wait hold on, according to wotv1 hormak was one of the few thaigs that survived the first blight. so elves and dwarves were still coexisting underground in relatively recent history (because cad’halash fell like fully 800 years before then) and it’s also possible that this wasn’t actually a ghilan’nain experiment, because she was long gone by then. i guess the big lyrium pool could also have been hidden away/a secret of the thaig for ages, until the blight corrupted it and created The Horrors. but i feel like something doesn’t line up here lol

Oh yeah, so random thing I came up with in the shower for an oc x Dark Choco idea

So basically the idea is that they met post Dark Choco’s exile but pre-Cookies of Darkness, and they got together during that time, but eventually Dark Choco breaks it off, likely due to the Strawberry Jam Sword’s hold on him and his increasing feelings that he doesn’t deserve any kind of happiness and should stay in the dark, and he eventually winds up in the CoD. But then sometime after he leaves them, they meet again and get back together

It was only a vague idea but I kind of like it to be honest

Also another random thing but I think it’d be kind of funny if this lover he has just doesn’t know that he was a prince. Like they know about the situation with his dad and they know he says he can never go back home, but Dark Choco never brought it up. Mostly because during the first time, Dark Choco believed he would never be accepted back home again and so his past as specifically a prince was basically useless information, and at this point he either forgot that he didn’t say it before or feels like by this point he kind of can’t for whatever reason

Hot take but instead of CGI, anime should go back to more retro style animation, like we should totally bring back bold, dynamic animation and imitation cel-shading and bold outlines and rich details and unique designs because that’s what the modern anime scene needs more of and I just know that retro style animation would look absolutely amazing with modern technology

gosh. gridman universe…………….. tbh after sitting on it for a bit, i just think that more than anything else, it is such a loving celebration of the act of creation… sometimes you make things out of love; sometimes you make things out of guilt and shame. no one is better or worse for that; we all have limited time on this world and all we can do is tell these stories as they are. and sometimes you don’t get closure in that time; instead, you have to find it yourself and live with what is put out there. just do your own thing! and like. not everyone will get what you’re trying to say with it! some people will connect with creations that others don’t and that’s okay, because the people who need to connect with it will 😊
