Courgette Lasagne
Serves 6, 3 syns each approx
Bachemal sauce includes 30g plain flour (10syns) 30g butter(5syns), 300ml milk and salt and pepper. I melted the butter then mixed in the flour and milk a bit at a time whilst stirring until the sauce went into a thick consistency
For the main part of the lasagne i filled it with lots of speed! Mince 5%, Brocolli,mushrooms, onions, peppers, carrots and sweetcorn. For the sauce used 400g chopped tomotoes, 400g passata, 1/2tube of tomatoe puree, lea and perrins, salt n pepper, 1 stock cube with a cup of hot water, oregano and parsley and left this to cook all the way through before layering
‘Lasagne sheets’
I cut two large courgettes into long thing slices and dried out in the oven until brown
I then layered the lasagne mix, courgette and sauce x3
On the last layer i put the lasagne mix and topped with the 80g cheese
Between 6 i would used the 300ml milk and 80g cheese as your hexa per person.
I do not know the exact for this.
This is perfect for batch cooking!

7 lbs down since last photo. 17 down since winter. 9 more to reach goal of 141 and I've been losing 1-2 lbs per day this week. CICO and walking. 👌🏽
I'll work more on the abs after I reach my goal weight and lose more fat. ~18% bf right now.
