Hiiii I love all your writing!! so I wanted to request one where Hervé is so sad when he sees that his parents (y/n and Charles) didn't invite him to their wedding. They try to explain to him that it's because he hasn't been born yet, but he still thinks it's because they didn't want him there, so his parents organize a fake wedding so that he can attend.Sorry if you don't understand much, English is not my first language🥺🥺❤️❤️
Note: no worries, I got it! English is not my first language either! 🫶 Thank you!!!
"Oh, what's in this box?", Hervé asked, opening the box where you kept your wedding albums and hard drives, taking the big photo album out, "Why does it look like it's your wedding? You're wearing a white dress, mama", he reasoned.
"It was our wedding", you offered after sharing a look with Charles as he patted Thomas' chest to get him to burp.
Hervé looked at both of you and Charles, his bottom lip trembling before he started crying, "and you didn't invite me? Or Amélie or Thoma?", he said as the distraught was clear on his voice.
"Amour, you weren't born yet - we couldn't have you there if you were still not in the world", you tried to explain to him, but it was to no avail as he looked from comfort in your arms as he looked at a worried Charles.
"You didn't want us there with you? Everyone is there! Uncle Pierre, Uncle Lorenzo, Uncle Arthur, grandma! They're all there but we are not", he cried on your chest, making you coo at him and explain it to him again.
"We're going to celebrate our 10 year anniversary soon anyway, we could make something small in the garden", Charles suggested once you were back in your bedroom, "you in a pretty white dress, me in a nice summery suit, the kids and close family and friends", he smiled.
On the first weekend of the summer break, you stood in the garden, your friends and family presiding the ceremony as they told all different kinds of stories of your relationship and focusing on the first ten years of your marriage.
"Seeing these two become parents to those little ones", Pascale pointed with her eyes as Amélie waved at her, "has been the most beautiful journey I could wish for them. Charles, Y/N, you built a family in the pillars of unconditional love, affection and attention to your kids and never once did you fail the other - everybody faces challenges and you have fought together through them as I was sure you would and will anytime life presents them to you. I love you both so much, and here's to many more anniversaries", your mother in-law smiled.
"When is mama kissing papa?", Hervé butted in, making everyone giggle. The boy might have had a hard time grasping the timeline, but he definitely knew what needed to happen.
Charles put on a show, supporting your back with one arm as he left you fall, pressing his lips on yours as everybody cheered, "Je t'aime tellement, mon coeur".
(Thank you for sending this in ✨️)

stanford pines x reader
Holidays
“I should’ve had kids with you.”
summary: in which ford reminisces and thinks about what could’ve been and what once was
warnings: gender neutral reader mostly but there’s a line about you having his kids so take that as you will
word count: 1.2k
notes: halloween is over which means some festive ish things like this are coming!!
The words fell from his lips as if they held less weight than his usual late night words he shared with you.
“I should’ve had kids with you.”
He breathed the sentence into your neck as he got comfortable in the bed you share. It was a warm sigh that made your eyes widen as his arms moved around your waist.
You snap out of the tired trance you were in as you look at him. He’s an older version of the man you fell in love with at nineteen. The wrinkles by his eyes and slight signs of aging almost make you happy because he just looks so cute growing old with you.
After everything with the portal, you never thought your husband would come back to you. When Stan took over his identity, you were fake married to Stan. You didn’t kiss or do anything married people do other than taxes so it obviously didn’t fill the Ford-shaped hole in your heart.
When Ford came back, you were a wreck. Things hadn’t exactly ended well. You snapped just days before the portal incident. He had pushed you away and you saw him less and less so seeing him again brought back all the feelings of neglect and abandonment. But he slowly crept his way back into your heart, how could he not?
He still has that same sweet smile and the same eyes. So you worked it out. And now he spends more time with you because being away from you proved to him even more than before that he loved you. God, he loved you. His heart beats for you. He married you, for fucks sake.
He never thought he’d ever even get married. When his father gave him his suit for his wedding, he assumed he’d wear it to accept a nobel prize. Then there he was in that suit, promising you forever in front of all of your friends and family.
He missed you so badly while he was gone and he swore he would find his way back to you. To your arms, your lips, that smile that could kill him. He loves you.
“I should’ve settled down with you instead of going along with Bill. I should’ve given you babies and built you a bigger house. I wish I gave my life to you in more apparent ways.” He says, pressing a soft and quick kiss to your neck to really feel your presence. Your skin is soft and he breathes in again, feeling like his heart is completely and utterly safe with you.
You don’t know what to say. Your fingers freeze in his hair as you think about his words. His soft and quiet confession about what he wishes happened. And then you both begin silently thinking about what did happen. And that leads to mourning what could have been.
“I know it might be dumb but I think about it a lot. You know, what it would’ve been like to settle down with you. I think about picket fences and kids and holidays. I like Mabel’s philosophy on holidays. I like to think that’s how things would be at our house. We celebrate all holidays. Winter would’ve been especially fun for our kids, Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanza, every holiday.” He muses.
You’re silent for a moment, just listening to him talk, feeling his words wrap around you like a warm blanket. His voice is softer than you’re used to, almost reverent, as he talks about the life you could have had together. And with each word, you feel that old ache start to surface, the one that you thought you’d buried years ago.
Being completely honest, there was a point in your life where the baby-fever overtook you. You wanted a baby with your husband. You wanted the life he described. But then you came to your senses. Ford isn’t that kind of man and you didn’t want him to be. You loved the man he was. You still do. And your heart was never swayed completely one way or the other. So you let it go and you never came back to it because you were happy.
Even now, there’s no bitterness. Just that quiet sadness, a gentle ache that’s soothed by the feeling of his arms around you, his hand gently rubbing your back as he continues.
“I can picture it so clearly, a little girl with your eyes and my stubborn streak,” He says, his voice catching on the thought. “Or maybe a boy who’d want to be just like you. Who’d look at you the way I do—like you’re the whole world.”
You can’t help but wonder if he thinks about this often, if he lets these thoughts creep in late at night, the way you sometimes do. There’s something both comforting and heartbreaking about knowing you’re not alone in that.
After a moment, you brush a hand through his hair, feeling the familiar warmth of his presence beside you, grounding you.
“Ford,” You whisper, gently tracing the lines on his face, “You don’t mean that. It’s a nice thought. It really is. I would’ve loved to have that life with you. Kids, Christmas, fences. I would’ve had your kids in an instant if you wanted that. But you didn’t because you love your job and that’s enough for you. And you being happy was enough for me.”
He leans into your touch, eyes closing as if he’s absorbing the truth of your words.
“I know,” He murmurs. “I just…I wanted to give you so much more. More than this little cottage, more than my late-night ramblings and scars and regrets. You deserved a quieter life, one without…all the running, the danger. You deserved a less flighty husband who finds god in a cave and causes the end of the world.”
“But this is the life we have,” You remind him, gently tilting his chin up so he has to look at you. “And you’re here. That’s all I ever wanted. All those things you’re talking about—the picket fences, the holidays—they’re nice. But this is what we have, and it’s enough for me.”
His hand finds yours, fingers threading through with a familiar warmth. He looks at you for a long moment, his expression softening, as if seeing you for the first time all over again. And he feels it again going through his heart that he’s so in love with you. His heart is always gonna belong to you.
“You’re enough for me too,” He says, his voice barely above a whisper.
For a while, you both lay there in a comfortable silence, each lost in your thoughts, holding onto each other as if to prove that you’re here, that you found your way back from everything that tried to tear you apart.
“You know, maybe it’s not too late to have some of that. Maybe we don’t need the picket fence, but we could still make our own traditions. We could…we could still have holidays like Mabel would. Just you and me, celebrating everything.” He speaks up.
“Well, then, Happy Holidays, my love.” You press a quick kiss to his nose and everything in him warms for you.
“Happy Holidays, my darling.”

Joker
Pairing: Max Verstappen x Fem!reader
Warnings: none
Summary: Max and the others celebrate the end of the racing season at a club. And obviously he and Y/n will discuss.
The pulsating music filled the club, creating an upbeat atmosphere as Max, Charles, Carlos, Lando, Daniel, Pierre and Y/n celebrated the end of the racing season. The dance floor was crowded with people having fun, and the group found a quieter corner to chat and enjoy the night.
Max, always the joker of the group, couldn't resist making a tasteless joke that ended up irritating me for how inappropriate it was. I shot him a furious look and began expressing how idiotic that joke was.
"Max, you have no limits, seriously!" I complained, crossing my arms indignantly. "You have no idea how inappropriate that joke is."
Max just smiled, seemingly unconcerned with my reaction. He was used to the love-hate game they played.
"Oh, come on, sweetheart. You know I can't resist a good joke.” he said, trying to calm the situation.
"But there's a limit, you have to stop with these senseless things in public, someday someone's going to hear and not like it at all. We might understand your sense of humor but eventually..."
But before she could continue complaining, Max interrupted her with a sudden kiss. He pulled me closer, silencing any protest she might have had.
Surprised by the unexpected gesture, she was momentarily speechless. But soon she surrendered to the kiss, setting aside her initial irritation.
Meanwhile, the other members of the group watched the scene with amused smiles. Charles laughed and shook his head, accustomed to the peculiar interactions between Max and me.
"These two will never change, will they?" Carlos commented, raising his drink to toast the couple.
Lando nodded, agreeing with his friend. "That's what makes life interesting. Never a dull moment with them around."
“They say they hate each other but they can’t be apart for too long.”
“That's built-up horniness, they need to get laid.” Pierre said.
“And what made you think they haven’t yet?”
“I’m sure they already have.” Carlos says.
“I’ll ask.” Lando says waiting for them to come back.
Daniel and Pierre just smiled, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of the night. They were happy to be there together, celebrating the end of an intense racing season.
As the kiss between Max and me continued, we gradually pulled away, smiling at each other as if we had shared a funny secret.
"You're impossible, Max.” I said, shaking my head with a mixture of exasperation and affection.
"But you love me anyway.” he replied, winking at me with a mischievous smile.
I rolled my eyes, but couldn't help but laugh. After all, it was hard to resist Max's irresistible charm, even when he was being annoying.
“I have something to ask.” Lando says as they get close to them.
“What?” Max asked hugging her from behind.
“Have you guys fucked yet?”
“What kinda questions is that?”
“Yes.” They answer at the same time.
“You are so indiscreet.” She says.
“Oh cmon, no one is a virgin anymore.”
“But yeah, we fucked. Why you want to know?”
“Just curious.”
“Really? Or you want to participate next time?” Max asked.
“I mean, look at your girlfriend.”
“She’s not my girlfriend.”
“Well than you won’t mind me asking her out right?” Lando says coming to get her hand and Max pushed her back.
“Get your hands off my girlfriend.” We stated laughing.
And so, the night at the club continued, full of laughter, jokes, and memories that we would cherish forever in our hearts. After all, that's what made life exciting: the moments shared with those we love.

Anything for Toto Wolff with wife reader including their son, Jack!!! Fluff. Thanks!! :))
Hii I hope you enjoy my first request as a one-shot about Toto :)
The time you've been waiting for has arrived—summer break. Jack doesn't have school, and Toto can finally relax even though he always says his work never ends. Your family is together, and you couldn't be happier.
This year, you've decided to return to the Maldives, the paradise where you and Toto celebrated your honeymoon five years ago. Time has flown by so quickly. At first, people judged your relationship with Toto because of the age gap, but with time and Jack's presence, you've learned to ignore others' opinions and cherish every second of your love.
The gentle hum of the seaplane filled the air as it glided over the crystal-clear waters of the Indian Ocean, the endless expanse of blue dotted with the green jewels of the Maldives' islands. You glanced over at Jack, his eyes wide with wonder as he pressed his face against the window, marveling at the view below. Toto, sitting beside you, reached over and squeezed your hand, his touch warm and reassuring. The excitement was palpable, and you couldn't help but feel a surge of happiness.
As the seaplane descended toward the private island resort where you had spent your honeymoon, memories flooded back. The island had been a sanctuary for you and Toto, a place where you could escape the world and revel in your love. Now, returning with Jack made the experience even more special, a testament to the life you had built together.
The moment you stepped off the seaplane, the familiar scent of saltwater and tropical flowers enveloped you. Jack let out a delighted laugh as he ran ahead, his feet kicking up sand. You and Toto followed hand in hand, savoring the warm sand beneath your toes.
The villa was just as you remembered, with its open-air design allowing the ocean breeze to flow through. Jack's eyes lit up at the sight of the infinity pool merging with the sea beyond. "Can we go swimming, Mommy? Please?" he begged, his excitement infectious.
"Of course, sweetheart," you replied, ruffling his hair. "But let's unpack first and get settled in."
As you and Toto unpacked, you couldn't help but steal glances at him. He looked as handsome as ever, his hair slightly tousled from the journey, a relaxed smile on his lips that seemed reserved just for you. He caught you staring and raised an eyebrow, a playful glint in his eyes. "What are you thinking about, mein Liebchen?"
"Just how lucky I am," you replied, stepping closer to wrap your arms around his waist. "To be here with you and Jack. To have this life."
He leaned down, pressing a tender kiss to your forehead. "I'm the lucky one," he murmured. "You've given me everything I could ever want."
Later that evening, after a long swim and a delicious dinner, the three of you settled on the beach to watch the sunset. Jack built sandcastles nearby, his laughter filling the air as the waves lapped at the shore. You leaned against Toto, his arm around your shoulders, drawing you close.
"Do you remember our first night here?" you asked, looking up at him.
He chuckled softly. "How could I forget? We danced under the stars, and later made love under them."
A blush covered your cheeks as you remembered that magical night and the years you've shared. "Through everything, you've been my rock."
"And you, mine," he replied, his gaze intense. "I love you more each day."
As the sun dipped below the horizon, painting the sky in shades of pink and orange, you felt a profound sense of contentment. Jack ran over, plopping down between you and Toto, a tired but happy smile on his face.
"This is the best day ever," he declared, snuggling against you.
You exchanged a look with Toto, your hearts swelling with love for this beautiful, perfect moment. The future stretched out before you, full of promise and joy. No matter what came your way, you knew you would face it together, as a family.

