Tattoo update, I got the compass touched up yesterday! We had to stop a little early but I think I this is it for this tattoo.

Astarion!!!

Lowkey this was an easy decision. I feel like you couldn’t be a better match for anyone else, but him. You guys have similar personalities with just enough differences to bring the necessary variety to the relationship.

I feel like you guys would definitely bump heads when first meeting due to similar traits (prideful, apathetic, loner), but once you both begin to care more for your party members including each other than sparks start to fly!

You get close very quickly because it’s so easy to banter and bounce off each other.

At first he finds you optimistic and care free nature a bit annoying at first, but then begins to find is refreshing when times are bleak.

I feel like when Astarion’s trying to seduce you for your own goals and you aren’t falling for it, it’ll be the classic troupe of where person A gets every person to swoon over them except person B which makes them want person B even more.

However when he actually starts falling for you he does get nervous and start to back off a bit, but oh no you’re not letting him get away from you that easily.

Due to your knowledge in psychology you’re able to notice his self destructive behaviors and talk him out of it, but ultimately let him take the lead in figuring out what he wants in life.

Also because of your blunt nature you’re able to deliver the hard truths that he needs to hear without sugur coating things.

Even after your mindflayer worm adventures, you two continue to adventure for awhile. Sharing lots if experiences and fun on the road.

If you get yourself into a tough altercation with some people on the road, Astarion’s charisma helps defuse the situation.

Astarion is still working on his trauma so you’ll have to work up to physical touch with him, but once you do he really likes being held and playing with your hair. He also likes to trace your tattoos.

Astarion is also an introvert so he understands how you need to have alone time as much as he himself does. Although sometimes you guys will be in the same room doing your own things and count it as quality time. (Yknow like comfortable silence)

When you’re having a chill day on the road or once your adventuring days are over, you guys have lazy days together. You’ll cuddle and he’ll read to you. You guys may get a bit intimate but don’t necessarily have sex (not saying it never happens though).

buckle up lmao i have 10 tattoos plus a sleeve (which technically includes an 11th tattoo that we worked into it). all my tattoos are in color as well.

left arm: a ribcage outline with blue and green watercolor behind it; a phrase my grandparents and i have said to one another since i was a kid written in their handwriting surrounded by cedar tree branches; a stylized cartoon portrait of grace from wish i was here with her pink wig on; "we think by feeling" written in script with blue and purple paint/watercolor around it (a line from one of my favorite poems, which was turned into one of my favorite songs)

right arm: sleeve from shoulder to wrist of all different plant leaves (all plants that i have owned except one or two) with a light blue background. it incorporates a pre-existing tattoo of an old-fashioned microphone (shure 55s) in black & grey surrounded by the wisconsin state flower, wood violets (in color)

🍍: Where does your OC feel most comfortable?

Honestly, Yweyn feels most comfortable anywhere as long as her bestie Valentine is within reach. They've known each other since their early teens and been through all kinds of hell together, they're practically inseparable, finding great comfort within each other. That does also extend to Aynur (@/kornyo's character) to a degree, though their relationship is relatively recent so, they're getting there 🤭

Jessamy is most comfortable where she knows she's in control, her office first and foremost, but even while she's out and about, as long as she knows her agents have her back and/or has enough information to essentially expect any situation that arises.

🎂: Has your OC have any contradictory interests or traits to the first preception people have of the? How do they surprise people?

The first perception of Yweyn is generally just, this really tall (190cm/ 6'3") tattooed necromancer that carries an equally large greatsword, with a resting bitch face that is only amplified by her black eyeliner and lipstick and carries a chilly aura about her, and who is widely known as a formidable fighter and powerful necromancer both in mercenary work and in tournaments in the Mists.

And then you get to know her and she's this very loving and carrying softie that loves to cook and bake, has piles upon piles of sketchbooks filled with pencil sketches and watercolor, mostly of people just going about their day or scenery, and she will stop and feed any stray cat she comes across.

Jessamy on the other hand isn't all that surprising, she's as closed off, cold and calculating and she first comes across, all jagged edges and that's not counting all the knives she carries. She's only really known as a Whispers Agent and an Infromation Broker, what little friends she had that knew her beyond that are either gone or dead and she doesn't really let anyone in easily.

It is perhaps surprising that for someone that only sees people as information or assets she's quite fixated on the concept of romance and soulmates, and she doesn't take kindly to people mistreating others (especially ex mordrem). She's also very soft and caring with her several corvids but she doesn't let just anyone witness that side of her.

🍪: What is something that's sentimental to you OC?

