I hate it so much when there’s news of men committing horrific crimes against women and children, the comments always say “people are horrible” “humanity is doomed” and “people should be better” when it’s not people who are doing this, it’s MEN specifically who are committing these atrocities and harming us. Why is it that they don’t want to come to terms with the fact this is men’s doing, it’s men who are a danger, not just people. Crimes against women and children are committed by MEN. Secondly, stop calling grown men boys because you can’t bring yourself to hold MEN accountable, but calling them boys shows you only want this cycle of justification for men’s vile behaviour and lack of accountability to continue on.

I really feel like one of the best details in “A Scandal in Bohemia” that I never see people fixate on enough is that the story starts with Watson stopping in to see Holmes at Baker Street on a complete whim, because he happens to see that he’s home (and Watson is now married and living elsewhere). Like he doesn’t send word first, he’s not invited, he just shows up and surprises Holmes. Which is not that weird but then Holmes is like “oh good, I’ve got a case anyway, you might as well hang out!” which just makes it funnier when the King shows up and is like “I’d really rather speak to you alone, actually” and Watson tries to leave and Holmes is just like “anything you can say to me, you can say to my best friend John Watson, and if you ask him to leave, I would consider it a grave insult, you would be my enemy and I will not help you ever!!” And the king is like “…ok” and just moves on.

like, that is crazy behavior. Holmes is talking about how there’s probably lots of money in this case, and then almost turns away the client for…not knowing who the fuck Watson is?? He’s not even supposed to be there?? He just came to say hi?? “It is both or none”… girl, GET UP.

my thoughts on the tommy x henren deleted scene aside from people needing to CHILL is that it was a very accurate portrayal of a gay man and a lesbian couple interacting WAHAHAHA, like all the exaggerated facial reactions and back to back quips, the base fact that all henren really wanted was the tea while tommy dangled that bit of his sex life with buck at the end whilst ultimately not answering their question in a real and specific way. neither of them were taking each other seriously in that convo, and yet gerrard probs still had to step out a bit bc the queer energy was too strong in the firehouse for a moment there.

i also want to add that both tommy and lfj were in their most gayest, most evilest form in that interaction, i really can’t believe anyone can keep thinking he’s this nonchalant, one dimensional character when he’s serving this much cunt during a failed shovel talk 😂

rewatched today’s press conference at least 3 times to analyze and scrutinize the every tiniest bit of movement in their eyeballs and the funniest shit to me was the immediate, silent stare marc and pecco shared as soon as the journalist asked the question ( “who would you chose between marc and jorge as a teammmate” ) while also totally forgetting about jorge’s existence