Simon ‘Ghost’ Riley x F!reader
Warnings - 18+, minors DNI, explicit smut, jealous behaviour (we do not like this in relationships irl)
Gaz sat opposite you, smiling as he nursed a pint of Guinness. The busy hum of the pub buzzed around you both, the joyful laughter of jokes shared, the clinking of glasses and the gleeful rowdiness of patrons enjoying their time together. This was your favourite pub, built in 1800, dark beams adorned the ceiling and a gorgeous stone fireplace hugged the corner.
You sipped your wine, the warm hug of alcohol coursed through you as you allowed the tangy taste wash over your tastebuds. This was your fourth? Fifth glass of wine? You were waiting for the rest of the boys to turn up, to celebrate a mission well done. Soap was going to be late, of course, and the Captain was on his way. No word from Ghost though, something you were used to.
Gaz glanced down at the sparkling band on your left hand. ‘How is married life then?’ Smiling you shrugged ‘exactly the same.’ He let out a hearty laugh ‘well that’s a good thing! Just goes to show a piece of paper doesn’t mean a thing. Is he just as allusive at home as he is in work? Ghost by name Ghost by nature?’
‘Actually no, and he’s not that allusive in work. He just likes to get the job done. And anyway…’ you smirked as you tapped his knee ‘I don’t kiss and tell.’
Gaz rolled his eyes, blinding you with his dazzling smile. If Ghost hadn’t have made a move on you, you would have definitely asked Gaz out. You worked for the intelligence sector, which is how you met Taskforce 141. Laswell introduced you during a briefing and the rest was history. You gelled well with the team, dishing out the banter just as well as you took it. Calm, collected and logical, you were an asset to them and they knew it.
‘So…’ you asked inquisitively ‘how’s your lady friend? Is it still going well?’ Gaz dropped his shoulders before he lowered his gaze. ‘Nah, we split up last week. I’m ok though.’
‘Oh Gaz! I’m so sorry! What happened?’ You asked as you pulled him into a hug. ‘Eh. Just wasn’t meant to be. Plenty other fish in the sea. I’ll be fine. Promise.’ While you believed him he still looked crestfallen, you knew how much he liked her.
Before long Soap and the Captain joined you, pints in hand as they scooted around the table. ‘Know when he’ll be joining us?’ Soap asked as he took a long sip. ‘No idea, you know what he’s like. He just materialises out of no where. Still does it to me in the house, can’t hear the fucker’ you giggled. The boys followed suit, laughing into their drinks at the expense of your husband.
Your husband who had been watching you from a small corridor next to the bar. Having felt the hairs on the back of your neck stand to attention you gazed around the room. Until your eyes connected with his, a devilish twinkle illuminating within the darkness. He stood leaning against the door frame, arms crossed, biceps bulging beneath his black t-shirt.
With a swift ‘excuse me gentleman, need to use the ladies room’, you scurried to the toilet. But before you could enter he pinned you against the wall. ‘How the fuck do you do that?! You just fucking appear!’ Your tone was half playful, half annoyed. He ran his thumb along your jaw, ‘not here.’
Pulling you through a door he very hastily led you to the cellar. Dull lightbulbs barely lit the damp and musty cellar, plenty of dark corners amongst the barrels and crates of alcohol. ‘What are you doing?’ You huffed as you skipped wooden steps to keep up with him. His hand gripped your arm tightly. Almost possessively. ‘Simon for fucks sake!’
He swung you round a corner and pushed you up against the stone wall, both hands placed next to your shoulders as he crowed you in. ‘Havin fun with Gaz eh? Didn’t think he was your type.’ He chewed his jaw, lips pressed into a tight line. ‘You better not be implying what I think you are’ you spat back.
‘You tell me. Patting his knee, hugging him for everyone to see.’ He lowered his lips to your ear, breath tickling the fine hairs on your neck, ‘you’re mine.’
Raising your ring finger you waved it in front of his face ‘I told you, till death to us part, and that will be here much sooner than you think unless you take it back.’ Holding your ground you stared up at your husband, daring him to imply something else. ‘Now can we go?’
As you went to leave he gripped your hair, pulling your neck back forcing you to look at him. This time against your will. ‘I take it back sweetheart, but first I think you need reminding of who you belong to.’ A wicked grin spread across his lips, that glint in his eye you knew all too well twinkled in the low light of the cellar. ‘Don’t you?’ He cocked his head to the side as he narrowed his eyes.
Hovering his lips barely above yours he whispered ‘I’m gonna fuck you. You’re gonna thank me. And you’re gonna sit next to Gaz with my cum dripping out of your beautiful pussy. Understand?’ Every word was perfectly spoken, his tongue hitting the roof of his mouth with every syllable.
Your mouth suddenly went dry, all moisture having suddenly evaporated. Pressing your thighs together you desperately tried to relieve the ache in your groin. But it was no use. ‘Yes’ you barely managed to whisper back ‘please.’
With an arrogant scoff he smiled as he placed his lips on yours. His kiss invaded your senses, his taste; a weak sting of bourbon, his smell; a mixture of fresh linen and sandalwood, his touch; firm, soft but demanding. Coaxing your mouth open he slowly worked his tongue into it, rolling it on top of yours, leading the dance between them. Making you deepen the kiss before he snatched it away, his kisses moved to your jaw, to your neck, to your ear. ‘Bet you’re fuckin soaking’ he muttered before nipping your ear.
And soaking you were.
A small moan escaped you which only confirmed his statement. With one hand on his shoulder you kept the other on the cold damp wall, something to try and keep you grounded. The muffled sounds of conversation upstairs penetrated the floorboards, reminding you how close you were to every Tom, Dick and Harry. You couldn’t lose yourself here, not like you wanted to.
With your mind being lost somewhere in between nirvana and reality, you hadn’t even noticed that he’d undone your jeans and was gently working his hand towards your pulsing core. Before any words of objection could even be spoken he’d moved your panties to the side and swiped a finger along your slit. A whine, much louder than you’d wanted slipped past your lips. Causing him to place a firm hand over them. ‘Shhhh sweetheart. Don’t wanna be caught do we?’
Shaking your head you tried desperately to keep composure as he slipped his fingers inside. Slowly but firmly he began to work up to a rhythm he knew you loved so well. Rolling your hips closer to him your chest heaved, his fingers filled you perfectly, they reached every spot you needed them to. The palm of his hand rubbed against your clit, adding a welcome wave of pressure as he continued working your cunt with one hand.
He removed his hand from your mouth, instead muffling your moans with his lips, his tongue, inhaling every sound with each kiss. Your mouths moved together in unison, deep and passionate.
This was exactly why you married him.
You allowed yourself to give into the pleasure, to feel every movement, every inch of his skin on yours. So much in fact when the door to the cellar opened you jumped, instantly trying to push him away. But he relented. Staring at him, eyes wide with panic he carried on, but slower. The person came down the rickety stairs and began searching for something. All the while Simon was knuckle deep in your cunt, feeling now tight you were getting.
The thought of getting caught was turning you on.
He kept going, adding more pressure to your clit. Your breath staggered, chest tight with anxiety or adrenaline you weren’t sure. But you were close, that you knew for certain. The person moved closer and closer to your position, which only spurred him on further. You could see their outline creeping further and further towards you. Again you tried to stop him, but he relented, instead placing a finger to his lips. Your hips squirmed beneath him, you high creeping closer and closer. That tightly wound spring ever so close to snapping. The walls felt like they were closing in, your hearing was replaced by white noise as tiny prickles of light invaded your vision.
He shook his head, knowing full well you were about to cum. Within the panic you faintly heard the person leave the cellar, the door closing with a click. ‘Fuck sake Simon!’ You panted, ‘that was so fucking close! We need to leave.’ Nipping your neck once more he spun you in one fluid movement, so you were now bent against the wall. Cheek pressed firmly into the cool stone. He snaked his hand through your hair forcing you to arch your back. ‘Not till I see my cum dripping outta that divine cunt love.’
A pathetic whine left your throat.
Pulling your jeans and panties down he held you in place with one arm. His belt and jeans rustled behind you and with one push he bottomed out inside you. Both of you released a breathy gasp at the very welcome feeling. ‘Si … oh fuck’ you moaned, voice cracking under the pressure. ‘Shit’ he muttered under his breath as he began to thrust. Calculated thrusts, firm, demanding and possessive, just like his kisses. You knew he was sending message, and it was clearly received.
You were his.
He was yours.
‘Touch yourself. Cum on this cock sweetheart’ he drawled, voice slurred and thick. You dropped your hand and began to play with your clit, your lost climax suddenly rushing back. He kept his pace, thrusting deeper into you with each movement. The sound of your pussy devouring his cock echoed in the cellar. ‘Fuck you’re so good. Pussys made for me eh?’
You tried to answer but no words would materialise. Eyes rolled back in your head, hair tussled and pussy dripping as he expertly brought you closer to euphoria. Instead small broken cries filled the silence in between thrusts. ‘Fuck … gonna … cum Si … don’t stop’ you barely managed to whisper. ‘That’s it, just like that sweetheart, lemme feel it.’
With a final stroke to your clit the white noise returned, the walls closed in and your breath caught in your throat as you came around him. A strangled yet muffled cry oozed from you, you bit into your arm to stifle the noises. ‘Good fucking girl’ he praised, you could hear the smirk in his voice. Cocky prick.
He wasn’t far behind, his thrusts suddenly became longer, sloppier, messy. To help him along you arched your back further, tightening your pussy around him. He choked out a moan as he fell over the edge. You felt him cum inside you, filling you completely. Looking over your shoulder at him you met his gaze, slight disbelief at what you’d just done, but filled with so much love and adoration.
‘Have you got a tissue?’ You asked whilst trying to catch your breath. With a light spank he hit your bare ass, ‘I meant it love. You’re gonna sit next to him with my cum dripping out of you.’ Scoffing at him you braced yourself as he pulled out, but not before he placed a tender kiss on the small of your back.

𝐢𝐟 𝐢 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐧, 𝐢 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐧ᵏʲ⁹¹
in which kent would give you the moon if he could. but he can’t, so he leaves you with the next best thing he can think of — one last kiss.
warnings; detailed break up, kj still loves you, you still love kj
Seven years. You were two 15 year olds in love.
Kent had always been the boy next door, the one with the shy smile that sent your heart racing, even before you knew what any of that meant.
You were each other’s firsts— first love, first heartbreak, first everything. Through high school, juniors, college, and the transition into your guys’ professional careers, you and Kent had managed to stay together, defying the odds and enduring the pressures that came with being young and in love. You celebrated each other’s victories, wiped each other’s tears, and promised each other forever. When Kent was drafted to the NHL, you’d celebrated with a bonfire, vowing that no matter what, you’d find a way to make it work.
But now, years later, you found yourselves in Columbus, living in an apartment that had once felt like home. Kent was starting his 3rd season for the Blue Jackets, recovering after his painful sophomore slump, and you had your own life, your own dreams. You thought you’d grown together, but somewhere along the way, you had drifted apart.
The apartment was eerily quiet as the two of you stood across from each other, the reality of your situation weighing heavy between the both of you. You had been skirting around this conversation for weeks, both too afraid to admit that the life you had built together was no longer working. You still loved each other; that much was undeniable. But love alone wasn’t enough to bridge the gap that had grown between you and Kent.
The night had a stillness to it that felt almost surreal, as if the world itself had paused, holding its breath for what was about to unfold between you and Kent. The apartment you’d shared for months now felt foreign, like a place frozen in time, filled with the echoes of laughter, shared meals, and whispered dreams. Tonight, however, it was a place of endings, holding its breath along with you.
After all, you had been together since you were kids, almost, back in Port Moody. You were just teenagers when you found yourselves tangled up in a young love that felt so pure, so hopeful, so invincible. You had grown together, navigating the complexities of life hand in hand, believing that nothing could pull you apart. And for the longest time, that had been true. The two of you had been each other’s everything—Kent was your best friend, your confidant, your home. And you had been his rock, his muse, the light he turned to whenever the world felt too heavy.
But tonight, standing across from each other in the dimly lit living room, you two were forced to confront the painful truth: love alone wasn’t enough to keep you together anymore. It was a realization that had crept up on you guys, subtle at first, then more persistent, until it was too loud to ignore. You had tried to fight it, to hold on to the remnants of what you used to be. But tonight, there was no more room for pretending.
You stood with your arms wrapped around yourself, the weight of the moment pressing down on your chest. You glanced around the room, your eyes lingering on the framed photos of you and Kent from happier days—your smiles wide, your eyes full of hope. How had you ended up here, at this place where you couldn’t see a way forward together?
“It wasn’t supposed to be like this,” you whispered, the words heavy with the sadness that filled your heart. “We were supposed to make it, Kent.”
Kent’s gaze dropped to the floor, his shoulders slumping under the weight of his own sorrow. He had always been your rock, the one who held everything together, even when it seemed like the world was falling apart. But tonight, even he looked lost, broken in a way that you had never seen before.
“I know,” he said, his voice barely audible. “But I don’t know how to fix this, Y/N. I don’t know how to be what you need anymore, and I don’t know how to keep holding on when it feels like we’re just hurting each other.”
You wanted to argue, to tell him that you could find a way, that love would be enough if you just tried harder. But deep down, you knew he was right. You had been holding on to the past, clinging to memories of who the two of you used to be, rather than facing the reality of who you had become. And in doing so, you both had lost yourselves—and each other.
Silence settled between you, heavy and suffocating, as you both struggled to find the words that would somehow make this easier. But there were no words. There was only the overwhelming ache of letting go of the person who had been your everything, of saying goodbye to the future you had once imagined together. Then, you spoke up quietly.
“I don’t want this to be the end, Kent,” you whispered, your arms wrapped around yourself as if you could hold her heart together.
Kent stood across from you, his hands shoved deep into his pockets, his gaze fixed on the floor. His shoulders slumped, and he looked smaller than you had ever seen him, as if the weight of this moment was crushing him from the inside out.
“I don’t want it to be either,” he replied, his voice cracking. “But I don’t know what else to do, Y/N/N. We’re just… we’re not the same people we were back then.”
You took a shaky breath, trying to blink back the tears that were threatening to fall. You had always thought that the two of you would make it. You had survived long-distance, late nights, and the pressures of your careers. But this felt different. This felt like the end of something neither of you were ready to let go of.
“We tried, didn’t we?” you said softly, more to yourself than to him. “We gave it everything we had.”
Kent nodded, his eyes finally meeting yours. The pain in his gaze mirrored your own, and for a moment, you wanted to reach out, to hold him, to tell him that you could still make it work. But deep down, you knew that you had reached the end of the road. You had grown up together, but somewhere along the way, you had also grown apart.
“I’ll never stop loving you, you know that, right?” he said, his voice thick with emotion. “No matter what happens, I’ll always love you.”
You took a step toward him, your heart aching at the finality in his words. You wanted to tell him that you’d always love him too, that he’d always be your first love, the boy who had shown you what it meant to truly care for someone. But the words caught in your throat, and all you could do was nod.
Your eyes glistened with unshed tears when you finally spoke, “I know, Kent. I love you too. But… we’re both just trying so hard to make this work, and I can see it in your eyes. You’re giving up things for me, and I’m holding back things for you. It’s like we’re both trying so hard that we’re forgetting to just be happy.”
He nodded, swallowing hard as he struggled to keep his emotions in check. “It’s not that I don’t want to give you everything. I would give you the moon if I could. I just… I can’t be there for you the way you deserve, not with everything else going on. And I can’t stand the thought of you feeling like you’re missing out because of me.”
You took a shaky step forward, reaching for his hand. “I know. I feel the same way. It’s like we’re both stuck between wanting to make this work and knowing that maybe we’re just holding each other back. I don’t want you to have to choose, Kent. I want you to chase your dreams, to be the person you were always meant to be. And I want that for myself, too.”
Kent squeezed your hand, his heart breaking at the realization that you guys were saying goodbye, not because you didn’t love each other, but because you loved each other too much to let one another settle for anything less than everything.
“So, this is it?” he asked, his voice barely more than a whisper.
You nodded, a tear slipping down your cheek. “Yeah, I think it has to be.”
The two of you stood there for a moment, the weight of the decision settling over you like a heavy fog. You had come so far, shared so much, but it wasn’t enough to bridge the gap that had grown between you. And now you were both letting go, knowing that it was the right thing to do, even if it hurt more than anything either of you’d ever felt.
Kent looked into your eyes, his heart aching as he memorized every detail of your face. He wanted to remember this moment, to carry it with him as a reminder of the love you had shared, the love you were letting go of.
“Can I ask you for one last thing?” he murmured, his voice breaking.
You nodded, your heart clenching at the look in his eyes. “Anything.”
He took a step closer, reaching up to gently cup your face. “One last kiss?”
You managed a small, tearful smile, leaning into his touch as you nodded. Kent stepped closer, his eyes searching yours one last time as he gently cupped your face in his hands. You could feel the warmth of his touch, the way his fingers lightly trembled as they brushed your skin. His thumb swept gently across your cheek, catching a tear that had escaped, and you closed your eyes, leaning into his palm, savoring the feeling of his hands, which had always felt like home.
He leaned in, both of your breaths mingling, and you felt your heart skip a beat, the familiar rush of emotions flooding back as if it were the first time all over again. When Kent’s lips met yours, the world seemed to fall away. It was a soft, tentative kiss at first—hesitant, almost fragile. But then, as if realizing that this was your last moment together, the kiss deepened, and you poured everything they had into it.
It was a kiss that held years of memories, of late-night conversations and stolen glances, of shared dreams and whispered promises. You could feel the ache in Kent’s heart, mirrored in your own, as you clung to each other, the weight of the goodbye heavy between the two of you. He kissed you as if trying to memorize the curve of your lips, the way you tasted, the softness of your skin beneath his touch. His hands slid to the back of your neck, pulling you closer, as though he could somehow make this moment last forever.
You felt tears slipping down your cheeks, mingling with the kiss, and you knew he could taste the salt, just as you could feel his sadness in the way he held you. Your kiss was desperate, filled with the longing of everything left unsaid, every unfulfilled promise, every dream you had built together and were now leaving behind.
As you finally pulled away, both breathing heavily, Kent rested his forehead against yours, his eyes closed as if to hold onto the feeling a little longer. You stayed like that, wrapped in each other’s arms, neither wanting to be the one to let go first. You could feel his heartbeat, steady and strong, echoing against your own, and for a brief, fleeting moment, it felt like you were still whole, still together.
Kent opened his eyes, meeting your gaze, and you saw the sadness, the love, and the reluctant acceptance in his expression. Slowly, he let his hands fall away, and you felt a chill as the warmth of his touch left your skin. He brushed another kiss on your forehead, a soft, lingering press of his lips, a silent promise that even though you guys were saying goodbye, a part of him would always be yours.
And with that, he stepped back, his hand slipping from yours, leaving an emptiness that felt vast and unfillable. You could still feel the ghost of his lips on yours, the echo of your last kiss lingering, a bittersweet reminder of the love you had shared and the memories you both would carry forever.
“I’m going to miss you,” Kent whispered, his voice filled with a raw, aching sadness.
You nodded, your heart breaking all over again. “I’m going to miss you too. You’ll always be a part of me, KJ. No matter what.”
He pressed a final, lingering kiss to your forehead before stepping back, letting his hands fall to his sides. You watched him, memorizing the way he looked in that moment, the way his eyes shone with unshed tears, the way his shoulders sagged under the weight of your guys’ shared decision.
Without another word, he turned and walked toward the door, his steps slow and heavy. He paused in the doorway, glancing back at you one last time, as if trying to hold onto the image of you standing there, a tearful smile on your face, your eyes filled with love and sorrow.
And then he was gone.