Yweyn wouldn't consider herself overly sentimental, but she holds quite a few things with sentimental value to her - first and foremost the few things that survived the house fire that killed her parents; a hair ribbon which was a gift from her mother, she used to wear it but considering her hair is too short for it now it's been stashed away, a charr plushie that doubled as a backpack which she used when she was a kid, and a dagger that used to be her father's, which she just so happened to have in her backpack that night. She does also have quite a few gifts from Val, mostly jewelry he made himself.

Jessamy would die before she'd admit she's sentimental but likewise has a few things that'd legitimately make her sad if she lost; the hair (leaf?) pins that she wears were a gift from a fellow Whispers Agent that unfortunately passed during the assault against Mordremoth (she killed them but we're not gonna talk about that), they'd joined the Order around the same time and would often work together, getting pretty close throughout the years. She also has a feather of each of her corvids, kept in a book with their name and everything, though she also wears two on her person, usually clipped in her hair or as an earring, one the first raven she bonded with and one of her griffon.

🍕: How does an OC spend a lazy day?

Yweyn will sleep in as long as she can, though she rarely stays in bed past noon if she's alone, cook some simple comfort food, feed the neighborhood cats and the either draw for a while or just lounge. Honestly most of her days are lazy days by design, she'll do a couple of mercenary jobs and the like (usually dragged into it by Val) and live off of that money for as long as possible with minimal effort - though considering she's now a guild leader, those lazy days are getting cut short a bit.

Jessamy on the other hand scoffs at the idea of lazy days, she's always working on something and considering her profession as an Information Broker she doesn't have much time to lose, information goes stale pretty quick and as much as she trusts her agents to handle things, she'd much rather stay in control as much as possible. She likely has assistants that'll try to get her to take a break etc but at most she'll be like "yeah alright" and just take some paperwork to work from home. Closest thing she has to a lazy day is just staying in bed a little longer and not rushing as much, maybe grabbing a treat on her way to her office

I got more work done on my raven tattoo this week!

The placement looks a BIT odd but that's because we're adding another element closer to my ankle during my next session. This is 7.5 hours of work so far with 2 layers of ink.

OLD TRADITIONS, old traditions. they are nothing but routines that cement people into a comfortability, a couch that one eases themselves into & sinks into once relaxed. a reliance on something that breeds routines, but sometimes they are meant to broke. satoru sprinkles a freshness to his elders ways of thinking, but it doesn't mean they welcome this change. they are too prideful in their reasoning of right & wrong, the obsession of how things must be done finds itself buried further than the tattoos that stain his flesh. it irks him, but there's only a few people who are slowly rallying alongside satoru. there is one particular person that rises above the rest.

his grin is wide with the adrenaline pumping in his veins. azure oculars hidden beneath dark circular shades hide the wildness that settles in. a predator marking it's claws onto it's victim & ready to maul it's food into nothing. the only thing left would be the carcass of a barely breathing human & satoru doesn't shy away from the blood that splatters onto the collar of his suit. ❛ah, that was designer. guess we'll find out if i can still make charges against a missing person. ❜

VIOLENCE has always been held in satoru's hands, it defines a part of his livelihood, part of his inheritance that he is to conquer. it's the ichor that stains against his pallor calloused knuckles, it's the way that he regards few lives so important. satoru never finds himself concerned with the merit of the lives that are on the receiving end of the pain he produces. violence lives in the form of a six foot three man with the sweet tooth that lingers after a fight. he revels in it, a plant siphoning it's energy off the sunlight producing the necessary nutrients it needs.

fifteen minutes later there's an envelope slipped into his suit pocket with the correct funds. lithe fingers takes the moment to unwrap the lollipop in his pocket & stick into his mouth. the ocean observes the unharmed bouquet that is left on the table, he reaches for it & thinks that suguru would be fond of this. a softer smile graces his countenance like watercolor hitting a canvas. satoru clutches onto it as if he had just discovered a long lost treasure before walking out the door. he knows who is waiting for him. satoru knows he looks good even in the blood of his enemies. the raven haired man is enjoying a quiet smoke, a defense against someone who might try to weasel their way through. ❛ told you i got this handled, but i got you a little something. for being so patient with me.❜ a brief pause before he decides to elaborate.

❛ wanna go on a date with me? ❜ he flashes the flowers in front of him, petals of pinks & white roses along with violet lilies hide his mouth. he shifts the sucker in his mouth to the side, tongue tasting more of the manufactured sugar that brings him a different type of joy. ❛ nothing more romantic than this.❜
