has proclaimed May 20 as World Bee Day.
There are almost 25,000 types of honey bees: 70-80% of the world's yields/plants are pollinated by wild honey bees while 15-20% are pollinated by honeybees. These pollinators additionally give a significant biological system administration that is basic for supporting the wild greenery biodiversity. For instance, if there should arise an occurrence of pigeonpea, Apis mellifera, A. dorsata, An indica (Pathak, 1970), Megachile spp. (Williams, 1977; Zeng-Hong et al. 2011), and Xylocopa spp. (Onim, 1981) are significant sources of normal cross-pollination.
Impact of honey bee fertilization on crop
It builds seed yield and natural product yield in numerous harvests.
It improves the nature of foods grown from the ground.
Honey bee pollination builds the oil substance of seeds in a sunflower.
Honey bee pollination is an unquestionable requirement in some self-incongruent yields for seed set.
Crops profited by honey bee pollination
Leafy foods, apple, apricot, peach, strawberry, citrus and litchi
Vegetable and Vegetable seed crops: Cabbage, cauliflower, carrot, coriander, cucumber, melon, onion, pumpkin, radish and turnip
Oilseed crops: Sunflower, niger, rapeseed, mustard, safflower, gingelly.
Search seed crops: Lucerne, clover
Developed field crops: Pigeonpea, lentils, clovers, Lucerne, mustard, assault, linseed, sesame, gingelly, buck-wheat, Cambodia, safflower, millet, and sunflower
Lumber trees: Neem, Cassia fistula, Acacia, Albizzia, Kachnar (Bauhinia purpurea), eucalyptus, sandalwood, raintree, wild cherry
Regular and decorative blossoms: Cosmos, shoe bloom, brilliant bar, cup and saucer, Tecoma stans, zinnia,
coral creeper (Antigonon leptopus), rose, Rangoon creeper, aster, wild rose (Kuja), hydrangea, violet, portulaca, poinsettia, honeysuckle, cornflower, coreopsis, dandelion and so forth.
What we should do:
Change to eco-accommodating pesticides
Limit intensive agriculture
Keep up normal natural surroundings inside a agriculture mosaic

WATCH ME TAKE THIS ONE!
Memory rang a bell far back in Scarlett’s mind. There was something ominous about those words. What was it? Why couldn’t she remember? She looked down at her small daughter, so lightly poised on the galloping pony and her brow wrinkled as a chill swept swiftly through her breast. Bonnie came on with a rush, her crisp black curls jerking, her blue eyes blazing.
“They are like Pa’s eyes,” thought Scarlett, “Irish blue eyes and she’s just like him in every way.”
And, as she thought of Gerald, the memory for which she had been fumbling came to her swiftly, came with the heart stopping clarity of summer lightning, throwing, for an instant, a whole countryside into unnatural brightness. She could hear an Irish voice singing, hear the hard rapid pounding of hooves coming up the pasture hill at Tara, hear a reckless voice, so like the voice of her child: “Ellen! Watch me take this one!”
“No!” she cried. “No! Oh, Bonnie, stop!”
Even as she leaned from the window there was a fearful sound of splintering wood, a hoarse cry from Rhett, a melee of blue velvet and flying hooves on the ground. Then Mr. Butler scrambled to his feet and trotted off with an empty saddle.’
(Bonnie’s Death, Chapter 59. From Gone with the Wind, by Margaret Mitchell)
say something to all your followers: smile, sunshine.