Stargazing with Nanami
Fluff, smut, afab reader, explicit sex
After retiring from your work as a sorcerer, you and Nanami got married and moved to Malaysia, you have no money problems because with your work you had saved up a nice nest egg, and then given your love for literature and the internet which gives you access to documents from the libraries you had found a little job to do together or academic research to sell to universities for literature faculties. So your days passed calmly and lovingly, cooking together, taking long walks on the beach at sunset, observing the stars for hours in your garden with the roar of a stream nearby and the presence of fireflies.
"Look at the stars kento. They are so beautiful" You have your head on his lap
"Indeed, they are. Tonight's sky reminds me of the first time I looked at you, Breathtaking and unforgettable." Nanami gazed at the moon and then back at you, his wife, a soft smile playing on his lips. "But the true beauty in this moment is sitting right beside me." He gently took your hand in his and brought it to his lips for a tender kiss.
Nanami's heart swelled with joy, feeling warmth and gratitude for the love you both shared that feels like a dream. He interlaced your fingers, his other hand stroking your hair in a comforting motion. "I promise you, my love, that I will always be by your side, in this life and in all the lives to come. No matter what we face, we will face it together, for I can't imagine a single moment without you by my side." Nanami's eyes held a tender, unyielding devotion. "I would marry you every day, Kento." You reply with a smile. Nanami's heart swelled with love once more as he squeezed your hand gently. "And I, dear, will cherish you and love you just as deeply, for as long as the stars will continue to shine. Our love is a constant in this ever-changings world, and I hold on to it with all my heart. You, my love, are my everything, and I could not be more grateful for the life we've built together." With that, Nanami leaned in to press a loving, gentle kiss to your lips. Feeling the intensity of desire rising within, he decided it was time to take the next step for that night. "My love, shall we retire to our room and further celebrate the beauty of this night in our own, special way?" he whispered into your ear, the warmth of his breath sending shivers down your spine.
You blush deeply, heart racing with anticipation, as you nodded. Nanami guided you hand in hand, leading into your shared room, where you could indulge in each other's company, away from the eyes of the nature putside. The room was dimly lit, and the air was heavy with the scent of love, passion, and intimacy.
As you crossed the threshold, Nanami lifted you into his arms, your body pressed close to his, and walked towards the bed. He gently laid you down on the soft sheets, his hands roaming your body, his lips trailing sensual kisses along your neck.
Your breath hitched with each tender touch, your body responding eagerly to Nanami's love. With the skill and devotion only a truly devoted husband could possess, his hands were gentle yet determined as he undressed you, peeling your clothes away, bit by bit. Every step he took, he would intertwine with a soft kiss, a nibble, or a gentle graze of his teeth, savoring each moment, each part of you he revealed.
His lips grazed you neck, your collarbone as you moan his name, and finally, he unhooked your bra, exposing your supple, luscious breasts. He could not resist himself as he bent down to worship them, his hands cupping them tenderly, and his mouth taking a pebbled nipple into his mouth. You gasped and arched into his touch, your body hot flushed with desire.
Nanami trailed kisses down your torso, his fingers undoing the buttons of your trousers, and sliding them down your thighs, revealing the soft curves of your hips and legs. He kissed the insides of your thighs, feeling you tremble, and when he reached your cunt, he breathed in your intoxicating scent, arousing him more.
With care and passion, Nanami began to lick your dipping cunt, using his mouth, fingers, and tongue to bring you to the edge, as you squirmed and moaned with pleasure. He took out his clothes never leaving your cunt, and now fully naked, spread your legs wide, admiring the beautiful sight that was revealed to him. The air thick with the heady mixture of your arousal and love, Nanami positioned himself at your entrance, his thick member brushing against your folds.
Your eyes locked onto Nanami's, your breaths shallow, your heart is pounding. Nanami's eyes filled with tenderness and desire as he leaned down to capture your lips in a searing kiss, his tongue tangling with yours.
In one smooth, powerful movement, Nanami entered in your walls, tight and wet, engulfing him completely. You let out a soft, throaty moan, your body writhing in pleasure. Nanami paused, giving you both a moment to adjust to the intimate joining, and then began to move, thrusting gently, his pace building in intensity.
The lovemaking was rhythmic, passionate, and intense. Your nails dug into Nanami's back, urging him on, and your moans and cries intermingled, a testament to the strength of your love. You rode the waves of pleasure, each movement drawing you closer to the edge.
Nanami's pace quickened, and you cries grew louder, your orgasm surging through you like a tidal wave, your walls contracting around him. Nanami's body tensed, his breathing ragged, and then he too found release, yourclimaxes crashing together, uniting he collapsed in your arms with a guttural moan.

the way you move - s.h. - part 4
pairing: ballerina!reader x jock!steve harrington
warnings: none, just two pining idiots
1.6 words
an: sorry this took longer than I thought but we’re getting so close to the ending I’m so excited for lol these two need to stop dancing around each other and KISS but we’ll get there soon enough.
part 3
✶✶✶✶
The sound of conversation and scraping cutlery floats around you along with the classic smell of fresh fries. The booth’s leather is shiny under the fluorescent lights and the cozy spot at the far side of the diner gives you the perfect view of the street outside through chilled glass and the customers talking by the register to the left. It’s warm, lively, and comfortable; you couldn’t have asked for a more perfect evening. Especially with your friends around you and the setting sun outside. Steve’s basketball team won their game tonight against the visitor team, so naturally you’re celebrating his victory with a greasy dinner before going to the cinema.
Robin and Nancy sit close to each other in the booth in front of you, looking happy and excited as they ask question after question. Steve sits next to you, his arm above your shoulder as it rests on the booth behind you, drawing you closer to him by the maddening yet fain smell of his cologne. As if your feelings aren’t enough, he had to flood your senses by proximity too.
To anyone walking by it, the scene at the table would look like a double date, but you know in your heart that it’s not. The reality is simple, no matter how much you want him to be, Steve isn’t your boyfriend. Lately you don’t really know what he is exactly, with how much affection he shows you and the way it has increased in doses since last Saturday. Friends don’t hold each other like he did, maybe best friends do, but they definitely don’t wipe your tears away or kiss your forehead as tenderly as Steve had. Yet he hasn’t said anything that may hint he wants to be something more, leaving you wondering if it’s all in your head. You really hope not.
Robin’s laughter makes your mind go back to the present, and if you subconsciously lean closer to Steve you pretend to not notice. Your two friends in front of you arrived from New York in the morning to visit their family and see Steve’s basketball game, and to show they are the epitome of a perfect couple. They balance each other out, and together they’ve become the best version of themselves; not to mention their new life in the city has suited them well. They don’t want to talk much about that yet though, instead asking question after question about Steve’s certificate, your university classes, and ballet. They want to catch up as much as they can before they leave on a redeye tomorrow, which seems fair as you’re now many miles away.
When you first met Robin and Nancy, you’d been apprehensive and frankly very scared. You knew how much Steve cared about them, so you wanted to get along with them because you cared so much about Steve. It’s something they seemed to notice right away, and all the pieces fell perfectly into place. You built a good dynamic before they left for New York shortly after you met them, and it’s been only you and Steve in Indianapolis ever since –except for the long phone calls the four of you share now and then.
“So, practice for the play is going well?” Nancy asks, stealing some of Robin’s strawberry milkshake. “We haven’t heard anything new since you told us auditions would be opening soon for the Nutcracker.”
You inevitably get teary-eyed but shake your head and the bittersweet feeling away. No reason to still be hung up about that. “I didn’t get the part I wanted but it’s going really well.”
“Oh no,” Robin’s shoulders sag as a shocked look comes across her face. Her and Steve exchange a look that can only mean Is she okay, so you hurry to speak again. The last thing you want is to rehash the ugly feelings from last week.
“It’s all good though, the girls that I’m dancing with are really nice.” You stress, hoping to reassure Robin. “I’m getting the costume fitted tomorrow, I’m excited.”
Nancy frowns and looks at Robin, like they know your optimism isn’t 100% genuine. “We’re sorry you didn’t get to be the lead, though.” She says reaching out and squeezing you hand. “We’ll try to come see the play, I think some of our classmates are driving through here for Christmas.”
“Who got it instead.” Robin asks, not helping herself and looking around. But there are no ballet dancers around you, so you shrug and give her the name.
“Ugh, Agatha.” Steve says with distaste. “Not only is she rude to you, she got the role.”
You chuckle at Steve’s petty tone and look up at him briefly, love bubbling under your skin. “Stevie, it’s okay.” He rubs your arm up and down in response and pulls you close to his side as you turn towards Nancy and Robin again. “Thanks guys but I’ve made peace with it. Stevie says he’s gonna tell everyone I’m the lead.”
Robin snorts and Nancy rolls her eyes, “Yeah, that sounds like you, dingus.”
“She’s gonna be so good they’ll think she’s the lead anyway. We have to cheer really loud and everyone will believe us.” Steve’s voice is so full of confidence you can image the beautiful smile on his face as his eyes burn the side of your face.
Nancy shakes her head, trying to understand Steve’s logic and it makes you laugh, which seems to be what Steve was aiming for. You look up at him in wonder for a second, feeling affection run through your veins and flooding you whole body just by looking at him. Even in the fluorescent lights his cheeks have their characteristic rosy color, and his eyes look as beautiful as ever, especially with the dark green sweater he’s wearing that makes them pop. Then he goes and makes the feeling worse by smiling and sending a knee weakening wink your way.
You’re grateful when he looks away after a second, glad that he gives your heart a time out. There’s only so much yearning it can take. A moment later of staring at his profile, you risk a look back at your friends only to regret it instantly. Nancy is giving you a knowing look that you don’t have time to ignore because a server arrives with your orders. Thankful beyond words for the interruption, you say “Okay, we can officially celebrate Stevie’s win.”
The four of you keep talking between mouthfuls of burgers and chicken strips you make everyone swear not to tell Madame Laverne about. Nancy and Robin finally start answering your own questions about their journaling and creative writing programs in the big city. They indulge you with funny stories their roommates have dragged them into, retelling their hunt for the best yet cheapest coffee shop, and all the odd places where they’ve found rats. Food gone and sky darkening 45 minutes later, Steve stands up and insists on paying the bill.
You knew it would happen but startle anyway when Robin leans close and ambushes you with questions. “What is going on here? Do you have some news you have to tell us?”
“No?” Your answer sounds more like a question to your ears after you urge Robin to keep quiet.
Nancy rolls her eyes in both exasperation and fondness. “Honey you both look like lovesick puppies, it’s like you’re going to kiss any second now.”
“You’re one to talk, when I met you both…”
“We were already together, which is why I need to know if you’ve told Steve yet!” Robin whispers, eyebrows doing acrobatics in anticipation to your answer. “I swear he looks like he’ll die if he can’t kiss you soon.”
You look away and chuckle awkwardly as your entire body lights up at the idea. “I mean you know how I feel so I wouldn’t complain if that happened. But no, I haven’t told him.” Your two friends had spotted you crush on Steve from miles away upon your first meeting. The teasing is incessant but you’re grateful for their support –and discretion.
“But if you feel that way, why don’t you make it happen?” Robin insists, sinking back into the red booth in defeat. “It’s so clear that Steve’s in love with you.”
You go to deny her statement but stop short when you see Steve approach. He smiles at you when he catches your eye and makes your heart stall inside your chest then start back up ten times quicker than before. Still, despite the nervous frenzy you’re in, you smile inevitably because… Steve makes you happy beyond words and you know how worried he’s been ever since you didn’t get your dream role, there’s nothing you want more than to put him at ease. You’re with him, of course you’re okay.
“Ready to go, beautiful?” Steve asks you then looks at his friends, “We’re going to miss the movie if we don’t leave.”
When all of you nod to agree he extends his hands and helps you out of the booth, his warm touch making electricity course from your point of contact to your heart. Even more so when he pulls you close to his side once outside in the winter night. “You sure you don’t want my jacket? It’s colder than usual tonight.”
You look up at Steve, smiling softly at his ever-present caring nature. “Everything’s perfect right now.” Your voice is light and gives away your emotion, and it makes Steve smile once more.
“Let me know, though.” He says and you can only nod, leaning your head on his shoulder until you get to his car.
What if Robin is right? What if you can just lean up and kiss Steve and feel him kiss you back immediately? But what if you’re all wrong and it ends your friendship? No, you can’t do that until you’re certain Steve feels the same way. But how will you know?

