I mean, we've got to protect Rory...You know, Jess jumped in there, um you know that was it made it clear to me and I think the audience that he's kind of more up her alley there with the literature...And she got caught looking at him. I mean Dean, Dean nailed her from across the room. There was a look....Rory has some damage. I mean, she she covers it well. She you know, she's self analytical, she's very bright. She understands what her issues are, and she probably resolved them a lot of them on her own or just with conversations with Lorelai...Because they're they're they're highly psychological couple. I mean they're highly aware. Um uh. And I think I think she has that in common with Jess. I think that the hurt and the pain that he feels is the same hurt and from the rejection his mother rejecting him is the same thing that Rory probably felt with Christopher when when you know they he decided to go off to California or wherever he went, you know what I mean. I mean, she didn't have a father that lives...that leaves a huge hole in your life. Um, and I think, you know, that's what hit me so deeply in this episode. There's a couple of things that was The first thing is like, is knowing the pain of being rejected by a parent is is searing and it's deep. And I think it's how they're connecting. I think, whether they know it or not, that's it. That's the glue and that's why it's gonna work. -Scott

Beings and entities, @i-am-as-normal-as-you-are has once again approached me with an amazing concept, so we present to you... a fusion, Steven Universe style! we're calling him Charwin because we can't be creative all the time.

I tried to include it in the comics themselves, but basically, there was a case of dissappearing ghosts. Just like Esther, the people behind this were trying to use the pure energy to their advantage. These rocks are supposed to amplify the energy, but it kept resulting on the ghosts dissipating. The boys were captured and experimented on (yes that's horrifying. Not pictured here because... the reverse verse is angsty enough, so I wanted this one to be a bit more fluffy), but since they both went through Hell, they're stronger than your average ghost, and the rocks stayed on! The fusion was an unexpected side effect.

Plus he can make a weapon appear! it is just an oil lamp though.

Kinda want to write a Spock POV post-fal-tor-pan fic where Spock sees Jim and is instantly whammed with the fact that he's in love with him, but still has no idea why or what that means, so he just goes around with a knot of love tangled in his mind, utterly baffled as to why it's there or how to figure it out. He can't ask the kolinahr adepts, because it feels un-vulcan, so instead he's just. confusedly pining the entire time.

Jim smiles sappily at him and Spock's like "My Heart Is Beating Faster. Why Is My Heart Beating Faster. There Is No Cause For My Heart To Be Beating Faster. Do I Have Tachycardia."

Bones, suspicious: Yes? Why? (already surreptitiously scanning Spock w/ a tricorder)

[FIVE MINUTES LATER]

Spock, annoyed: Doctor, cease laughing. I fail to understand what part of my medical condition you find so amusing.

Bones, still wheezing with laughter: Don't - don't you worry your little head about it, Spock. You're not sick, that's the important thing. (interrupts himself by laughing again) You'll (wheeze) figure it out eventually.

(Spock, disgruntled, gives up on him and leaves.)

(McCoy keeps laughing for another ten minutes.)

sorry but do you ever think about the fact that the bernard we have today is a direct amalgamation of everything that happened in his past and i know that sound like such an obvious statement to say but it actually kills me to know that you can draw a direct line from who he is today all the way back to that sixteen year old boy who watched his best friend bleed out. like it is the defining moment in his life. it fundamentally shaped who he is and the person he's become. he is the bernard we know and love not despite the grieves shooting but because of it. because the gangs all got together and shot up his school. because tim walked out of that room with nothing but a baseball bat. because his darla got shot. because he watched her gasp and cry as she died. because he watched the blood coagulate around the wound. because he sat there and held her hand as her life drained out of her. because he walked into school that day with a joke he knew would make her laugh and her nose would scrunch up and she'd snort a little and tim would roll his eyes at him and call him ridiculous and instead he walked out with a bloody white shirt, blood under his fingernails, and two friends less. because, even now, almost half a decade out from the shooting, he thinks that if he closes his eyes, he will always be that stupid, scared little sixteen year old, holding the cooling body of dead best friend.

So we all know how Suzanne Collins plays with YA romance tropes with the ‘love triangle’ in the original series but can we talk about how she does the same thing with TBOSAS!!!

The ‘dark romance’ is a big thing in YA. The brooding, charismatic villain redeemed by his love for a quirky, clever heroine. Except Snow is never redeemed, he’s an awful person who’s obsessive and controlling and doesn’t really see Lucy Gray as an actual person. He’s paranoid and mean and chooses power over her. He’s what these awful villain men would actually be like in a relationship.

IDK but I think Collins is intentionally playing with tropes again. Even the title sounds like a YA dark romance.

You know what? Sukuna x Cinderella headcanons

Cinderella never seeks vengeance on those who wronged her, so Sukuna seeks it for her.

Despite his insisting to let him pamper her, Cinderella is often found helping around the castle. He has to force her to rest.

She loves the sunshine, so much so that she convinces Sukuna to let her draw the curtains in the palace.

Sukuna often catches her dancing and humming as she does chores. He'll stop and watch her until she notices him.

Cinderella befriends the lower level curses, often making them their own little outfits and giving them names. It annoys Sukuna to share her attention.

She always fixes up his robes after his fights. He absentmindedly runs his fingers along the stitches when he thinks of her.