What should we eat befoe and after the weight loss surgery?
After surgery, you should eat such things, which reduce the risk of infection, increase blood in the body and help the surgery wound heal faster. Apart from this, due to lying or sitting in bed throughout the day, you should eat such things, which are light, that is, the body does not have to work hard to digest and does not increase extra calories. Let us tell you how your diet plan should be after surgery and what precautions are necessary.
Tumblr media
By adopting this post-surgery diet plan, you can not only recover from the disease quickly but can also make yourself healthy.
What Should Eat After Surgery?
• After the operation, you should eat easily digestible things. Even if it is only fruits and vegetables. Include roti, pumpkin, gourd, parwal, carrot, cucumber, spinach, Moong dal, tour, Malka dal, zucchini, radish, and vegetable soup in your diet. They are also easy to eat and keep digestion right.
• If you are fond of eating non-veg, then do not eat it for some time because it is not easily digestible, so avoid chicken and mutton or eat it only on the advice of a doctor.
• Include seasonal fruits in your diet. During today’s season, if there are mangoes, litchis, pomegranates, melons, watermelons, berries, and papayas, then you can eat them.
• Probiotics are very good for the stomach, so you can consume yogurt, buttermilk, honey, fruit juice, and coconut water. Apart from this, smoothies or green tea can also be drunk during the evening.
What Should Not Eat After Surgery?
Do not consume such things at all, which are difficult to digest. Avoid Bhindi, peas, kidney beans, chickpeas, Arbi, jackfruit, and other rich vegetables. Since you are resting in bed the whole time, it will be very difficult to digest them.
Avoid eating urad dal, soya chunks, and tofu, etc.
Do not consume media products, fried things, and things made from outside or fast food. They will be difficult to digest, as well as they can cause stomach pain, cramps, constipation, and food poisoning. If there are stitches in the body due to bad health, then there is a fear of opening them and infection can also happen. So do not consume them.

Smoothie Ideas
Not that anyone asked, but here is what I would do with all the other berries. If I had access to all of these and a good amount of space to work with as well as room in a freezer, and a good blender/food processor, this is what I would do. All plant parts in equal amounts. Plus plain yogurt and silky tofu for texture. And honey, maple syrup, and cane sugar for added sweetness. Also assume anything toxic or potentially toxic (elderberries and pokeberry, for example) are properly prepared (cooked, seeds removed, etc.).
Berry smoothie
abiu
amla
avocado
babaco
baobab
barberries: Darwin’s Japanese Ottawa
bilimbi
black huckleberry
black sapote
blueberries and cranberries: bilberry bog bilberry common blueberry deerberry highbush blueberry hillside blueberry large cranberry lingonberry lowbush blueberry small cranberry

What are the Benefits of Natural Multi Flora Honey?
What is Natural Multiflora Honey?
Natural Multiflora Honey is honey made naturally by bees that collect nectar from different types of flowers in a region. The beehives are usually in organic farms away from pollution, and the bees collect nectar from naturally occurring flowers of different types in the farms. The honey is collected from the hives, packed and sold without any processing except for straining with muslin cloth and keeping it under the Sun for natural filtration. The Natural Multiflora Honey sold at Adya Organics is Luke Coutinho certified and is very well known for its aroma, taste and health benefits.

Why is it very good for health?
Multiflora Honey has several health benefits like any other organic unprocessed honey, for instance
Energy booster since it provides instant energy as soon it enters the bloodstream.
Enhances rate of calcium absorption – Calcium intake improves bone density and helps with keeping the brain healthy.
Not just for intake as part of our diet, honey has also been used as a topical medicine since ancient Ayurvedic times – we can apply pure organic honey to the skin for allergies, for soothing wounds and healing blemishes.
Weight Management is easier when you replace Sugar with equal measure of Honey since it aids in weight loss.
Apart from the common benefits, Multiflora Honey is extra special since it combines the goodness and nutrients of nectar from several different types of flowers that occur naturally and hence is healthier compared to other types of honey.
What are the other types of Organic Honey available?
There are several types of organic honey based on the type of flowers that the bees feed on. We have 4 other types of organic honey that is 100% Pure Honey without any additives, sweeteners or preservatives:
Litchi Honey – Honey from nectar of fresh Litchi blossoms.
Mono flora Eucalyptus Honey – Honey from nectar of Eucalyptus flowers in the Himachal Regions, where bees forage exclusively on Eucalyptus blossoms.
Acacia Honey – Honey from nectar of dense Acacia flora in Himachal Pradesh.
Creamy Mustard Honey– Honey from Mustard flowers growing in pesticides free mustard fields. This honey has a creamy texture with traces of mustard, hence the name.