Egg-spectations
Summary: As Hangman and Haze spend easter as a family, their egg-spectations grow closer..
Pairing; Hangman and Haze
As Y/N woke up to the warmth of the Saturday morning sun filtering through the curtains, she found herself nestled against Jake's chest, his steady heartbeat a comforting rhythm beneath her cheek. With a contented sigh, she stirred from her slumber, feeling the gentle rise and fall of his chest beneath her head.
Turning to face him, Y/N smiled softly as she watched Jake sleep, his features softened in the morning light. With a playful glint in her eye, she leaned in closer, placing a gentle kiss on his cheek.
"Good morning, sleepyhead," she whispered, her voice filled with affection.
Jake stirred at her touch, a lazy smile spreading across his face as he slowly blinked awake. "Morning, beautiful," he murmured, his arms wrapping around her in a warm embrace.
Y/N chuckled softly, running a hand through his hair as she teased, "Time to get up, love. We have a busy day ahead."
But Jake, ever the charmer, grinned cheekily as he pulled her closer. "Can't we just stay here a little longer?" he pleaded, his voice laced with playful reluctance. "You and me, and our little one on the way."
Y/N couldn't help but laugh at his antics, feeling a surge of love swell within her. "As tempting as that sounds," she replied, gently pushing against his chest, "we have things to do, remember?"
With a theatrical sigh, Jake relented, but not before pressing a tender kiss to Y/N's forehead. "Alright, alright," he conceded with a grin. "But only because it's you asking."
As Y/N attempted to rise from the bed, mindful of her growing belly, Jake playfully tugged her back down by the waist, a mischievous twinkle in his eyes.
"Where do you think you're going, Mrs. Seresin?" he teased, his arms wrapped snugly around her.
Y/N laughed, feeling the warmth of his embrace enveloping her. "I thought we had things to do today," she reminded him, her voice tinged with amusement.
Jake pressed a soft kiss to her forehead, his lips lingering against her skin. "We do," he agreed, his voice low and husky. "But first, let's just enjoy this moment together."
With a contented sigh, Y/N settled back against him, feeling the steady rhythm of his heartbeat against her back. In that moment, surrounded by the comfort of their shared love, she knew that there was nowhere else she'd rather be.
And as they lay entwined in each other's arms, basking in the warmth of their connection, Y/N couldn't help but feel grateful for the simple pleasures of love, laughter, and lazy Saturday mornings spent in each other's embrace.
As Jake playfully kissed his wife, Y/N, little Jack burst into the room with boundless energy, his face alive with excitement. "Mommy, Daddy, it's Easter!" he exclaimed, his voice ringing with joy.
Y/N and Jake exchanged a fond smile before turning their attention to their eager son. "Happy Easter, buddy!" Jake exclaimed, scooping Jack up into his arms with a playful twirl.
"Happy Easter, sweetheart," Y/N echoed, pressing a gentle kiss to Jack's cheek.
With a gleeful squeal, Jack squirmed in Jake's arms, eager to start the day's festivities. "Can we find Easter eggs, Daddy? Please?" he pleaded, his eyes wide with anticipation.
Jake grinned at his son's enthusiasm, ruffling his hair affectionately. "Of course, champ!" he replied, his voice filled with excitement. "But first, let's get Mommy and the baby ready to join in the fun."
As they made their way downstairs to kick off their Easter celebrations, Y/N couldn't help but feel a surge of gratitude for the family they had built together. And as they embarked on their Easter egg hunt, laughter echoing through the halls of their home, she knew that these precious moments of love and togetherness were what truly made life worth living.
----
As Y/N watched from the doorway, a tender smile graced her lips as she observed Jake and Jack running around outside, their laughter filling the air with infectious joy. The sight of her husband and son bonding filled her heart with warmth, and she couldn't help but feel a surge of anticipation for the arrival of their second son.
With a gentle hand resting on her swollen belly, Y/N felt the baby kick in response to the excitement swirling around them. A sense of wonder washed over her as she imagined the new addition to their family, eagerly awaiting the moment when they would join in the laughter and play alongside Jake and Jack.
As she stood there, basking in the glow of the afternoon sun, Y/N couldn't wait to welcome their second son into the world. With each passing day, the anticipation grew stronger, filling her with a sense of joy and gratitude for the beautiful family they had created together.
And as she watched Jake and Jack continue their playful antics, she knew that their home would soon be filled with even more love, laughter, and cherished moments shared as a family of four. With her heart overflowing with anticipation, Y/N looked forward to the day when their second son would finally arrive, completing their little slice of happiness.

Forever Together Married! Leon X F!Reader
Leon and you have been married to eachother for 5 years but have been dating for 5 years prior, still going on missions together. The two unstoppable.
talk of romance, violence, gunfire, injured reader
6.4K words
You had never imagined that you would end up marrying the man who had once saved your life. But fate had a funny way of bringing people together, and you and Leon Kennedy were living proof of that.
As you sat next to Leon on the couch in your cozy living room, sipping hot cocoa, you couldn't help but feel grateful for the life you had built together. It had been almost five years since your wedding day. You and Leon had tied the knot in a small, intimate ceremony with only your closest friends and family in attendance. The sun had been shining bright that day, casting a golden glow on everything around you. You wore a stunning white gown that was low cut with lace on your arms, while Leon looked dashing in his black suit. It was a day filled with joy, laughter, and happy tears all captured in pictures that hung upon your walls inside your shared home.
After the ceremony, you had all celebrated with a lively reception filled with dancing, food, and drinks. You remembered the way Leon had twirled you around the dance floor, his eyes never leaving yours. How his hand was in the small of your back, dipping you down and planting kisses on your lips. It was a moment you would cherish forever.
"Remember that time in Spain?" Leon asked, a mischievous glint in his blue eyes. His voice snapping you out of your memories that were replaying.
You smiled, knowing exactly what he was talking about. "How could I forget? We fought our way through hordes of infected villagers and saved the world from a bioterrorism attack."
Leon's face lit up with a nostalgic grin as he leaned back into the couch, relishing in the memories of their harrowing mission in Spain. "Those villagers were relentless," he said, his voice laced with a hint of excitement. "And the way we took down that final boss? Epic." His laugh filled the air like a sweet summer song.
You couldn't help but laugh, remembering how Leon had managed to distract the monstrous creature while you took aim and delivered the final blow. "You were the perfect distraction," you said, winking at him. "I'm surprised you didn't manage to distract me also with that handsome face of yours."
Leon chuckled. "Well, it's not every day you get to fight alongside a beautiful and talented agent like yourself."
You felt a blush rising to your cheeks at his compliment, but you couldn't deny that it felt good to be appreciated by someone as skilled and experienced as Leon. Even if you had known him since Raccoon City, and had been together with him for 10 years.
As you snuggled closer to him, you felt a sense of contentment wash over you. You knew that with Leon by your side, you could face anything that life threw your way.
Suddenly, your peaceful moment was interrupted by the sound of your phone ringing. You groaned, not wanting to be pulled away from your cozy spot next to Leon.
"I'll get it," Leon said, getting up from the couch and grabbing your phone from the coffee table. Which still earned a soft whine as the cold air suddenly filled his spot beside you.
You watched as he answered the call, his face turning serious as he listened to the person on the other end.
"Okay, we'll be there," he said, hanging up the phone and turning to you. "Speaking of beautiful and talented agents," Leon said, his expression turning serious that sent your heart to drop down to your stomach, you always knew what that face he made meant. "We've got another mission to tackle. Chris needs our help."
You nodded, ready to jump into action. The thought of taking on another dangerous mission was both exhilarating and nerve-wracking, but with Leon by your side, you knew that you could handle anything.
Together, you gathered your gear and made your way to the door, ready to face whatever dangers lay ahead. But as you stepped outside, you couldn't help but feel a twinge of nervousness in the pit of your stomach. This mission would be a test of your skills, your strength, and your trust in each other.
But as Leon took your hand in his, squeezing it tightly, you felt a renewed sense of courage and determination. No matter what lay ahead, you knew that you and Leon could face it together.
As you stepped outside, the cool night air sending a shiver down your spine, Leon took your hand close to his mouth planting a kiss on top of it. "We'll always be in this together, (Y/N). No matter what happens."
You squeezed his hand back, feeling a sense of comfort and safety in his touch. "Forever and always, Leon."
And with that, you both set off into the night, ready to face whatever dangers lay ahead. Because as long as you had each other, you knew that you could conquer anything.
Chris had only called to ask for your help, and you trusted him enough to know that it was something serious. But it sent your mind reeling with thoughts. You both had an unspoken knowing of this could always be your last mission.
You and Leon hopped into your car and drove to the designated meeting spot. As you arrived, Chris filled you in on the details. It was a bioterrorism attack in a small town, and there were reports of mutated creatures causing chaos.
Without hesitation, you and Leon geared up and set off towards the town. As you arrived, you could already see the destruction that had been wrought. Buildings were on fire, and the streets were littered with debris with bodies hidden underneath.
The stench of death hung in the air, making it difficult to breathe. It was suffocating to you, just like how all the missions had done before. No matter how many similar missions you've worked, this was something you could never prepare for. You and Leon moved swiftly, surveying the area and looking for any survivors.
You spotted a woman, lying motionless on the ground. You rushed to her side, checking for any signs of life. Miraculously, she was still breathing.
As you knelt beside the woman, you gently placed two fingers on her neck to check for a pulse. Relief flooded through you as you felt a faint but steady beat. You turned to Leon, who was already grabbing medical supplies from his backpack.
"Leon, we need to stabilize her," you said, your voice urgent.
He nodded, his focus entirely on the task at hand. You and Leon quickly carried her to safety and gave her medical attention. Once in safety yo worked together, and quickly to administer first aid and stop any bleeding. As you tended to her wounds, you couldn't help but wonder how many others had been injured or killed in this attack. Your heart yearned for her in a way.
"Do you think she knows anything about what's happening here?" you asked, gesturing to the woman.
Leon looked up at you, his expression serious. "It's possible. We should ask her when she wakes up."
You nodded in agreement, knowing that any information could be crucial in stopping the bioterrorism attack. As you finished patching up the woman's wounds, she began to stir.
"Hey, it's okay. You're safe now," you said, placing a hand on her shoulder. Your wedding ring glistening in the light from the flames outside.
She looked up at you with bleary eyes, confusion etched on her face. "What happened? Where am I?"
"We found you in the middle of the chaos. Can you tell us anything about what's going on?" Leon asked, his tone gentle but firm.
The woman took a deep breath, wincing in pain. "I don't know much. They came in the middle of the night, and everything just went to hell. I heard screams and gunshots, and then…nothing. I don't know how long I was out for."
You and Leon exchanged a worried glance. It sounded like this attack had come out of nowhere, and there was no telling how far the damage had spread. But one thing was for sure – you both were determined to stop it, no matter what it took.
As you continued to move through the town, you encountered various mutated creatures. It was a gruesome sight, but you and Leon worked seamlessly together, taking down the creatures with ease.
Suddenly, you heard a loud explosion coming from a nearby building. You and Leon rushed towards it, guns drawn. As you entered the building, you saw a man in a lab coat frantically working at a computer.
"Stop what you're doing!" Leon shouted, pointing his gun at the man.
The man turned around, fear etched on his face. "I had to do it! They made me!"
As you and Leon approached the man, a sudden wave of pain shot through your side. You winced, feeling a sharp burning sensation spreading across your abdomen. You glanced down and saw blood seeping through your shirt, staining it a deep red.
"Leon," you gasped, your hand clutching your side as tight as you could get it to try and stop the bleeding. "I'm hit."
Leon immediately turned his attention towards you, his eyes widening in shock and concern, a glint of fear flashed inside the deepest part his blue eyes. "Oh my god, (Y/N)," he said, his voice trembling. "What happened?"
You shook your head, trying to keep your focus. "I don't know, it just… it just hurts."
Leon quickly guided you to the ground, propping you up against a nearby wall. He carefully lifted your shirt stopping just before your sports brs, revealing a deep gash on your side that was still bleeding profusely.
"We need to get you out of here," he said, his voice firm and determined. "Can you walk?"
You shook your head, feeling lightheaded and weak. "I don't think so, Leon. It hurts too much. Leon..I'm scared. I don't want to leave your side."
Leon's expression softened, his hand gently stroking your hair. "It's okay, (Y/N)," he said, his voice soothing. "I've got you. Just hang on, okay?" He knew he was scared also, he didn't want you to see it though.
He lifted you into his arms, cradling you close to his chest. You could feel his heart beating rapidly, his concern for you evident in his touch. As he carried you out of the building, you felt a sense of safety wash over you, knowing that Leon would do everything in his power to keep you safe.
Once outside, Leon laid you down on the ground and started examining your wound, applying pressure to stop the bleeding. He murmured words of encouragement, his hands steady as he worked to patch you up.
"You're going to be okay," he said, his voice firm and confident. "I won't let anything happen to you."
You looked up at him, your heart swelling with love and gratitude. "I know, Leon," you said, your voice barely above a whisper. "I trust you."
As you lay on the ground, the pain in your side was excruciating, and you felt the warmth of blood seeping out of the wound. You tried to focus on your breathing, but the sound of your racing heart was deafening. Leon's hands were steady and sure as he worked to stop the bleeding, his eyes fixed on the wound with unwavering concentration. Your eyes were squeezed shut. Leon's eyes were filling with tears as he worked, worried about your well being first and foremost. His vows of always protecting you playing loud and clear in his mind. The memories of how your smile was bright and full of love mixed with faith failing to provide him comfort as he watched how your breathing was shaking underneath his hands. Your blood spilling over his hands also.
"Stay with me," he urged, his voice laced with urgency. "I need you to stay with me."
You nodded, your vision blurring at the edges when you opened your eyes to look at your husband before you. You could feel the warmth of Leon's hand on your forehead as he tried to soothe you, but you could tell he was worried. You knew this was serious, but you had faith in Leon. He was always there for you, no matter what.
As the chaos of the bioterrorism attack continued around you, you couldn't help but feel grateful for Leon's steady presence. You trusted him implicitly, and you knew he would do everything in his power to keep you safe. Despite the danger, you felt a sense of peace wash over you as you lay there, your heart filled with love and gratitude for the man by your side.
Suddenly, you felt a sharp pain back in your side, and you winced in agony. Your cry out was piercing in Leon's ears no matter how you tried to muffle it. Leon's eyes widened as he saw the blood soaking through the bandage on your wound. He immediately sprang into action, pulling his first aid kit back out and working just as quickly to try and stop the bleeding.
"Stay with me, love," he said, his voice strained with worry. The knot in his throat refusing to leave. "You're going to be okay. I won't let anything happen to you."
You felt yourself slipping away again, the pain overwhelming and your vision blurring worse than before. But through it all, you could hear Leon's voice, his words a lifeline that kept you tethered to the world. You knew that he was doing everything in his power to save you, and that thought gave you strength.
As the chaos raged on around you, you felt Leon's arms around you, holding you close and keeping you safe. You could hear the sound of his heartbeat, strong and steady, and you knew that you would be okay as long as he was by your side.
Finally, after what felt like an eternity, Leon's hands stilled, and he looked up at you with a look of relief. "You're going to be okay," he said, his voice filled with emotion. "I've stopped the bleeding. Just hold on a little longer, and we'll get out of here."
You nodded weakly, your eyes closing as you tried to conserve your energy. You knew that you were in good hands with Leon, and that he would do whatever it took to get you out of this alive.
Leon carefully applied pressure to your wound, his hands steady as he worked to stop the bleeding. With each passing second, the flow of blood slowed until it finally stopped altogether. You let out a sigh of relief as you felt the pressure on your wound ease, and you knew that you were in good hands with Leon.
The battle that followed was intense, with mutated creatures attacking from every angle. You and Leon fought side by side, taking down the creatures one by one. Despite the chaos around you, you felt a sense of calm wash over you as you fought alongside Leon, knowing that he had your back. Deep down you knew the wound on your side was an unpassable hurdle. It could make you a burden if it opened back up.
After some intense investigation and fighting, you discovered that a notorious bioterrorist organization was responsible for the attack. With your help, Chris and his team were able to dismantle the organization and prevent any further attacks. As the dust settled and the last of the creatures were defeated, you and Leon took a moment to catch your breath. The weight of what had just happened hit you both at the same time, and you looked at each other with a newfound respect and admiration. Before you knew it, Leon had pulled you close and planted his lips onto yours. All the worry he had finally lifting off his shoulders as he held you. Your arms reach up to wrap around his neck, your eyes spilling out tears as you pulled him closer to you. "Leon.." Your voice muffled against his lips. "I was so scared I was going to die." your voice breaks with a lump growing in your throat.
As you spoke, you could feel the warmth of Leon's arms around you, his grip tightening as he listened to your words. He pulled away slightly, looking into your eyes with a mixture of relief and love.
"I know, my love," he whispered, his voice tender and filled with emotion as he pressed his sweaty dirt littered forehead to your own. "I was scared too, but I couldn't let anything happen to you. You mean everything to me."
He leaned in and kissed you again, his lips gentle and reassuring. As he held you, you could feel the adrenaline slowly fading away, replaced by a sense of peace and safety that only Leon could provide.
"I'm so grateful you're okay," he murmured against your lips. "I don't know what I would do if I lost you."
You smiled at him, your heart filled with love and gratitude. In that moment, you knew that you and Leon had a bond that could never be broken. No matter what dangers lay ahead, you would face them together, knowing that you had each other's backs.
After the mission was over, and the bioterrorist organization was taken down, you and Leon returned home battered and bruised. You looked at each other, and in that moment, you knew that you would always have each other's backs. No matter how tough the mission, or how dangerous the situation, you were in this together. You both walk to the extraction site, Leon's hand on your uninjured side as the injured side was guarded by his body.
As you approached the extraction site, Leon pulled out his radio and signaled Chris to let him know that you were both safe and ready for extraction. "Chris, this is Leon. We're ready for pickup. The mission was a success, but we took some hits. We'll need medical attention when we get back." Chris responded quickly, assuring Leon that a medical team was on standby and would be waiting for you when you arrived back at base.
The helicopters blades were kicking up gusts of wind as it landed. Your hair which was once in a tight pony tail had fallen out and was blowing around. Leon's grip on you never loosened.
As the helicopter touched down, Leon helped you aboard, his eyes scanning the area for any signs of danger. Once inside, he made sure that you were secure and comfortable before taking a seat next to you. You could feel his hand on your shoulder, providing a steady reassurance that everything was going to be alright.
As you and Leon boarded the helicopter, Chris was waiting for you inside. He looked relieved to see that you were both alive and in one piece.
"Good job, both of you," he said, clapping Leon on the back. "I knew I could count on you two to get the job done."
Leon nodded, a small smile on his face. "We couldn't have done it without your team's support," he replied.
Chris shook his head. "Nah, it was all you guys. You took down that organization single-handedly."
You smiled weakly, still feeling the effects of the battle. But hearing Chris's praise gave you a small boost of energy and pride. You and Leon had fought hard, and it was good to know that their efforts hadn't gone unnoticed.
As the helicopter lifted off the ground and began to fly back to base, you leaned against Leon's shoulder feeling safe and protected in his presence. You could see the exhaustion on his face before you closed your eyes, feeling grateful for the support of your team and the love of your husband; but he never let go of your hand, holding onto it tightly as if to make sure that you were still there. You knew that you were lucky to have someone like Leon by your side, someone who would always be there to protect and care for you no matter what.
As you and Leon returned home, battered and bruised, you couldn't help but feel grateful for each other's presence. This mission had been tough, but you both knew that you would always have each other's backs, no matter what.
As you and Leon returned home, battered and bruised, you couldn't help but feel grateful for each other's presence. This mission had been tough, but you both knew that you would always have each other's backs, no matter what.
Once you arrived home, you and Leon headed straight for the shower. The grime and sweat from the mission washed away, along with some of the physical and emotional scars. You stood under the warm water, letting it soothe your aching muscles while Leon washed your hair for you giving you a shower of kisses as he focused on what his hands were doing. The tender touch of his fingers on your scalp made you feel safe and loved.
After the shower, you both collapsed onto the couch, exhausted but content. Leon wrapped his arms around you, pulling you close as you snuggled up against his chest. You felt his steady heartbeat and listened to the sound of his breath as you admired the man you married, feeling grateful for his love and protection.
As you lay there, your head resting on Leon's chest, you couldn't help but think about all that you had been through together. The countless missions, the near-death experiences, and the constant danger that came with your line of work. But through it all, Leon had been by your side, a constant source of strength and support.
You traced the lines of his chest with your fingers, feeling the rise and fall of his breathing. The sound of his heart beating was like a comforting rhythm, lulling you into a state of peacefulness. You closed your eyes, basking in the warmth of his embrace, feeling his arms tighten around you as he pressed a kiss to the top of your head.
As you drifted off to sleep, you knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, you and Leon would face them together, as a team. You had been through too much to ever doubt the strength of your bond, and you knew that with his love and protection, you could conquer anything.
The morning light shined through the windows, waking you up from your peaceful slumber. You slowly opened your eyes and looked around at your home, taking in the familiar surroundings. It was a small but cozy house, with a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a comfortable bed that you and Leon shared.
As you lay there, you couldn't help but smile at the memories that filled the space. The photos on the walls captured moments from your life together, from the first day you met to the latest mission you had just completed. The bookshelves were filled with your favorite books, and the comfortable sofa where you were lying had been the site of many lazy Sunday afternoons spent watching movies.
You could hear the sound of Leon making breakfast in the kitchen, and the smell of bacon and eggs filled the air. It was a comforting smell that reminded you of home, and you couldn't help but feel grateful for the life you and Leon had built together. You couldn't shake off the memories from the last mission. You gently reached to your side that had been stitched shut, the gauze rough underneath your finger tips.
As you got up from the couch, you made your way to the kitchen and hugged Leon from behind your chin resting between his shoulder blades, taking in the warmth of his body. He turned around and smiled at you, his eyes filled with love and affection.
"Good morning, beautiful," he said, planting a soft kiss on your lips. "I hope I didn't wake you."
"Good morning," you replied, feeling grateful for the simple moments that made your life together so special. "You didn't wake me up either." You softly smile and look at him.
His dirty blonde hair had been pushed back behind his ear as he was cooking. His soft lips had been curled in the most breath taking smile he always wore when you two were alone. You couldn't help but feel a surge of warmth in your chest as you gazed into his eyes. You watched as he turned back to the stove and continued cooking breakfast, humming a tune under his breath. You couldn't resist sneaking back up behind him and wrapping your arms around his waist, resting your head on his back.
"What are you making?" you asked, inhaling the delicious smells emanating from the stove.
"Just some pancakes and bacon," he replied, glancing over his shoulder at you. "I figured we could have a nice breakfast together. Especially after that mission. You deserve it."
You felt your heart swell with happiness at his words. Leon always knew how to make even the simplest moments feel special. You watched as he expertly flipped the pancakes, his movements so fluid and effortless. You couldn't help but admire him. "So do you, my amazing life saver." You stood up on your tip toes to plant a loving kiss onto his forehead.
As you and Leon cooked breakfast together, the conversation flowed effortlessly. You talked about the mission you had just completed, and how it felt to work together as a team. You also discussed your plans for the future, what you both wanted to do together.
As Leon cracked eggs into the pan, he teased you about your cooking skills, saying that he was the real chef in the house. You couldn't help but roll your eyes and laugh at his playful banter.
"Hey, I'll have you know I make a mean bowl of cereal," you joked back, playfully nudging his shoulder. "You should try it sometime." Your eyes glistened with joy as his laugh rung off the walls making your heart flutter like the first time you heard it.
Leon grinned and pulled you into a tight hug, "I love you, you know that right?"
You smiled up at him, "Of course I do. I love you too."
As he finished cooking, you both sat down at the table and dug into the food. The taste was amazing and you couldn't help but compliment Leon on his cooking skills. The conversation flowed easily between the two of you, with plenty of laughter and teasing. It was moments like these that made you grateful for the life you had built together.
After breakfast, you both cleaned up the kitchen together, joking and flirting as you did so. You couldn't help but feel like the luckiest person in the world, having found someone like Leon to share your life with. As you finished cleaning up the kitchen, Leon turned to you and asked, "What do you want to do today, beautiful? What exactly would you like?"
You smiled, knowing exactly what you wanted to do. "Let's go to the park," you said, excitedly. "It's such a beautiful day out, and I want to spend it with you."
Leon's face lit up, and he immediately began to get ready. You both changed into comfortable clothes and grabbed your sunglasses and sunscreen. Leon packed a picnic basket with your favorite snacks, and you made sure to bring a frisbee to play with.
As you made your way to the park, you held hands with Leon, enjoying the warmth of the sun on your skin and the sound of the birds singing. When you arrived, you found a quiet spot under a shady tree and laid out a blanket.
Leon opened the basket, revealing delicious sandwiches, fruit, and homemade cookies. You both ate and talked, enjoying each other's company and the beautiful scenery around you.
After the meal, you took out the frisbee and played for a while, laughing and chasing each other around. As the sun began to set, you lay down on the blanket, cuddling close to each other and watching the stars come out.
Leon's fingers traced lazy circles on your arm as you both sat in comfortable silence, basking in each other's company. The sun was beginning to set, casting a warm glow over the park.
As the sky turned from orange to pink to purple, you felt Leon's hand find yours. You turned to him, and he met your gaze with a soft smile. Without saying a word, he leaned in to kiss you, his lips gentle and tender.
The kiss was filled with all the love and tenderness that had built up between you over the years. It was a reminder of how lucky you were to have each other, and of the deep bond that held you together.
As the kiss came to an end, you both sat back, smiling at each other. The cool breeze of the summer air brushes past the barely open spot between you both. "I love you," Leon said softly, his eyes filled with warmth and affection.
"I love you too," you replied, feeling your heart swell with happiness. You knew that no matter what the future held, you and Leon would always have each other, and that was all that mattered.
As you packed up from your fun day at the park, you couldn't help but feel content and at peace. The warm glow of the street lamps created a cozy and inviting atmosphere as you walked hand in hand with Leon.
As you walked back home hand in hand, you felt grateful for the simple pleasures in life and for the person next to you who made them even more special. You took in the sights and sounds of the city, the distant sound of traffic and the occasional laugh of people walking by. It helped you forget the horrors you came back from. The city always left you in awe each time you came back home. You both shared stories and memories from the day, reliving the moments that made you laugh and smile.
As you reached your front door, Leon turned to you with a mischievous smile that made you giggle. "Wanna dance?" he asked, extending his hand to you.
You couldn't resist his playful charm, taking his hand and letting him lead you into a slow dance right there in the hallway. The world around you melted away as you swayed to the beat of a song that only you two could hear.
It was moments like these that made you grateful for Leon's love and companionship. The simple joy of dancing with him in the glow of the street lamps was a memory that you would cherish forever. Your smile never faded down. His smile growing wider as he takes in the way your hair falls over your shoulders, how your body always fit perfectly to his, how you could make him do anything you asked. You had him wrapped around your finger while you were wrapped around his. You two continued to dance as you made your way into your home.
As you entered your home, you both were still swaying to the music in each others heads, unwilling to let the moment end. Leon wrapped his arms around you and whispered in your ear, "I love you so much, my darling."
You turned to face him, your eyes shining with love and affection. "I love you too, Leon. You make every moment so special," you replied, your voice filled with emotion. "I never want this feeling to fade." You murmur to him.
He leaned down and kissed you deeply, his hands cupping your face as he did so. You melted into his embrace, feeling the warmth of his body against yours. Your chest pressing against his as his hands hold your face as he deepens the kiss.
"I could dance with you forever," he said, pulling away slightly to look into your eyes.
You smiled, feeling grateful for his love and presence in your life. "Me too," you replied, wrapping your arms around his neck and kissing him again.
As you both pulled away, you couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment wash over you. You knew that no matter what life threw your way, you would always have each other to lean on. He twirled you around again and began looking at you with a sense of pride in his eyes. You giggle underneath his arm and spin, the soft light from the lamp on the coffee table casted a calming romantic glow over you. Making Leon's heart skip a beat.
Leon took your hand and led you to the couch, where he pulled you onto his lap. He wrapped his arms around you, holding you close as you snuggled into his chest. Your knees planted beside each of his thighs, feeling how muscular he was underneath you. You could feel the steady rhythm of his heartbeat and the rise and fall of his chest as he breathed.
"I love you so much," he whispered into your ear, his warm breath sending shivers down your spine.
"I love you too," you replied, nuzzling into his neck and inhaling his scent. It was addicting to you.
You both sat there in silence for a few moments, just enjoying each other's company. But eventually, the need for food and drink became too strong, and you both made your way to the kitchen to fix some snacks.
As you nibbled on some crackers and cheese, Leon told you about his plans for the weekend. You listened intently, smiling at his enthusiasm and excitement. He asked for your input, and you happily gave it, feeling grateful for the way he always valued your opinion.
The rest of the evening was spent cuddled up on the couch, watching your favorite show on Netflix and talking about anything and everything that came to mind.
"Did you see that plot twist coming?" Leon asked, turning to you with a grin. His voice hiding an excited chuckle that made you admire him more.
You shook your head, a smile playing on your lips. "No way, I was totally caught off guard!"
"I know, right? That's what makes this show so great," he replied, snuggling closer to you and wrapping his arm around your shoulder. "I'm glad you chose this show tonight." His words sound like a violin with how it played your heart.
You leaned into his embrace, feeling safe and content. "I'm so glad we decided to enjoy the day today," you said, turning your head to look up at him. "It felt refreshing.
"Me too," he said, leaning down to give you a kiss on the forehead. "I always enjoy spending time with you, no matter what we're doing."
You smiled, feeling your heart swell with love for him. "I feel the same way," you said, snuggling closer and resting your head on his chest.
As the show continued to play in the background, you both interlocked your lips together once more, his hand cradling the back of your neck as your hand runs down his toned chest.
The kiss deepened, both of you losing yourself in the sensation of being so close to each other. You broke the kiss, smiling up at Leon, and snuggled closer to him. He wrapped his arm around you, pulling you even closer.
"Thank you for being here with me," you said softly.
"Always, my love," he replied, his voice filled with warmth and affection.
You lay there for a while longer, content in each other's company. Eventually, you both got up to make a late dinner. You worked together seamlessly in the kitchen, Leon chopping vegetables while you cooked the pasta. The smell of the sauce simmering on the stove filled the room, making your stomach growl in anticipation.
As you sat down to eat, you both talked about your plans for the weekend. Leon suggested a hike in the nearby woods, and you eagerly agreed. You both loved spending time in nature and exploring new trails.
After dinner, you snuggled up on the couch again, this time with a book in hand. Leon had his arm around you, his thumb gently stroking the back of your hand as you read. It was moments like these that made you feel so grateful to have him in your life.
As the night wore on, you both began to feel sleepy. You got up to brush your teeth and change into your pajamas, and Leon followed suit. You climbed into bed, feeling the warmth of Leon's body against yours as he wrapped his arms around you.
The softness of the sheets embraced your skin as you sunk into the bed, feeling completely relaxed and at peace in Leon's embrace. You took a deep breath, feeling the weight of the day slowly lifting off your shoulders as you snuggled up closer to him.
"You're so warm," you said, nuzzling your head into his chest.
He chuckled, running his fingers through your hair. "You're not so bad yourself," he replied, his voice laced with affection.
You both laid there in silence for a few moments, simply enjoying each other's company and the comfort of being wrapped up in each other's arms.
"I love you," he said softly, his breath warm against your ear, his voice filled with tenderness.
You smiled, feeling your heart fill with warmth. "I love you too," you replied, feeling grateful for his love and presence in your life.
"Goodnight, my love," he whispered, pressing a kiss to your forehead. He kissed your forehead once more, his lips lingering against your skin for a moment before pulling away.
"Goodnight, baby," you replied, feeling so grateful for the simple joys of life that you shared with him. "I hope you sleep well." your voice trailed off as his snores slowly filled the comforting silence inside your bedroom. With his arms wrapped around you, you felt safe and loved, ready to drift off into a peaceful sleep. Your mind replays all of what you've done through out the day as your eyelids grew heavier. Leon's face never leaves your mind as you slowly drift off to sleep.

The entrance door clicked open. He had a hard time finding the keyhole, probably still tipsy from his night out. "Bébé? Why aren’t you sleeping? It’s 5am. What made you wake up this early?", he asked as he entered the living room of your shared apartment. If he only knew you haven’t slept a single second. The room was dark and silent, only a few candles lightening up the room, the music you’ve been playing was almost too quiet to hear. He only saw your silhouette in front of the window, the moonlight shining right on you. Your back was turned to him and you were refusing to turn around. "Are you drinking? What did I miss, are we already celebrating our anniversary?", he joked the moment he realised you held a glass of wine in your hand. Yes, the next weekend would mark your three years anniversary. But it wouldn’t even get this far. You scoffed and took another sip. "I'm celebrating my comeback to the world of singles." Obviously nothing Kylian expected to hear, you could tell he was lost for words. "Wha- what? Y/N, what are you even talking about?" Slowly turning around, you looked him dead in the eyes. He took a step back when he saw the blurred mascara under your eyes that left marks of the already dried out tears you’ve been crying the entire night. "Instead of making a scene I decided to pack your belongings so you could leave as soon as possible", you informed and nodded towards the bags you’ve placed on the other side of the room. Kylian stared at you in disbelief, "Are you serious right now? What are you doing this for?" Your wine glass dropped onto the floor, the red liquid pouring all over the ground. "Y/N, what the fuck?! What got into you?" The sadness you felt earlier turned into nothing but anger and hate. "What I’m doing this for? You’re honestly asking me what I'm doing this for?", your voice got louder with every word. You took a few steps towards him, but still left enough space between you two. Kylian bluntly looked at you in shock before you threw your phone into him. "Reason enough?", you cried out. He picked up your phone that landed on the floor, only to see an instagram reel that showed him all snuggled up with another woman. She was sitting on his lap, they’ve been whispering sweet nothings into each others ear, then she started tugging at his shirt and leaned in for a kiss. "Y/N, I'm so sorry", he sighed, running his hands through his face. "I don’t need your fucking apologies Kylian, grab your damn things and leave!"
"Bébé, I know this shouldn’t have happened, but I regretted it the moment I realised what I was doing. At this point of the night I got absolutely smashed. I immediately told her to leave and haven’t been drinking after", he tried to explain himself but you couldn’t even bother to listen. "It didn’t mean anything to me, I promise."
"The only thing that doesn’t seem to mean anything to you is our relationship, the bond we had, the life we’ve built together. If you think being drunk is an excuse for cheating, then why haven’t I cheated every time I was black out drunk? Why were you the only person I was always thinking about, the only one I wanted to go home to? Trust me, I had a lot of opportunities to do what you did, but I didn’t. Because I truly loved you." You were trying to hold back the tears that threatened to roll down every second. Even being in the same room as Kylian right now, you couldn’t stand it. You needed him to go.
"I love you Y/N, it was just a moment of weakness. It’ll never happen again, I swear on my life." He tried to keep up with you as you were walking up and down the room. When he finally placed his hands on your shoulder in order to calm you down and look at him, you absolutely lost it. "Don’t fucking touch me", you exclaimed and pushed him away, "You humiliated me Kylian! The whole world knows what you’ve done!" All the articles that have been written in the last few hours popped up in your head. "Football star Kylian Mbappé apparently cheating on singer and actress Y/N Y/L/N." "Are (your ship name) over?" "Kylian Mbappé enjoying his freedom after ending his relationship of three years with singer Y/N Y/L/N." Even your manager already called you, asking you to make a statement saying the two of you have broken up some time ago, to make it look like you’re not a victim of betrayal. Only thinking about all those interviewers and paparazzi asking about Kylian made you feel sick already. You turned your back to him again, hearing him sobbing and sniffing. "Grab your bags and go. I don’t want to see you, I don’t want to hear from you", you spoke up, surprisingly in a calm voice. The tears you’ve tried to avoid slowly ran down your cheeks. You heard him hesitatingly walking to the other side of the room, his crying got harder when he took his stuff. "I'm sorry. I’m really sorry what I’ve done. I hope you’ll be able to forgive me someday. I love you", was the last thing he said before he stepped towards the door and left.

I know you will still love me the same I Frederik Andersen Imagine

*
So honey now Take me into your loving arms Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars Place your head on my beating heart I'm thinking out loud Maybe we found love right where we are
("Thinking Out Loud" - Ed Sheeran)
**
In the dimly lit locker room, you watched as Freddie sat there, head down, cradling an ice pack against his throbbing temple. The silence in the room was heavy, only broken by the distant echo of skates on the rink. It was moments like these that made you realise how intertwined your life had become with his.
You had met during the off-season, a chance encounter at a local cafe that had turned into an unexpected romance. From that day forward, you'd been his biggest cheerleader in life and in the rink.
Today, as Freddie nursed the wound from a nasty puck to the head, you couldn't help but feel his pain as if it were your own. The love between you was more than just romantic; it was a deep connection built on understanding, trust, and shared dreams.
Freddie had always been a rock, the backbone of the team, the man who carried the weight of their victories and defeats on his broad shoulders. It wasn't just a job for him; it was a calling, a responsibility he embraced with unwavering determination. You admired his resilience, his dedication to the game, and his unyielding spirit.
But now, seeing him injured and sidelined, you knew that beneath that tough exterior was a man who was not just angry but also frustrated. The inability to be out there, defending the net and being there for his teammates, weighed heavily on him. He felt responsible for their performance, even in his absence.
You quietly moved closer, your hand reaching out to touch his back. "Freddie," you said gently, "You'll be back in no time, stronger than ever. The team will understand, and we'll get through this together. I know you, and I know that nothing can keep you down for long."
He looked up at you, and in that moment, you saw the vulnerability in his eyes, a side of him he didn't show to the world. "I just hate not being out there," he admitted, his voice tinged with frustration.
You smiled, giving his hand a reassuring squeeze. "I know you do, but that's what makes you great, Freddie. You carry the weight of this team because you care so much. And I promise, no matter what happens, I'll be right here, loving you just the same."
As you shared that tender moment in the dimly lit locker room, you both understood that love wasn't just about celebrating the victories, but also about standing strong in the face of defeat. You were there for Freddie, and you knew he'd always be there for you. It was a love that would endure, no matter what challenges lay ahead.

1 Week till Chicken Run 2!!!!!!
At the end of every good story, whenever there is a couple involved, their romantic relationship officially starts when the villain is defeated or a problem has been resolved. What happens is that the couple proclaims their love for each other by telling each other how they feel or sometimes by showing it without even talking. A good example would be like a big hug where one spins the other and then afterwards they share a passionate kiss. Last week's post showed that Rocky chose to return to the farm to help his friends and just in time to save Ginger's life once again. Like the good team they are and the future leaders they will be together, Rocky and Ginger worked together to save their flock. After a scary and risky encounter in the air, they also managed to defeat Mrs. Tweedy and destroy the pie machine at the same time. Now our young feathered lovers are safe and together, happy to have each other back in their lives forever. And better yet, not only are they safe but all their fine feathered friends are safe too. I know I stopped right at the good part but I wanted to save the best for last, and for a good reason too. So now this week, we're going to see the relationship between Rocky and Ginger go from just blooming to official.
Let's pick up to where the plane is soaring high above the farm. We see the farm is destroyed with the barn blown up and gravy is covering much of the land and the remaining buildings (the farmhouse and the huts in the chicken coop). Inside the plane, Ginger is happily looking down to see their old home destroyed, knowing that the chickens were never going back now. And now it's time to celebrate; the chickens all erupt into wild cheers! After being stuck on that miserable farm for so long, the chickens (and rats) are finally safe and free at last! For the chickens, no more morning egg counts, farmers, dogs, coops, keys and especially fences. For the rats, just being away from the farm should be plenty of reward.
Everywhere in the plane, there is much celebration going around. In the cockpit, Mac plants a kiss on Fowler's cheek, much to the old rooster's surprise. Down in the hold, Rocky spins Ginger around in a big hug. Babs and Bunty embrace each other and even Nick and Fetcher cry as they share a hug. But here comes the best part - Rocky pumps a fist in the air and Ginger suddenly shuts his beak. She turns him towards her and gives her handsome rooster the most passionate kiss ever. At first Rocky is a little surprised but then wraps his wings around his beautiful hen. True Love's First Kiss!!!! 👩🏼❤️💋👨🏼💋
All the hens go aww seeing their trusted leader and her true love share their first kiss. Unfortunately they're so distracted by this beautiful scene that they have stopped pedaling, and the plane starts to tilt to the left a bit. The chickens are brought back to reality and start to pedal again, causing the plane to rise again. Fowler calls down from the cockpit, telling the hens to keep pedaling since they're not at their destination yet. He also adds that they can't see paradise if they don't pedal. As this exchange is happening, the plane continues to flap its makeshift wings and flies towards distant hills as the sun rises. The golden rays warm up the countryside, but this sunrise is altogether different. This sunrise doesn't just symbolize the start of a new day but also the start of a new life for the chickens that have achieved freedom after being held prisoner for so long.
Some time later, we find our animal friends enjoying their freedom and living their lives as best they can on an island sanctuary. The chickens have built Each one of our favorite characters are off doing their own thing. Fowler is still telling his military stories, but this time to a bunch of chicks who are eager to listen to tales of action and bravery. The old rooster is telling them the story of the flock's escape from the Tweedy's farm. Some people say that these chicks are Ginger and Rocky's, but our young lovers just got together so they're not ready for kids yet. Personally I'd like to believe that these chicks belong to other hens on the island. The island was already a bird sanctuary so there must have been other hens who had children or were having children. Bunty is pushing Babs on a makeshift swing while the dense hen is still happily knitting away. Babs is oblivious that they're finally free; she thinks they're on holiday and will be going back to the farm soon. Bunty just lets her have this one. Oh, brother 😏. Mac is teaching another group of chicks about physics and engineering using her makeshift catapult as a demonstration. The chicks are fascinated with this lesson or at least wanting to try to be flung like one chick was during the demonstration for fun. Nick and Fetcher are enjoying their time, doing their own thing. Somewhere along their conversation about starting their own chicken farm, they bring up the whole chicken-and-egg situation.
But best of all, Ginger is on top of the hill overlooking their new home, a village meant just for the chickens far away from the dangers of humans. Rocky comes up beside her, charmingly asking if their new home and the feel of the soft, cool green grass is everything she ever imagined. Ginger replies that it is not, shocking Rocky a bit. He seems a little disappointed at this. However, our pretty hen was only teasing him because then she does something really sweet. She then hugs her handsome new boyfriend, telling him that it's better than she imagined. Rocky, in return, smiles and lovingly hugs his beautiful new girlfriend back. He gives out a little chuckle and she gently sighs, both thinking that life will never get better than this. Just wait until the sequel, then it will 😉. Rocky and Ginger look down upon their village full of their happy fine feathered friends during this sweet hug like the new leaders they are, much like a king and queen surveying their kingdom. Our beautiful couple then walk down the hill hand in hand so Ginger can teach Rocky how to play cricket. The official start of their new romantic relationship. Long live Rocky and Ginger! 💘
And there we have it, a happy ending for our fine feathered friends and the start of the romantic relationship between our handsome rooster Rocky and our beautiful hen Ginger. The Tweedys have been defeated, the farm and pie machine have both been destroyed, and the chickens have finally obtained their long-awaited freedom. They have even found a bird sanctuary on an island in the middle of a tranquil lake. There were no farmers, no dogs, no huts, no coops, no keys and best of all, no fences. The chickens could now live their best lives however they want, without any worries whatsoever.
But the best part of all this is that Rocky and Ginger are finally together. Their beautiful love story had started with them disliking each other to liking each other to becoming friends to falling in love. And now comes the happy ending - them becoming an official couple, starting with having their first kiss. At the beginning, Ginger was held prisoner on a chicken farm and Rocky was free from the circus. But after a crazy adventure with a touch of romance, Rocky and Ginger are now both free and have found a new home for not only their friends, but for themselves as well. Best of all, they both had someone special to share their home and lives together. True happiness comes from sharing your life with someone who will love you for who you are, no matter what. We may think their story will end right there, but next week we will see it continue in a whole new adventure - marriage and parenthood. Let's hope they can survive whatever life throws at them in the sequel. ❤️💖💓💞
Anyway this is my twelfth and final weekly Rocky/Ginger moment post commemorating the upcoming sequel to Chicken Run. I hope you have enjoyed all these posts. There will be another special post about the sequel to celebrate the big day. There also will be another post within the next few days as a special treat. Waiting for this long-awaited sequel hasn't been very easy but these posts have made it easier as the release date got closer. But now the wait is almost over!!!!

~ Happy ~ | 8 Final chapter
No offense to you, don't waste your time
Title: Happy
Pairing: Yoongi x OT6
Warnings: Manipulation. Gaslighting. Violence? Guns. rich people have no laws. It's kind of noncon, but not that sexual? Panic attack! If I missed something, let me know. TALK ABOUT KILLING A CHILD. SUICIDE IS MENTIONED AS WELL!!!!!!
Summary: In a world where Auras can be seen, Yoongi lives a peaceful life as a broke, young adult. He attends Uni just so he can get into an internship to escape his current life. What he doesn't know is that six others are looking for him. They want him. They need him and they will have him. Forming a rainbow would give them all the power they could dream of.
“Be good my little clover. Mommy and Daddy will be back as soon as we can. We just need to get the last groceries for my little big man's birthday!”
“Momma, Can I come too? I wanna help. Yooni can help” five-year-old Yoongi said as he watched his parents get ready to leave. They weren’t a big family, but they were happy. His birthday was in two day and that meant his Aura color would be revealed. They were planning a small party to celebrate, most people kept Aura's birthdays private, incase the color turned out to be green or Indigo. That would mean instant death to the child, but his parents weren’t that worried. They were both(?) blue so they had no doubt he would be too.
“Oh baby, you know you can’t leave the house. We’ll be quick, I promise. Why don’t you go and build a nice blanket ford for us to nap in later? Make it really special. Mommy would even let you use all the blankets you can find!” His mother said as she kissed his hair.
Little Yoongi nodded as he ran off to his room, missing the worried glances his parents shared before they left.
***
“You promised you would protect him if this happened! How could you even suggest calling them to ‘take care’ of him? He’s just a child! YOUR child!” Yoongi’s mother screamed as her husband paced back and forth.
“He’s GREEN! Fucking green. We’re both blue! What else do you want me to do? If they find out we kept his color a secret they’ll kill us too! We can try again later, but I am not dying for a fucking green aura. Even if he shares my blood!” He screamed back. Yoongi’s mother stared wide-eyed as he husband fell silent. He looked just as stunned as she did with the words he spoke.
Yoongi was silently crying on the couch as his parents screamed at each other. He wasn’t sure why they were so upset. He liked green. His favorite toys were green and the color around him made him happy. He couldn’t understand why his parents didn’t like it. He’s been a good boy. He built the blanket ford, they all slept together and then suddenly they started screaming at each other as soon as they woke up.
“Papa, Yooni sorry” He whispered out gaining the attention of both his parents. He couldn’t understand the emotions in their eyes, he just knew they were angry at something he did. He loved them and he just wanted the screaming to stop.
“My life would have been so much better without a disappointment like you, Yoongi. You really managed to break my heart” Yoongi’s father said as he turned to walk away. His mother could only gape at her husband as he made his way into their bedroom. She soon followed, closing the door as the shouting continued.
Yoongi sat on the couch for a little while, trying to understand what his father meant before he decided to just go to his room. He was tired. His birthday was ruined and his father was mad at him. He had no idea why, or how he would fix it.
***
The funeral was quick. Not that many people came to pay their respects to Yoongi’s father. He was a good man, but he didn’t have a lot of friends or family other than Yoongi and his mother. Some of his co-workers gave his mother some words of encouragement, but that’s all it was. Words. Not many wanted to be seen at the funeral of an alleged suicide. In a world filled with colors that represent power, no one would want to associate with someone weak enough to take their own life. Even if their aura was supposed to have given them a higher status in the eyes of society.
“Remember this Yoongi. People will always say a lot of words that end up meaning nothing at all. They only care about what impact your color and association can have on their own status. People are disappointments. Even the ones you love most can turn their backs on you when you need them the most” His mother told him as they made their way back home. They had to finish packing. His mother had decided they needed to move as soon as they could after his father died. Something about not being able to stand the sight of the same house he took his last breath in.
“Come, Mommy will take care of you. I won’t allow anyone to take you away from me. Not as long as I am breathing”
***
“Mom, please let me help. I can control my color now. Those people are going to work you to death. Please!” a fifteen-year-old Yoongi begged his mother as he watched her tiredly get ready for another shift at the grocery store. Life has not been easy for them in recent years. It was like someone was actively trying to make their lives hard. His mother could barely hold onto a job for more than a few months before they would fire her for no good reason. Which in itself was unheard of for a blue aura.
She tried her very best to keep him in school. She always said he would make their lives better once he got his education. But she was stubborn. She refused to let him work. She said it wasn’t safe and that the so called ‘wolves’ of the night are just waiting to snatch him up and take him away forever.
“Yoongi…” She sighed as she looked at her son. He was growing up well. He has mastered reflecting a few years ago, but she didn’t want to let him out of her sight. Her last fight with her late husband still haunted her.
‘I’m not dying for a green, either you call the extractors or I will’ “You are weak! He is your son. He has your blood” “How do I know he isn’t some other man's mistake? How can two blues make a green?” “What are you saying? I would never… Do you truly think I could do that to you?” “What else am I supposed to think? I married you out of pity and look what I gained from it!” “What? Did you not love me? Please… tell me at least a part of it was real… TELL ME!” “How could it have been? You have nothing I could ever desire”
“Please Mom, I can get something remote. Maybe like editing or something, please just let me help” Yoongi nearly begged. His eyes held nothing but love and desperation, his mother never stood a chance against those eyes. She would kill to keep him safe. She has killed to keep him safe, but she knew he was getting older and she would have to give him some freedom or he would leave her one day. She couldn’t let that happen, so she reluctantly nodded her head as she got ready to leave.
“Okay, but as long as it’s remote and you don’t have to show your face. Only I can see that precious cheeks of yours” She said as she left with a heavy heart. Something felt off, but she brushed it off. Whatever it could be, she would handle it. She always did.
***
“You put him down? Why?” Taehyung asked as soon as he entered the office. Namjoon was working at his desk with a sleeping Yoongi on his lap. It was cute to see the smaller sleep away on such an intimidating man like Namjoon. It almost made Namjoon look approachable. Almost. Their aura colors look almost black as they mix together. It was funny, people who could reflect others' colors never seemed to have learned how to do it when they sleep. That could be very dangerous, especially for someone like Yoongi.
“He was having a temper tantrum about not meeting other people. He wants to leave the house and talk to others. I might have also said something about us being the reason his past was so fucked, but that’s not important now” Namjoon casually said as he kept his eyes on his screen. He was going over some of the things Yoongi has been working on. The kid was good. Their little genius indeed. Namjoon didn’t need to change anything on any of the songs Yoongi has been working on. Which says a lot considering the imbeciles he has working for him as so-called ‘professional producers’.
“I’m sorry, did you just imply that you spilled the exact secret we all swore we would take to our graves? My my, you’re losing your touch. Is he making you soft? Has the big bad Indigo fallen for a little green clover? Wait until I tell Seokjin, he owes me money now” Taehyung said as he escaped into the hallway before Namjoon could utter another word.
It took exactly three minutes and forty-seven seconds for Seokjin to burst into Namjoon's office. You would expect all the dramatics and sounds the older one was making to wake Yoongi up, but he merely snuggled closer to Namjoon before continuing to sleep. This boy was going to make them all soft and Namjoon didn’t exactly mind that he was the first to fall for it. The quicker they show him some sort of affection, the better their plan will work. Then they won’t need to force the little green into anything.
“You imbecile! Why would you tell him that we killed his mother and poisoned the people around him to distance themselves from him? He doesn’t have to know we made his life a living hell just to have him vulnerable in our hands to complete the fucking rainbow!” Seokjin all but bellowed out as soon as he entered the office. It took him a few seconds to recognise the lump on Namjoon's lap, which effectively cut his rambling off.
“I didn’t, you just did. Luckily for you, he’s sleeping nice and deeply, so he didn’t hear any of that. I swear if you wake him up I will skin you alive! The boy went down within seconds. He’s not sleeping enough and I would appreciate it if he would get the rest he clearly needs. He was the one who came in here and started spewing nonsense about wanting to talk to other people. I just reacted” Namjoon said matter of factly.
“Oh, well… Okay then,” Seokjin said looking around the room to avoid Namjoon’s eyes. He had a faint blush on his cheeks. Seokjin decided to just sit down on one of the couches to try and escape the slight embarrassment he was feeling.
“He’s where he’s supposed to be. We possess the power to keep him here. We’ll just have to alter his choices a little, but that can wait until he’s awake. We’ll make him want to be here. Besides, it will be good for us to have someone that constantly needs to be cared for. We can make him our little baby, Our little clover” Namjoon said as he left a kiss on Yoongi’s head and finally made eye contact with Seokjin.
“Perhaps. He’s easy to love when he’s that cute. Okay, fine. We’ll alter him as soon as he’s awake. But then you can’t keep him to yourself. We have an empire to take after all” Seokjin said as he moved closer to Namjoon. He felt this itch to just hold Yoongi close to himself and the fact that he wasn’t in his arms bothered Seokjin.
“I haven’t forgotten” Namjoon sighed. “Ah, take him and have him rest with the others. I have some stressful phone calls to make” Namjoon said, scooting back to give Seokjin enough space to reach down and take the sleeping Green from Namjoon’s lap. The boy was really precious, stubborn, but precious indeed.
***
Yoongi hasn’t had proper sleep in ages. The only reason that he knows this is because the moment he woke up, he didn’t feel tired almost immediately, he didn’t have a headache, and his body didn’t have any heaviness to it. Besides feeling as if he was underwater and he finally surfaced for the first time, he felt good.
He was in a dark-ish room. On a very comfortable couch, covered by what has to be the world's softest blanket. Despite the comfort, Yoongi’s stomach dropped as everything that happened came crashing down on him. Namjoons words played on repeat in his head.
“We were responsible for everything that happened, little clover. It was all part of the plan to get you right where we want you. Were we need you. Vulnerable and so, so dependant”
What did he mean by them? Did he mean that every misfortune Yoongi has ever experienced is somehow linked to them? That can’t be right. They have been so nice to him all this time. They helped him find a job, and they helped him move into a nicer home, even if it came with six other people. They listen to him. They are probably the only friend he has ever had, so what could those words mean?
Was it all a lie? Are they secretly part of the mafia and now they are going to harvest his organs to trade on the black market with? No, that can’t be right. He would have felt the need to escape if that was the case. He knew the feeling well. His own mother turned on him when he least expected it.
He needed to talk to Namjoon and clarify some things. Maybe apologise for being so rude. They helped him. They are willing to interact with him. Treat him as a human. They even risked their lives for him. Who in their right mind would protect a complete stranger during a gunfight in a train? Who would willingly allow a stranger to fall asleep on them in a car? Yes, some of them are a little… rough. But Yoongi also isn’t the easiest person to be around.
With his mind made up, Yoongi got out of bed in his search for anyone else. He for some reason, did not like the idea of being alone. Pushing open the door Yoongi made his way down the hallway. He turned a corner and promptly stumbled back as he bumped into someone. Looking up, Yoongi made direct eye contact with Jimin. His eyes were a deep red as they shined with so much warmth.
“Where are you going, little clover?” Jimin asked, his voice a smooth flowing stream.
“I need to find Namjoon, do you know where he is?” Yoongi answered as he struggled to break eye contact.
“Oh? Why do you need to talk to him?” Jimin asked with a slight frown. As if he didn’t expect this particular answer from Yoongi.
“Well, I was very rude to him earlier. I said some things that I shouldn’t have and he said some things that didn’t make any sense. You guys did so much for me and I was way out of line so I wanted to clear the air. I need to” Yoongi whispered out as he fell deeper into Jimin's intense gaze.
“Oh no, that wasn’t very nice of you. I am sure he would appreciate an apology and maybe a love confession. Wait, what do you mean by the need to?” Jimin asked as he tilted his head. Yoongi followed the movement without thinking.
“No one has ever been nice to me. My own mother left me. My father killed himself because he couldn’t stand the thought of me as his son. I don’t think I would be strong enough to go through something like that again” Yoongi said.
Jimin said nothing as he looked away. He simply took Yoongi’s hand as he lead him down the hallway towards a common area. Everyone was there. They seemed to be in a deep discussion of some sorts, but they all stopped talking when Jimin cleared his throat. All eyes landed on Yoongi as he tried to hide slightly behind Jimin.
“Yoongi? Are you okay?” Seokjin asked as his eyes slightly drifted to Jimin.
“He just woke up and we had a very interesting discussion in the hallway. There was no need to ‘have a discussion’ with him about things. He wants to say something that I thought might change some things. Go on Yoongi, tell them everything you said to me” Jimin said as he stood behind Yoongi.
“Um, well… I wanted to apologise to you Namjoon. I was being very rude and unreasonable and I know you just reacted. You guys have been nothing but kind to me. And I am everything but. I haven’t had much experience being around other people, let alone interacting with them. I- I’m sorry… please don’t leave me too” Yoongi sniffled as he looked down trying to hide his tears.
“Yoongi, what happened to you has been very unfair. But why do you think we’ll leave?” Hoseok asked as he sat up slightly. This was not how they had planned this. The plan was simple. Get the little green, alter his choices to fit their desires, and maybe take care of him like he deserves.
“Everyone I loved left me after my Aura game forward. I-” Yoongi took a deep breath. This was it. Two things could happen. They will either say nothing and throw him out onto the streets to fend for himself, or they will call the extractors to get rid of him. “I’m a green. My father took his own life because of me. My mother… left me too. She tried to keep me alive but something changed. The last thing she said to me before she left was ‘I shouldn’t have helped you back then. I should have left you to die'. I have never had a friend, or lover, or anything” Yoongi said to a silent room.
He was trembling by the time he was done. He shouldn’t have said anything. Yoongi turned around. He needs to leave before they make him. That would make everything a little easier.
“We know,” Taehyung said just as Yoongi took a step toward the hallway. “We knew you were a green the moment we met you. We also could see how others who didn’t know were treating us. You are kind, sweet, and very caring. You are very innocent and the world is not made for someone like you. We took an interest in you for your color, but we would want you to stay because well… we like you” Taehyung said.
Yoongi was frozen for all but a second before he was pulled into a lap. He didn’t even have time to put up a struggle before someone was kissing him. There was more than one set of hands on him, but he strangely didn’t mind it.
“Yoongi, you complete us. Why would we let you go? Your our little clover. Sometimes its okay to not have all the answers to the why’s. To the obvious questions… sometimes its okay to admit that you have loft and accept whatever is in front of you. Besides you want to be here, right?” Jimin asked with his silky voice.
Yoongi made eye contact with everyone else in the room. Taehyung was holding him by his hips, just like he did in the car he forced him into. Jungkook looked just as intimidating as his eyes practically devoured Yoongi. Hoseok had the charming smile he wore the first time he spoke to Yoongi under that one tree. Jimin looked sincere as his eyes held their red glow, the same glow from the stranger who gave him the phone he left in the classroom. Namjoon looked as intimidating as the lead gunman on the train did the day Seokjin saved him. And Seokjin looked seconds away from wrapping him up in a blanket and playing with his hair like he did so many weeks ago in the car.
There were no doubt that these men liked him. Of course, we would want to stay here. They saved him. They care for him and they would keep him safe. They would never try to hurt or manipulate him.
“I want to be here,” Yoongi said receiving six devious smiles in return.

Egyptian gods - The Ennead, Isis
After Seth, what next logical step but to explore his arch-nemesis. Horus you say? No... His sister and foe, the great Isis.
I) Wife, widow, witch
Let’s begin with the role of Isis in the Osirian legend. Isis is one of the two daughters of the god Geb (the earth) and the goddess Nut (the sky), alongside Nephthys ; and just like her sister married their brother Seth, she married her brother Osiris. It was a true “love at first sight” story. Literally. Osiris was born on the first of the epagomenal days, on the 14th of July. Isis was born on the fourth of the epagomenal days, on the 17th of July. Their wedding was celebrated on the 19th of July - which was the first day of the year in the Egyptian calendar. The couple dearly loved each other, and as Osiris inherited the throne of Egypt, they ruled as wise, kind and benevolent king and queen over humanity, adored and beloved by all...
Until the jealous and bitter Seth, envious and angry at his brother, murdered him, locked his body in a great chest and sent the sealed box into the Nile. Hearing about the disappearance of her husband, Isis entered a state of deep grief, cutting her hair and tearing apart her clothes. But, determined to give Osiris the proper burial he deserves, she went out to seek her husband’s corpse, exploring all of the Nile, from beginning to end. One day, she smelled a beautiful scent - and following it, she travelled for kilometers and kilometers, ending up at the palace of Byblos, in Phoenicia. There, she understood the smell that attracted her there came from a recent pillar, built to support the roof of the palace. Touching the heart of the Byblos rulers with her grief, Isis convinced them to allow her to break open the pillar - and inside of it was Osiris’ corpse... As it turns out, the coffin had floated all the way to Phoenicia, and there a tree grew around it, the same tree that was used to create this pillar...
Taking her husband’s corpse back with her to Egypt, Isis hid it away in the swamps of the Delta, out of fear of what Seth would do it... Unfortunately for her, the treacherous brother was informed of her arrival, and the god of the desert came into the swamp to cut Osiris’ body into little pieces and throw them into the river. Isis began a new quest, this time assisted by her sister Nephthys: slowly, she explored all of the Nile again, collecting all of the pieces of her husband, putting them back together like a morbid puzzle. She completed her quest at the town the Greeks called Herakleopolis, where she found the right leg of her husband. His body was re-created, except for a missing piece: his penis, that a fish had swallowed. As she tries to recreate her husband’s body, Anubis comes by Isis side and brings his help: with Nephthys by their side, the gods end up creating the very first mummy in the history of Egypt. As she and Nephthys give Osiris the deserved funeral rituals, Isis cannot help but try one last attempt at saving her husband: kissing him, she uses her magical powers to breathe some life-force into his corpse, resurrecting Osiris. Only for a brief time, however, as Osiris prefers to stay among the dead to become their king - but during his brief return to Earth, he still shares one last tender night of love with his wife... From which a baby will be born, young Horus. If you wonder about the missing penis... magic. That’s the solution to everything - Isis used magic. Don’t ask further questions.
[Note that this entire quest as described above comes from the Greek record of Plutarch, the only full and complete version of the legend of Osiris. We have Egyptian records, that do differ from Plutarch’s story, but they are all fragmentary and incomplete. For example, in the Egyptian stories the whole “swallowed by a fish penis” doesn’t exist, but in return in the Plutarch story it isn’t Horus that is born from the resurrection-sex, but Harpocrates...] The Egyptians themselves did celebrate and commemorate the quest of Isis during a trio of days. At the end of the season of akhet, the 27th, 28th and 29th days of the month of choiak were religious rituals re-creating Isis quest - the first two days are sad mourning days, while the third is a joyful series of rites celebrating the corpse of Osiris being found. In today’s calendar, the trio of days would be the 12th, 13th and 14th of November.
Now that her brother-husband had a proper burial, Isis puts her mind to the next order of business: protecting her son, Horus, and taking revenge against her brother Seth. She secretly raises Horus in the delta, hidden away, until he comes of age and she can bring him to the gods, claiming him as the true and only heir to the throne of Osiris, that Seth had usurped. Follows a long and complicated divine trial, a legal battle during which Isis constantly helps her son. In fact, she helps her son so much that Seth, annoyed at her constantly beating his arguments, convinces the president of the trial to move the court to a remote island, the “Middle-Island”, from which Isis will be banned: the god that acts as the ferryman to the island, Anti, is given the order to not let Isis in... But it is without counting on Isis’ magical powers - she merely has to transform herself into an old woman to trick Anti. It is Isis that will finally put an end to this legal feud that drags on for eighty years as, disguising herself as an attractive young woman, she will seduce Seth into confessing his crimes and his usurpation of the throne of Osiris... But as with everything in Isis’ life, the troubles won’t stop there. Seth will continue to challenge the authority and inheritance of his nephew, notably by convincing him to partake into a series of physical games and competitions, in which Isis will again help her son. But this time, she will discover her plans can backfire... One of the challenges Seth imposes on Horus is a “who can hold his breath under water the longest” contest, with both gods turned into hippopotami. Isis, trying to help her son, takes a harpoon and throws it into the water - but she mistakenly hits her own son instead of Seth. Immediately healing him with her powers, she then throws the harpoon again and hits Seth this time... But as she does, Seth reminds her plaintively that he is her brother – and Isis, overtaking by a sudden sisterly love, realizing she cannot harm her very own brother, removes the harpoon and heals Seth. Seeing his mother heal his hated uncle, Horus will get angry - so angry he will BEHEAD ISIS, before fleeing away with her head as her body turns into a stone statue... [This is actually a mix of two versions, one in which Horus beheads his mother because she took pity on Seth, another in which Horus got enraged at his mother for hitting him instead of his uncle.] Don’t worry though, thanks to Thoth she gets better. This however is without a doubt the last time she tried to help her son - who anyway finally managed to beat Seth in the end.
II) The most beloved of all goddesses
The popularity of Isis cannot be underestimated. She received a worship throughout ALL of Egypt, and her cult only stopped being active in Egypt in the 6th century. Not BC! 6th century current era! She was so popular that, during the Roman era, her cult was brought to Rome and she became one of the numerous mystery cults/foreign cults of the Roman Empire. Caligula, out of all Roman emperors, loved her greatly and had a temple built for her in Rome.
Isis represented the ideal woman for the Egyptians of old. She was a faithful and devoted wife, as much as a loving and helpful mother: alongside Osiris and Horus she formed the “triad of Abydos”. She was perceived as the protectress of family as a whole - with a special soft spot for women and children, that she protected much more than men. Her numerous quests to fetch her husband’s corpse, and then re-create it, also placed her in the role of a funeral goddess: alongside her sister Nephthys she was one of the goddesses who watched over both the corpses and the “resurrection” of the deceased - aka the dead finding a new existence in the afterlife. Isis was said to have been a goddess very close to humanity, so close she taught humans a handful of tricks and crafts: she gave them the basics of medicine, and explained to them how to spin flax and weave cloth. Her symbol was the “magical knot”, called the “knot of Isis” or “girdle of Isis” - the tyet symbol. The tyet symbol looks like the cross of life, the ankh, but with the branches falling down instead of going sideways: this sign was the symbol and amulet of “protection”.
Isis was one of the rare goddesses not depicted as an animal-headed woman. Isis usually appeared as a regular woman, with a chair/seat on her head. The symbol of the chair or the seat was her symbol, needed to write her name - but from it merely being a symbol of her name, this chair or seat became much, much more... For you see, this seat was equated and identified as the throne. The throne of Egypt. Wasn’t she after all the wife of Osiris, one of the former divine pharaohs, and the mother of Horus, the next divine pharaoh? Even more, all pharaohs were thought to be manifestations and embodiments of Horus, who was THE god of the pharaohs! By extension, Isis was seen as the “mother” of all pharaohs, the living embodiment of the throne of Egypt and the protectress of royalty. Isis was sometimes depicted with wings (in legends she was said to be able to turn into a bird, for example after tricking Seth into confessing his usurpation she flew triumphantly in the sky as a kite bird), and again these wings were a symbol of protection, as she wrapped them around either the pharaoh or the dead to shield them.
Through time her popularity grew so much that Isis started assimilating the attributes and functions of many other female goddesses: Sekhmet, Selkis, Neit, Satis, Opet... Her most notorious “fusion” was with the goddess Hathor, resulting in Isis inheriting the “cow horns holding the sun between them” or the sistrum in her hand, two symbols typical of Hathor. In fact, remember the “beheading” episode described above? The myth goes that Thoth healed Isis by giving her a new head... a cow’s head. This was to explain why Isis was sometimes depicted as cow-headed when Hathor was THE cow goddess, not Isis.
By the time the Ptolemaic dynasty and of the Roman domination, Isis had grown into the “universal goddess”, the “mistress of all the gods” and the one maintaining the very balance of the universe.
III) The goddess of magic
One final attribute of Isis must be given here: Isis was the goddess of magic. She was the sorceress-goddess, a wizardess among the deities of Ancient Egypt. We are in a case quite similar to the Norse pantheons, where the gods despite having supernatural abilities (the Egyptian gods for example can naturally transform into animals), do not “normally” wield magic, only a few of them does... And Isis is the goddess of magic, charms and enchantments. She was the goddess of spells, and her magical abilities were closely tied to the art of healing. To compare to yet another mythology, the Egyptian magic was closely tied to the magic of Ancient Egypt, where the sorceresses based their art on the “pharmakos”, those drugs and potions that could either be medicine or poison. Similarly, the spells and magical abilities of Isis mostly consisted in things such as removing venom from bites, healing sicknesses, banishing fevers, or resurrecting dying men. This might not seem like much to us today, but in a country of harsh weather filled with deadly diseases and venomous creatures, it was a LOT.
And one specific story actually shows how dangerous Isis’ powers can get, when used for more dubious purposes... A story that also explains why Isis grew to be such a powerful goddess. A story that, finally, highlights the two main “flaws” of Isis - the gods, being similar to humans, also have their flaws. And Isis represented the two typically “feminine” flaws in the Egyptian mind 1) curiosity, or rather a desire to know things at all costs and 2) cunning and ambition, the desire to gain as much power as they could. This story is the one of Ra, the sun god, master of the universe, source of all life, a god with unlimited power, numerous appearances and identities, and even more numerous names. And while all of these names and titles are known, one stays hidden. Ra’s true name, Ra’s first name - a secret name that the solar god hid inside himself (literally, he placed it inside his own body), so that no wizard or sorcerer could ever use any form of magic against him. In Ancient Egypt it was believed that the name of every being, be it a human or a god, held the person’s very essence into it - to know someone’s name was to have power over them. By hiding his true name, Ra made himself untouchable, unattackable, undestroyable. Isis however, as much curious about Ra’s secret name as jealous of his immense power, decided that she would get the sun’s true name. And she hatched a devious plan...
Ra had aged a lot. It might surprise you to learn that, but in the Egyptian theology gods do age. Much slower than humans, though, but they do - and Ra being the first of all the gods, time hit him pretty hard. At the time of the story, one of the most obvious signs of Ra’s aging was his constant drooling - which allowed Isis to steal some of his saliva... Mixing it with soil, she created a form of clay that she then sculpted into a snake, and placed onto the path the sun crossed each day to go through the sky. Animating the clay snake with a magic spell, Isis got Ra bitten - and the magical poison she had created for him was a true horror. Ra fell on the spot, too weak to move. He cried for help, summoning all of his children by his side - as he explained, he wasn’t attacked by either fire nor water, and yet his heart was burning and his limbs were freezing. Since Ra hadn’t created the snake in any way, he didn’t know what it was or how to deal with it – and none of his other “children” knew how to either. As the old god started to violently shake and tremble, Isis arrived and offered her help - promising to heal Ra and remove the poison from him... if he agreed to give her his name. “Because a man can only come back to life if he is called by his name.” Ra gave her a long list of all of his names and titles, but Isis insisted “No, no, no... these names won’t work. You must give me your true name, else I cannot heal you.” Ra, suffering too much, sweating heavily, starting to lose his sight, decided to relinquish his true name, and he gave it to Isis - quite literally, he took his name out of his body to place it inside Isis’s body... But he gave it to her on one condition. He knew that she would transmit his secret name to her own son, Horus – so he made her promise that she would force Horus into a divine oath, a solemn promise that he would keep for himself Ra’s true name, never give it to anyone else, and protect it forever. This is how Isis became one of the rare gods to know the true name of the creator-sun, which allowed her access to an immense power over the ancestor and master of all deities.
I will mention another story illustrating Isis’ magical powers, one that fans of Greek mythology will probably recognize (no need to tell you Isis was strongly associated with Demeter). This episode took place during Isis’ initial quest for her husband’s corpse - she was attracted to the town of Byblos by the wonderful scent the tree-pillar that had grown around her husband’s coffin was creating. Arriving at the palace of Byblos, she managed to touch the heart of the queen of the city, Astarte (not to be confused with the goddess), who allowed her to chop down the pillar of her temple. As a way to thank her, Isis decided to secretly make her a gift - and her idea of a surprise gift was to make Astarte’s son immortal. Hired as a nurse by the royal family of Biblos, Isis didn’t actually breast-fed the royal baby, but rather gave him a magical milk she created through her auricular finger. And every night, she took the baby and placed him inside a circle of fire while reciting incantations - a long process of several days that would transmute the baby into an immortal. However, Astarte grew suspicious of Isis actions, and interrupted one of her nightly fire-rituals, protecting her child she believed to be in danger. But in doing so, the queen interrupted the spell, and condemned her child to live a mortal life...
One final tale, and this post shall end. The story of Isis and the seven scorpions. As Isis was weaving the bandages needed to wrap the mummy of Osiris, she was interrupted by Thoth, who advised her to hide away Horus, to shield him from Seth’s wrath. Isis took Horus, selected seven scorpions to act as bodyguards, and they took off, crossing the Delta, arriving at the Town of the Two Sisters. There, Isis immediately went to the richest family and asked hospitality in their beautiful house – after all, she was a goddess! But the mistress of the house shut the door and refused to let these vagrants in. Isis was forced to ask hospitality from a poor and humble peasant girl, on the other side of the town. The scorpions however were not ready to forgive this insult – six of them took their poison and placed it in the sting of the seventh, that then entered the rich woman’s wife, and stung her son. The rich woman ran screaming all around the town, asking for help for her sick and poisoned son, but nobody helped her. Isis, hearing the woman’s screams, took pity on her, because she could not let a woman suffer the loss of her child. She went to help, and discovering the origin of the venom, she used the respective names of each of the seven scorpions to take control of the beasts, and remove their poison. The rich mother, deeply thankful for Isis’ miracle, abandoned all of her wealth, giving it all to both Isis and the young peasant woman that had welcomed the goddess. [Fun fact: in Ancient Egypt there were two types of scorpions. There was a dark kind, which was relatively harmless, the Scorpioniae. But there was a lighter-colored one, which was much more venomous and dangerous – the Buthridae.]
